Adding to the ever-growing (but absolutely not surprising!) list of negative reviews here. If I could give lower than one star, I would. Staff here is rude, unhelpful, spiteful, and condescending— not just once, but on SEVERAL occasions. Anytime I have a package that needs to be picked up here, I absolutely DREAD the process. Post office staff — particularly the female manager (and younger gentleman that works most weekday mornings) are an absolute terror to deal with. I swear these people are on some unchecked power-trip anytime you have to deal with them— they will do everything in their power to make you miserable. On several occasions they refused to let me pick up my parcel with pickup slip, addressed to ME - despite having government issued ID that proves I live at this address - solely because my drivers license has a different address on it (I attend schooling out of country and only live here with my family during parts of the year). Despite having 3 other forms of identification to prove I live at said address, because my drivers license ID has an out of country address on it, they refused to let me pick it up and requested that another family member come pickup and pay for the parcel. When said family member went out of their way to do the pickup for me, they then refused to release the package to them because despite the address being correct this time … they were not the addressee! (: I have spoken with Canada Post in regards to this issue, and have been told that everything I provided should have been sufficient enough for pickup, but I ALWAYS run into problems regardless of what I do/don’t bring. On a separate occasion, I arrived thirty minutes to close in hopes of shipping a package, and was met with passive aggressive remarks of “GREAT!” and “AWESOME!” by the younger aforementioned gentleman who just very clearly did not want to bother helping me this close to closing time, and actually refused + turned me away because “it would take too much time to complete and they’re closing soon”. Mind you I took this exact same package to the Canada Post location in Sobeys Royal Oak and the entire process took less than 5 minutes and with zero attitude … THE SAME DAY. Absolutely pathetic lot of people they have working here— they’re rude, make what should be a simple process: difficult, and clearly don’t care much beyond sitting around and to collect their paycheques. Take your business elsewhere, this location is an embarrassment to have in Tuscany.

Customer service at the pharmacy is horrible! It seems like they hire just about anyone. There is always something wrong every time I pick up my prescription. Ex: - they couldn’t find my prescription - “insurance didn’t go through” after multiple times of me advising them that I only had one insurance now and to delete the old one, they still continuously tried to bill the second one - wrong number of refills - they filled brand when I said I wanted generic - I called the pharmacy to inquire if they had anymore covid testing kits and the gentleman on the phone said he wasn’t sure and for me to check with the cashier at the front of the store. He almost hung up on me until I asked if he could atleast transfer me to the front store! How was I supposed to check with the cashier if I wasn’t at the store and I was on the phone?! Where was his common sense??? So many issues! I will definitely be transferring out of this location.

Does it get any more unprofessional I.THINK.NOT. After a friend gives me a tip that she got test kits there, I call immediately [9:24pm] to confirm if they have test kits remaining and are open to 10pm. The pharmacist tells me “yeah, we’re already closing and won’t be giving any out until tomorrow morning when we open“. Seriously?! And when I explain I have 2 elderly parents and a toddler and we never got a single one in the first round, she reiterates: they will be available in the morning. Despite 36 minutes before closing time. You’d think handing out a test kit requires 45 minutes of processing. Yuck. What trashy and disrespectful service. And that in the respectable Tuscany area. #massiverexalFAIL

This place has bad customer service. I went in without a receipt asking for credit on a product and was told in front of other customers how people try to rip them off! I am a regular, I had an item that cost $8 and the last thing I needed was stupid comments from a worker than had no brains when it came to customer service. More than 50% of the time there is no one at the front counter. You would think they would be more concerned about people stealing. They lost my business which is around $100 a month all because of simple staff not caring. I see this among low paid staff. Way to go Rexall.

This drug store has a washroom that is clearly visible and in a public area but it’s locked. When I asked the employee for the key, he said he had to ask his manager which I thought was odd. His manager then said it is not for customers. As a pharmacy/ drug store, some of your customers may medically require the use of a washroom. You should not direct them to Starbucks. I’m not handicapped but it would be a huge inconvenience for someone that is. The store was clearly built with a washroom that customers could use if you just let them.

Unfortunately this pharmacy is the closest to my house. There always seems to be something wrong when I go in and I pick up a regular prescription every month. Whether they send a notification when the prescription isn't actually ready or only a part of it is ready, there just always seems to be a problem. I've waited in line at this store dozens of times and this seems to happen frequently with other customers as well. It is honestly agonizing to have to get my prescriptions filled at this location.

Reviewing as 1 star due to the extremely poor customer service skills of the lady working Canada Post at the back. We had a small clean package that needed a small amount of tape. We were sent back in ignorant fashion or told we could buy a full roll. She was also rude to the gentlemen ahead of us and lacked the empathy to understand our situation (notice for future packages vs sending us back home). Never coming to this location again and Rexall owners should take her actions into consideration.

Convenient, as I live in Tuscany, but pharmacy is always slow and service varies depending on day and person. Many times when I’ve tried calling the general number there is a message they can’t connect me, as though the line is busy. I have to call back in a few minutes. Weird and frustrating. They do seem to stock most essentials but price seems to be more for convenience than value.

Seems the one star review is common for this place. The word "can't" is the motto at the post office here and I've had enough. Every single time I go here it's what they "CAN'T" DO. No alternative, no suggestions, nothing. In addition, I'm legally blind and they will NOT assist with addressing packages. I'm fed up. And you guys EARNED this 1 star, and 1 star is generous.

You can blame the employees every time but when it comes down to it, it is the manager that is doing a poor job. When it is just one employee that is no good then that is unfortunate but when all the employees are consistently bad then it is a sign of bad management!

Has a Canada Post at back of store (only place in Tuscany you can purchase stamps) collect air miles there, have neat kitchy merchandise up by the front, willing to order in any kind of dressing supplies you need for wound treatment, very personable and helpful staff

I wanted to thank Ms. Nava for taking my parents medicine. Their English is not good and Ms. Nava helped them a lot to get their medicine. She is very kind lady and did her best to make everything go well, my parents are very satisfied with her work in every visit.

Pretty much your only option for a pharmacy in Tuscany. The merchandise is pharmacy priced but they have a decent selection. The pharmacists are better than average when it comes to jabbing you with needles if you're looking for someone to put a vaccine in you.

They need to put “happy to be at work” people that work in their post office, Every time I go in to mail or pick up a package, they have such attitudes. Do us all a favor, if you don’t like working at Rexall, just leave!!!

The pharmacy is always great! The reviews here about the post office are irrelevant, it's a separate business within the Rexall. I'm bewildered how people don't understand this and review the post office here.
