I had a new roof installed on my house last year. Due to the hail storm we had this year, we had to have another roof installed! I didn't want to go through this again, so I wanted a metal roof. I saw the advertisements on TV about Rhino Roofers, plus I found I had a friend who worked there, so it was a win-win situation. I called my friend and he came to see my sister and I, as we live together, in just 2 days. From then on, it was smooth sailing. He explained everything we needed to know about the new metal roof and how the insurance company would be involved. He brought samples of metal roof colors and gutter colors. Of course, we had to have the existing roof removed before the new roof could be replaced. The Rhino Roofers were always in touch with us letting us know when they would start on the new roof and gutters. The day arrived when the metal roof was to start being installed. My friend was answering all my questions as the installation of the roof was going on. Also, there was always a "man in charge" here every day of the installation. I was so impressed as there was always someone I could ask questions, but I had none as the progression of the roof installation was going so smoothly and fast. I had a new metal roof in 2.5 days! All of the trash was picked up on my property and my neighbors, as well. I couldn't be happier with my roof. It looks so nice and makes my house look so much better. All of the crew were great; from my friend and men sent to make sure the work was on schedule, to the crew actually doing the work. I couldn't be more pleased. My neighbor's insurance said she only had very minimal damage. After seeing how well everything went with my roof, she has called Rhino Roofers and my friend plans to inspect her roof to actually see what damage she has. We had the most amazing experience at every level of this process. Our very first interaction with Travis; his assistance navigating insurance claims and selecting options was so effortless. Travis was very knowledgeable and made great recommendations but did sell us things we didn't need. We worked with Carlee and Rosa to get materials ordered, through the claims process and dealing with our association. Both ladies were top notch in their response times and knowledge; making all of this process so much easier than we expected. Today our roof was installed by Preston, Louis and their army. I reached out to Rhino Roofers to get a new replacement roof due to Hail/Age of Roof. I had Asphalt and wanted to upgrade to a metal roof due to quality, durability etc. I reached out and spoke with Chris Gamez in Sales, and same day Levi Swang came out to look at my roof, answer questions, and even gave me a same day quote. Levi and Chris took their time and answered any questions I had over the weekend when I was reviewing the quote. Rhino has a scheduler that calls and communicates when project is going to start, estimated process etc. Very helpful! Fast forward and once they came out to install I met with their Project Manager Elijah Larue, whom was there everyday overlooking the project. Rhino's installers are top notch and worked hard, efficient, and paid attention to every detail, picked up their trash daily, and worked long hours and everyday until 7-7:30 pm until project completion. I am 100% happy with the work performed on this house. Elijah also sent drone photos and updates daily which is a great touch to keep the customer informed on progress, and the day after job was completed Elijah came out to do a walkthrough, answer any questions, address any issues (Very minor) and even went around the property to make sure no trash, nails or screws were left behind. I am posting this for my husband because he could not get his computer to cooperate to to it. From Steve: I hired Rhino Roofers (RR) to install a new roof on our home based on my interaction with their professional, no pressure Roofing Consultant, Cole Blevins and the Owens Corning backed warranty and products that were installed. (Owens Corning -Duration Designer Shingles, 50 year no depreciation warranty on the shingles and life-time warranty on workmanship.) Cole stopped by to check on the status of my roof even though the project manager was on site. Jordan Leal, was the awesome Project Manager that oversaw the roof installation each day. He arrived and departed with the crew each day (6:30AM to 7:30 PM). He left only to get additional materials and pick up lunch for the crew. The crew that did the “heavy lifting” worked well together, arrived on time and ready to work. When I had questions/concerns about different facets of the roof installation, Jordan explained the process and made corrections with the crew as warranted. I also hired Rhino Roofers to install new gutters on my home. Abel Cedillo, Gutter Business Manager for RR, delivered on promises made during the initial walk around that was conducted weeks before the roof installation. True to his word, Abel and his team installed a quality gutter system on our home. My wife and I are extremely happy with the quality of the work and the way our new roof/gutters look on our home. We are confident that should a warranty issue arise, Rhino Roofers and Owens Corning will be here to deliver on their promise.

Received estimates from four different roofing companies. Chose Rhino because of the professionalism of their estimate compared to the others. The Rhino estimate thought of every eventuality and priced accordingly and the numbers were very reasonable. On the day of the installation, the roofing team was able to complete the job in one day and the team leader actually took me to the top of the roof to show me what work had been done. He also walked me around the house on the ground to show me the cosmetic work that had been completed. It was at this time that I noticed a couple of areas that could have been repaired better but I was just happy that something had been done to address the original damage, even if it wasn’t cosmetically pleasing. The next day, I called Rhino and asked if they make some of the repair’s look better. I sent photos clarify the issues I had with the previous work. It took a couple of weeks for their touch- up carpenters to become available after which they sent out a two-man carpentry team to touch up some of the unsightly areas. Not only did they fix the areas I complained about but found and repaired another area that was completely missed by the original roofing team. Overall, I think Rhino did an excellent job and would recommend them for any roofing needs.

Following a significant hailstorm, Rhino Roofers inspected our roof and find damage in multiple areas. Our insurance company also inspected the roof but stated and were willing to cover only portions of the roof for replacement. It turns out that the portion of the roof that the insurance company did not approve was not inspected by them because it was very steep. Rhino Roofers came back out a second time and specifically inspected the portion and provided pictures of the damage. Once the insurance company received these pictures they changed their original approval to a full roof replacement. Rhino Roofers completed the roof replacement in one day and did an excellent job. To summarize, Rhino Roofers went the extra mile to support us as their customer and it resulted in an excellent job.

Brandon came out a few times, even being way out in Hondo and quite the drive for him. He inspected my roof, came out with the first insurance adjuster (the adjuster was super unprofessional but Brandon remained cool and calm and professional the whole time). Brandon fought my insurance company for me and got a new adjuster to come out for another inspection and got the full roof replacement he knew I needed. He is super knowledgeable and professional. We had faulty roof work done previously with a different company that began to leak. Thankfully I found Rhino Roofers and they were really amazing to work with. Because of rain they could not fix right away, but they still came out in the pouring rain to put a tarp on the area to make sure we didn’t get any more water damage. They explained everything and showed pictures before and after. They also took off materials from the bill that they didn’t end up using at the end of the job. The roof repair looks really good and I am so relieved to find roofers that will stand by their work. Very professional and great at what they do.

Jonah and Gus from Rhino Roofers are the best!! They worked with our insurance company and we were able to apply for financing through them for 0% the first year to make up the difference of our deductible. This massive roof was started and completed in just 9 hours. They added a much better shingle and also a mold resistant backing paper. They also added an upgraded ridge vent for ventilation and drip edge that we didn’t have. Crew was extremely professional and very clean! All the nails and old shingles were cleaned up and double checked in grass and driveway. I highly recommend you call and ask for Jonah or Gus!
