I have to take a moment to review this pharmacy. Tony the owner, and the lovely woman pharmacist who works here are two of the most caring, kind people I’ve come across since we’ve moved to Canada. Just amazing humans. I have never met pharmacists like these two. I can’t say enough about how much they care and go above and beyond to accommodate. My daughter needed formula and there is a massive shortage. The way Tony has called in favors and kept us updated, responsive to our emails and calls us to clarify is simply unmatched. Let me tell you, I am incredibly picky when it comes to customer service; VERY high expectations, I can’t help it. This pharmacy is the gold standard. There is a pharmacy right by my house and I’d rather go to Richview for everything that I can; I’d make the drive for a pack of gum. When have you known the owner of a pharmacy by name? That says it all. They care here and for that they have loyal customers in my family.

14th September 2023 I met Tony at Richview Pharmacy while at a doctor’s appointment which is located in the same building. His personality and enthusiasm were contagious, and I immediately transferred my business to him which I have had no regrets in doing so. The staff at Richview Pharmacy somehow remember your name and details of why you are taking the medication prescribed which enhances your visit. They take the time to tell you the possible side effects and above all what to do in the event the side effects were to become dangerous. Everyone in the pharmacy is very competent in their jobs and does them with enthusiasm. I would recommend Richview Pharmacy to anyone who would like confidence in the Pharmacy they use. My mother found this pharmacy, and boy am I happy she did. Tony and his team are beyond exceptional at providing amazing and warm customer service. They go above their duties to help out their customers. I haven't required their services yet, but I have seen how well my older mother is taken care of by them as I pick up her prescriptions on occasion. I never thought I’d review a pharmacy, but here we are. This is an exceptional pharmacy. Unlike the larger places, the service is fast, attentive, and personal (not like the larger pharmacies where they have no idea who you are and prescriptions take days to fill). Lisa makes the extra effort to care for me, like returning missed calls (!!!) to get prescriptions filled. If you’re tired of automated dial-ins, long wait times, and impersonal service from the bigger pharmacies like I am, go to Richview.

I have had Lisa as my go to pharmacist for the past 3 years. She has been amazing. She gives me excellent advice about my medications so that I can feel confident about my concerns. If I have a problem I contact her first and she is always ready to help. I can’t say enough about her caring manner and extensive knowledge. She always takes time with you and gives you personal attention. If you want to feel cared for and not just a number to a big pharmacy Richview Pharmacy is the place to go.

Tony, and team, you go above and beyond everyday to provide incredible customer service. In this day and age it is extremely difficult to find a pharmacy that will go out of their way to provide this service. Tony, thank you for being so caring, compassionate, and loyal. You always take the time to answer my questions, and I do have a lot) and always come up with solutions. John and I feel privileged to have you as our pharmacist.

Tony and his pharmacist (Sofie, I think), are excellent, they are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. You get one on one service, don’t have to wait for so long for your medications. Need vaccinations, just go there and you will get it promptly, no red tape, no line up. Transfer your medications there to get first class service, don’t waste your time at other large chain pharmacies.

Pharmacist - Lisa and her husband Tommy are always very helpful. They have been a real lifesaver on more than one occasion, from making sure I get all my medicines in a quick and timely fashion and answering my numerous questions when I feel like I am having an adverse reaction to certain medications. They’re extremely efficient and caring, they treat you like family.

Visited this pharmacy on our vacation here from the US to receive a COVID test. My family and I were very pleased with how clean the place is and how kind the pharmacist was. They are very flexible being that we did not have an appointment and needed our results to fly back to the US. We were in and out in minutes! Definitely recommend!

This pharmacy does not compare to big box stores like Shoppers or Walmart! Staff is Helpful and friendly every time (unlike those other guys!). Great pharmacist. Had an emergency on a Sunday. My car was broken into and my meds stolen. Tony , God bless him . Came in on his day off to make sure I was not without my meds . Great service .
