The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The call center staff are rude and illiterate lol... I was never going to renew my policy with these guys but out of curiosity I wanted to see what renewal quote they would offer! When I logged into the portal none of the options were available except for the new quote button that leads you to a blank screen.... so I called instead. The man I spoke to spoke like Danny Dyer with a crossover of a London rude boy lol then he was insisting that my policy had expired over a month ago when it was up for renewal on that day lol. I told him it expires on that day, he then sarcastically told me "oh I must be wrong then because my screen says it. I then asked why am I receiving messages for the given date to renew! He went quite for a moment and then said "ohh yeah it is due today lol... no apology or anything I just put the phone down on the mug. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS THEY ARE CHEAP JUST LIKE THEIR SERVICE! Just look at all the reviews!!

I’ve been getting quotes today and even with the the same details RCIB came up a little cheaper on comparison sites (I thought insurance companies were meant to offer their best price to new and existing customers??) Seems this insurance broker dangle a carrot to get your business and then skyrocket its premiums the next year, lost my business now… but managed to find a good price for the next 12 months. Shop around people , these horror reviews probably have substance- so probably best to make the Right Choice and avoid …

Be careful and don’t buy insurance from this rubbish company, It seems they bought the fake reviews on trustpilot. After they make the offer, taking the deposit, sending policies they getting back to you asking for different reasons to accept an consistently increasing of policy, or they cancel it. And cancellation would be bad for your history! So you have to accept it. They made it to me even I’m 4 years with them, 7 years ncb, everything clear. I had to accept an premium more than double as previous year. Simply: crocks. Shocked of it!

Cant put no stars or I would. Cancelled my policy because I sold my car after just 3 months as I was deciding to lease and had no need for insurance at all. . Insurance cover was £ 206.54 with ladybird. finance was with close brothers so a complicated set up especially if you decide to cancel early. Cancellation penalties totalled £206.98. Try to speak to Right choice staff impossible. May aswell bang your head against a wall. AVOID THIS COMBINATION WHEN LOOKING FOR CAR INSURANCE. They have closed their website to avoid any more Trustpilot bad results.

This company are awful and I wish I'd not taken out my policy. My documents didn't come and I had to contact several times. I amended a typo immediately yet nothing was updated and Close Brothers didn't receive it. I didn't realise the finance was with Close Brothers who's fees are extortionate! I didn't receive my agreement within the cooling off period either so I'm not even sure this policy is legal. I've now submitted a complaint but no one has replied! I feel trapped and I don't feel secure if there is an accident. It feels like a scam. BEWARE!

Absolute shambles from start to finish. I am still waiting for someone to contact me regarding my claim which was a month ago. All evidence given in still being passed from pillar to post never ever would I ever be coming back to this company again and I’ll make sure that all my family and friends are aware of the way you work. Not even one phone call for an update on my claim. I’m constantly calling to get updates and get passed from one person to another or to be told that they don’t know absolute joke should be shut down there waste of space

Awful company to deal with, next to impossible to get through to on the phone, when they do eventually answer they offer a call back which they never do. I only wanted to speak to someone to find out why my insurance had quadrupled in a year, in the end I gave up and got insurance elsewhere. If it’s this stressful trying to renew I can’t imagine how frustrating it would be if I was trying to make a claim. My advice is don’t take their cheap quotation, spend a bit more and deal with a better reviewed company

They really ripped my money unlawfully, I was trying to take car insurance they , said they cannot provide me the insurance and on the same day over the phone they rang and said they have to cancel the policy , but they will not refund any money they two 2 months money which I paid then following two month they took money again from me I lost total of £550 without having insured my van. I don’t know how to take this to court honestly after cancelling how they can take money.

This is awful insurance company online giving you policy with lowest price then after taking advance of the premium from your account start increases premium with different types option after taking policy no one increases premium but this scamer company can do anything don't give them your bank details to this froud company please avoid this company

Ridiculous I’ve been waiting 2 days for a call back after somebody hit my car whilst parked up, other driver has provided details and admitted fault, my car is undriveable. I called to chase this morning to be told someone will call you back. So far one of the worst insurance companies I’ve ever dealt with. Left without a vehicle with no sign of them sorting it out. Awful call handler service also !!! Be wary of this company

These guys are ridiculous! They make money out of nothing. I wish I could go back and select someone else for my car insurance. They are only able to say "sorry" (which is surely what they are going to respond to this message) and do not care at all about customers. once you are in, you pay or... you pay, no way out. Stay away from them.

They're cheap which is good, but will try to find any reason to bump up the cost after you've already paid. They also refused to send my NCB on company headed paper because "this is our format" which caused an issue with my new insurer, not very good at all.

Wasn't very helpful when we called and when we changed the car they charged us more than double what we were paying, almost felt like it was a catch 22 they knew we had to pay it or pay up to leave. We wouldn't ever take out insurance with these again.

What a nightmare company! Portal doesn’t work, website is inefficient and when you finally get through to a human all they can offer is a callback some day between 9 and 6…which incidentally doesn’t happen. Avoid.
