The “manager” at the property told us we would be locking in a rate for our unit and never informed the rate would increase every 6 months. When after I noticed an increase one employee hung up on me in the middle of out conversation. Then when I finally spoke to the “manager” he lies and states he never said we would be locking in a rate. The person above him refused to do anything to help resolve the issue stating it’s a month to month which was never explained. These people are liars and have terrible customer service DO NOT rent a unit with them.

I know this is a bit late but late then never. I’m glad we found this storage facility , because their customer service was exceptional “Matt “ was extremely professional and offered several option and suggestions which impressed me of his expertise and knowledge of the storage services. He gave us the information from top to bottom and explained them very easily from storage space and payment options . Thank you right move owners and Matt for providing exceptional service .

Leslie helped us getting the correct size storage we needed and you really can't beat the price! She was so friendly and very patient and really made us feel at ease. The storage facility is super clean, climate controlled, and clean restrooms. The parking lot has a security employee that drives around frequently. If you need a storage unit this is the place to go. Extremely satisfied with the space and customer service.

I've used this storage place in the past, they have climate controlled rooms and a large freight elevator which i was relieved to see. I didn't have any issues getting my things in because they have large carts you can use for free and the hallways are named so it's easier to get around the area. I would recommend this location if you have items that you want to keep in good condition.

Matt was beyond amazing. His customer service skills are exceptional and every business needs a Matt to keep all the customers happy. He was friendly, explained everything and even did a follow up call. This is definitely a person who will keep the business rolling smooth. Kizzy was absolutely amazing from start to finish. When she answered the phone I knew I was in the right place. She showed me multiple units and made sure I had what I needed. She also took care of my Uhaul reservation and made sure I had my boxes. She’s amazing and I’ll be sending more people her way!!! Ten star service!!! …

Deceptive and shady. They told me they would increase my unit rate from the amount I signed up for to the supposed 'current value' of the units, but the increased price is not what I signed on the agreement. So I have to keep paying more whenever they decide to increase the price of other units nah.

Clean storage, has a restroom, carts for hauling your stuff around. The temperature is always perfect so your valuables don't get damaged. Location is good - I just wish they had more locations in Houston. Prices have consistently gone up since I got my unit which is not exactly to my liking.

Ms kizzy was the best at helping me find a storage unit. She was so nice and helpful. The process was quick and easy. She is very friendly and inviting I even got a chance to vent my problems to her. Five star service I really appreciated her help! Thank you!!
