LADIES DO NOT GO HERE!!! Worst hairdresser I have ever known. Went in with hair down my back and asked for a long bob cut with the longest length being to my shoulders... left with the shortest bob and the longest length being above my chin!! Initially thought it may have been the way he blow dryed it however went home washed and dried and saw the complete mess of my hair. Uneven on both sides and most importantly not what I asked for. I should have really left when I was explaining to the “stylist” what I want and he replied “yeh yeh yeh ok” he took a pair of household scissors to my hair and cut the length off from behind; by time I saw it it was too late to do anything. Told him it was very short when I left and bit my tongue. After washing and seeing the mess of what was my lovely hair I returned to ask for a refund and was rudely spoken to by the staff! Asked to speak to the manager (who was standing right there cutting someone’s hair) and was told he isn’t available so I should let the guy on reception know the problem. When I stated the issue the “manager” that was previously unavailable started shouting whilst cutting someone’s hair telling me I said it was very good. When I reminded him that he wasn’t even there on the day I got my hair cut he got very defensive and started shouting and refused to give me a refund. I am now left with hair shorter than my husbands, uneven and a whole mess!! Customer service is a joke and the stylists don’t even speak English. Avoid at all costs.. now need to pay someone else to put extensions in my hair to make it the length that I actually wanted. A woman left feeling and looking like a man due to this place!! If I could give zero stars I would!! Ladies find a proper hairdressers this is for men only!!

oh for heaven's sake! stop fooling people with your good review. i was a victim of very enticing positive review but i am just after coming out of this horrible hair salon only now 9/8/18 @ 18:20, charged me €22 for a terribly poor dry haircut. the owner/senior hair stylist was just looking at his junior hair stylist while doing a horrible job on my hair. he heard me saying to spray a little water so i can see whether it is even but he was saying my hair is unruly so it wil look even when wet so he just continued butchering my hair. i just paid what he charged me after a terrible job & did not complain so as not to create a scene but i guess the 2 or 3 staff that work there - owner included in the number, could do with more trainings about hair cutting & difderent types of hair. what a terrible place to have your hair done. shame on u who butchered my hair! now i hav to wait months to grow it back.

I got hair treatment here. there’s lack of care since the staff was too busy caring another hair cut customer who even didn’t book. I was the one made the reservation for that time though. I was out rainy outside with not-properly-dried-and-kinda-wet-hair. I think she was too busy cutting another(yes another) customer’s hair to check if my hair get dried properly. Cold weather, wet hair. What else can I say? Dunno why, but CASH ONLY

A friend suggested me about this place and I am simply amazed by their service. I had really messy, uneven and tangled hair (thanks to the previous barber). Rick's understood what I was looking for and I am super impressed by their patience and skills and nonetheless the politeness. Thanks again. I am definitely visiting again :)

I have always been looking for a Korean girl to help me cut my hair. One is here. She cuts very well and I like it very much. An occasional opportunity, Korean girl was day off, the boss Rick cut my hair, was also very good, amazing! freeking love it! The staff of the entire store are very good, recommended!

Ricky has been looking after my hair for a couple of years now. From getting the usual cut, colour, permanent straightening... He’s always done an amazing job! Thanks Ricky and see you in a month or two for my roots and treatment!

Asians have a very specific hair type which a lot of hairdressers and barbers in Ireland don’t have experience with. I’m so glad I found this place. Edward was friendly and knew exactly what needed to be done. Highly recommend
