There are not enough good things to say about this business. The General Contractor, Joseph is on top of it! He is responsive, communicative and easy to talk to and work with. The crew works hard and does a high quality job. The pricing is fair and competitive. The best part is how taken care of Joseph makes you feel. He cares deeply about the project and the customer service and has high standards for quality control. He even developed rapport with our neighboring business to help with the collaboration and cross-communication involved in coordinating the project. I would highly recommend this business for your projects.

We first hired Joseph 25 years ago to mitigate lead paint issues inside the house and then again to paint the exterior so we were so happy when he and his crew were able to fit us in last month, before the winter rains come. Joseph helped coordinate with some door repairs, advised us on other issues that popped up on the roof, and mediated choice of accent colors between me and my partner, all in a solutions-oriented way. Sergio, Sal, and Frank did a great job - very friendly, attentive to detail, and left the place cleaner than how they found it! Without question, we would hire Joseph and his crew for a fourth time!
