When arriving to my job site with my pasta dish, I realized I have no cutlery. When I called and asked why... I was rudely told that it’s my responsibility to grab my own cutlery and that they’re too busy to put cutlery in the bag for me. I was the only person in the bakery. Never eat there again. Many other better bakery’s.

Wow!!! Just ordered take out from here. Combo #2 came with a chicken cutlet, choice of pasta, choice of vegetable. Also ordered a meat Lasagna. Everything tasted good and very Homemade can tell from the taste and i love that recipe. Definitely my new place to get my pasta or lasagna cravings. Very impressed A+++

I have tried so many times to find something good about this bakery but today sealed the deal. The stuffed pepper I ordered was bland and smelled really weird. I asked for tomato sauce and cheese on top - the sauce was so watery it fell to the bottom of the dish. Then it was microwaved. I lost my appetite.

Good food, but I feel like they've made some changes for the worse. Their beef stew used to be spicy and now it's not. The chicken sandwiches used to be a bigger portion, now it barely fills me up. But overall the quality of the food is still good which earns my 4 stars.

Old white lady with bleached blonde hair kicked my friend and I out of their outside seating for having outside food with us, even though we had purchased something from their restaurant and wanted to eat it there. Worst treatment of customers I've ever experienced

Friendly staff, esp. behind the cooked/hot food counter. Good advice from them on what made up the combos, etc. And the checkout person saw that I had a few loose items from shopping elsewhere, so asked me if I would like a bag for them. Very pleased!

Love this place used to visit weekly since moving out of town not as frequent whenever I'm in the area I have to stop in for there great home cooked meals I wish they had a location close to innisfil and can't say enough about the staff lovely people

  • Anthony Cedrone

The quality of the food is good, but overpriced. Also, they have a few combo options, I tried substituting the veggies for beef stew instead and told them I will pay more for it, just tell me how much more and I'm ok with it, and they still

Richview Bakery catered a family event. Gina was my contact and she was extremely helpful. She helped me fine tune my order to include food options and portions everyone enjoyed. There was just enough leftovers for guests to take home with

Terribile service, especially from the miserable person behind the food counter.. Puts my plate in the microwave without asking me first and then tries to tell me I should have told her before as if that’s standard practice. Then she gives

The best lasagna around. Amazing! Their sauce is the best too. Its more of a hot table spot instead of a bakery. This is a super popular lunch and dinner spot w the central Etobicoke locals. This place has been around forever and ever and

Food is homemade and most of the people are lovely… customer service of one particular woman is atrocious. The absolute sass when requesting non-dairy milk (as though it was the biggest annoyance). It goes a long way to say “Unfortunately

  • Bsofly1

I have no complaints with their chicken and veal sandwiches. However i was really upset to see my $7 rice ball go in a MICROWAVE!!! REALLY? Like i said their sandwiches are the best but that's it. They should try adding spices and garlic

Food is good but prices way to high and the lady that serves the food she always put very small portion when it comes to veggies, salad and chicken. All the time you have to remind her to get a good size piece of chicken for the sandwich

I have been going here for over 10 years. It is and always has been a great gem with friendly staff and a mean vegetarian pasta sauce. For lunch they have food for just about anybody's appetite. You can expect 4 different types of pasta,

Went in to bakery with my friend and made sure we adhered to Covid regulations. There was only one customer ahead of us & the owner told us to step back which we did but honestly, she was so miserable, my friend just said to her nicely:

I know good food - this place had it. However, how it was served was very questionable. First off it didn't seem like they were using their hot holding system at all - just had the items in it. The sauce they used was from a commercial

  • Jane Ormrod

This unassuming bakery serves up some beautiful food. Their vegetarian (spinach and ricotta) pasta is wonderful, as is their gnocchi. Also excellent: home-made tomato sauce preserved in mason jars; home-made bread crumbs. These latter

Seems nice at first. Healthy, plain homemade type food, but small portions. Got italian chicken sandwitch and all could taste is a lot of bread and tiny thin piece of chicken in between. Got rice, veg and chicken dish another time and

unique gem hidden in a strip mall. Hot, homemade food like stuffed peppers, lasagna, pasta, pasteries, .... and the price was the same as a slice of pizza. lots of vegetarian options as well as meat options. very friendly staff.

  • Lyndachica

Love this local hidden gem that serves up delicious Italian delights! I recommend their hot table as they offer everything from gnocchi to veal parmesan. I especially love their sautéed cabbage and other veggies. I'll be back!

Amazing Amazing. Greatest Italian food in Toronto, great kind Staff. Fresh food. I'm not Italian but it is the best Italian food I've ever eaten, better than any Italian restaurant I ate in Italy

  • Laurie Jones

The food is homemade Italian food, always delicious. Lots of choices...the veal is the best I have ever had. Italian salad is also so fresh and tasty. You can take out or sit in.

  • Stefan Olynyk

"Hot" table was so hot that the girl microwaved my meal for a minute and it was lukewarm.. meatball was delicious nonetheless. The pasta and veggies were not anything special..

  • Nozomi K

This place was a great find in my neighborhood. I tried 6 different dishes and all tasted delicious. I will definitely go back there again and will try eggplant chicken perm.

  • Catia “Catia” Bianchini

small, cozy but don't go during school days between 12-1 pm. You'll be lining up behind the students that floods this place with nice hot table food, and good coffee

  • Mike P

Great local Bakery. My son is a Veal Favor taster aficionado and he says they serve up one of the best veals. What's more amazing is they are in the neighborhood.

  • Blerton Asani

This restaurant is extremely overpriced You will pay a lot just to eat pasta. The portion is very small and most of it is macaroni or pasta no bread or salad.

  • Salvatore Casto

The best Italian food, always fresh and very friendly people I recommend trying the chicken sandwich I assure you that you won’t be disappointed

  • Chris Meunier

Yum, yum and yum! I have been going there for about five years. The same person has served me and the food is great, well priced and homemade!

  • She Gos

worst attitude from the employees, customers are stuck up. this place needs a revamping of people bc it's pathetic!!! food is meh as well

  • Daniel Ozman

Very Italian, amazing food, great atmosphere, however the owner is extremely disrespectful. Makes me feel like I am not welcomed there.

  • Mircea Pilaf

Very cozy place to eat good Italian food and enjoy an expresso coffee. Decent prices and variety. Quiet place in a nice neighborhood

  • Warren Everitt

Amazing. Come here on almost all our visits to Toronto. Nonna style Italian bakery. Lasagna is the best I have ever had for sure.

  • shanti k

BEST ITALIAN FOOD AROUND!!!! The staff is so kind and welcoming. The pasta is to die for! Their rice balls are a must try

  • Diane Carter

Fast service, home made ingredients, delicious. Veal sandwich was generously proportioned and so was the cabbage role

  • Manu Dovigo

Loving this place. Great Italian food. Also catering. I would suggest to try and not too expensive. Very affordable

  • Joe Fala

This bakery has great food! It's more of a hot table than a bakery but the do has some tasty baked goods as well.

  • Evelyn Neumann

Always fresh & satisfying. I don't live in the area, so it's a treat to drop in when I'm in the neighborhood.
