These stars should start from zero. I would have rated it zero. Never done negative review before but I felt i had to. Very poor customer service who when asked anything about looong delay (1hr 40 mins) from doctor seeing the patient, they ask us to go and remind the doctor as they have done there part. I guess they fear their doctors. The doctor sees other patients who came late and by they look and my experience they didn't have the appointment reserved. Would not encourage anyone with pain to visit the clinic branch unless for just documents (sick leave) purpose. Please don't go there if you love your health. Not very clean either..they simply don't care

GP reffered me to MS and MS even dont know that I am refferd by GP. GP told me come fasting for test, when came fasting, MS said no need tests. Internal communication system very weak. Took my sample for 2nd time and still last one week report is pending. Will never visit this clinic anymore.

What a rude behavior on the phone. I called almost 10 times continuously on 800 7400 number for emergency on 15th June 2023 afternoon and somebody picks up the call and disconnects the phone. Will never recommend this place. Please change your telephone operator.

Very rude receptionist boys! Yesterday I went from jebel Ali to consult an ENT specialist. And the boy in reception (his name might be PRAVO) send me to GP. what's a bad experience.

Good experience with doctor. But worst behaviour from receptionist. Making too much delay and bad attitude towards customers.
