If I could give this place a zero star I would. I took my car to them to get fixed and for a second opinion. For Keith to tell me to call the other places its been at to see what all was replaced and if the part was replaced where it was bought at where it can be replaced under warranty. So I called and got the information Keith asked about. Once I called Keith back to tell him the information he got extremely rude and told me that hes not going to work on my car and to come pick it up and take it back to the place I had it at before. I tried to explain to him that i'm giving him the information he asked for and he just continued to say come get your car i have 40 other cars to work on and you are holding me up from making money. Keith was very unprofessional. I don't recommend this place.

I took my car in first it was there for a week! Which was fine I just wish they stay I'm contact more! They fix the steering well my dash lights do not work and my turn signal doesn't work! Which I call and he basically call me a liar well they put a bulb in but it ends up the turn signal needs a wire!!! Now I'm have problems start my car which I never had before so I think they did something to it so I take back! Well no I'm not take back cause they don't guarantee there work instead of arguing with me he should of said ok bring it in and il look at it! I would like to know what they did to my car now that it doesn't start!! Never had that problem!! I spent alot of money there not to guarantee there work!! But whatever il just take to somewhere else someone I can trust!!!

We took our car here to get the AC fixed, we left it their over night and expected a phone call the next morning like we were told but we had to contact them. Thank god we did bc they where working on a completely different things on our car others then the ac. We told them to stop working on it because that’s not why we brought it in. We proceeded to pay $275 to get our car out of their shop for the man to recommend to buy a $20 part which my husband did and our ac is working amazing now. So they charged us a good amount of money on something that they didn’t fix also could have been looked at in one day and save us the hassle in the longs run. You guys are spouse to look out for the people and trying to make more money off us !!

Do not go here! They raised the price of my job from about $400 to me ultimately paying $864 to get my vehicle back after they had it a whole week. Then on top of that I bought tires an hour before I took it there just to get it back with a nail in one of the tires. They were eating in my truck and left the trash in it. I know it was from them because it was also a hot sausage wrapper and I don’t eat pork and no one in my family does either. The doors steering wheel and handles were filthy had to get it detailed after picking up before I could be comfortable putting my 3 month old back in it. They didn’t used to be like this but when Terry left everything went downhill. NEVER AGAIN VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Ricky's Automotive has worked on numerous vehicles of mine everything from a 2000 Dodge Durango to a 2000 V10 pickup truck to a Chevy 2500 HD to an Oldsmobile 97 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera s everything you can think of that needed to be done to any of these cars Ricky has been there and done all the work very reasonable prices very competitive but I don't think you'll find any better people that will make you feel like you're at home while they're working on your vehicle they are phenomenal people there to the point they're excellent all I can say is the excellent people I've never had anything go wrong that they have fixed on all my vehicles.

I hit a deer with my truck and trashed the front end and set off the airbags. Ricky's Automotive worked with me to get the truck fixed and did outstanding work for me. I have been using them for years and highly recommend them for any repair needs you may have. They also offer towing so if you smack your vehicle to the point it is no longer driveable they are able to come get you as well. Always very friendly, do fast work, and they do NOT try to rob you like the place down the road will. I had a job the other place SS Auto quoted me almost 600 dollars to do, RIcky's got it done in around 300 dollars.

Unhappy with the price estimated for alternator and battery replacement. Told me the battery damaged the regulator in the alternator. Which is backwards. My Dad did teach me basic s of mechanicals on vehicles, but since I'm disabled I can't do it myself. Went to a different mechanic. Did the work for half the price and battery was still good, so it didn't need to be replaced. I went to them because a friend said he thought they were good.

Ricky's crew does a great job on repairs. The only issue I had was the extra $56.60 I HAD to pay just for using my credit card, over 3.5 percent of a $1600.00 bill. Ricky just put a engine in my truck back in October 2019 and did not charge me for using my card. With this huge bill, it would have been nice if they could absorb this credit card fee or at least tell me in advance of this new charge so I could have brought cash with me.

Ricky and his crew offered me an affordable option for replacing my F150 motor a few months back. Every time I spoke to him or his team they were always respectful, professional, and helpful. The engine replacement was done quite quickly and they maintained communication with me very well throughout the process. If you've got a mechanical issue, give Ricky a call, he's helpful and won't try to gouge you. Great customer service!

I want to thank Rickey's Automotive shop for repairs he performed on my vehicle. Rickey was truthful and a treated me with respect. The price wasn't to bad also. So, if you have an automotive problem and want to receive a professional job with courtesy and respect this is the place to go. Thank you Rickey for the outstanding service. This is the most honest, friendly mechanic shop around! Ricky is very knowledgeable he don't mind walking you around your car explaining everything that needs to be done..His prices are very reasonable. I recently bought a car for my fiance from beach Blvd Auto and it was in really bad shape (beach blvd Auto) is a joke but Ricky's has brought it back to life and I've also just got my truck back from Ricky's and they are very good and superfast they really care about there customers for sure so thankyou again for everything ricky and your team.

Excellent repair shop. They have been working on my Honda's for years and I have always been treated fairly. Ricky's is the type of shop that won't force you into repairing something just to make money. They are not the cheapest, but the quality of work they do is unmatched in the Jacksonville area. They are like family to my family.

I dont know how this lady had a bad experience with this shop!! I have alot of cars and i take everyone to him. Their prices are very reasonable and the customer service is always great!! I would give them 10 stars if i could, But it will only let me give 5! Honest and great work! I recommend all my family and friends to them!!

If I could give zero starts I would. They will leave you’re car dirty. Ruin you’re brand new steering wheel covers with their dirty hands and not even offer to replace it. They will fix things and not tell you untill after it’s done. Worst experience I have ever had. Please do not go here. Do not trust mr.Ricky!

Service was fantastic!! I was quoted $1000+ to replace my ac condenser. Came here since it’s not even a mile down the road and they got me in and quoted me 800$, I left it and came back to ice cold ac. Super friendly staff and took good care of me!

Honest yea sure he is. Charged $150 for a balance and 3,000 mile oil change. The balance was terrible. Worse than with no weights at all. Arrogant and ignorant is a bad combination for a mechanic. If you value your vehicle don’t bring it here.

Good fast work done at a fair price. I’m from out of town windshield wipers wouldn’t work on my truck called Ricky’s auto repair he put me in there found the problem got me fixed and back on my way. I highly recommended this shop!!

Took car there for repair after breakdown. "Couldn't find out what was wrong with it", but added gas and it ran. Broke down again after a week. Took it too a better mechanic for repairs. Wouldn't recommend

These people are going to be see my lawyer this week sabotage my car now it's not running unplug wires from up under the dash and six will cost me a couple thousand dollars to get fixed don't trust them
