Ryan said needed to drop a neutral wire to fix all my office wall outlets. Returned once because another outlet did not work and that was just a trip breaker. Few days later noticed another outlet in office not working and called him back. Found there was a short in an outlet that had burnt wires. short was due to loose connection. I'm very certain this was caused when they pulled out my outlets over most of the house and that is what loosened the wire and caused the short. Ryan said not their fault and he would have to replace a new wire again to fix both outlets. I never did have good feeling about this guy and it was decided that I did not want him working on it any longer. I called new electrician and they did not need to replace a wire at all. They also greatly doubt I needed a new neutral wire dropped for the first problem). Just a new outlet and plate. fixed both problems. I believe this was do to poor work or bad work done on purpose to get more money. I found Ryan to be very overbearing and at one put kept telling me I'm rude and getting closer and closer to me and I was actually afraid. I would not trust this company. If you don't know anything about electrical, it doesn't take long for the contractor to know that and rip you off. Hate to write reviews but felt this was necessary.

Called Ryan and got a verbal quote of $225 out the door to install an electric disconnect on my electric water heater. On the day of the install, after work was completed, the technician called Ryan to confirm the price. Ryan then stated $340, at which point I reminded him of the $225 verbal quote. Ryan stated the increase was due to a service charge, at which point I questioned that as well as it was not stated in the original quote. At this point, Ryan lowered the price to $260, stating that they were now at about $100 in materials. I questioned this, as I knew the one part involved (the non-fusible disconnect) was purchased at Lowes for around $20. However, I said I'd be happy to pay $260 if the job involved that much in materials - I simply asked for an itemized list of materials to confirm. After I wrote the check, I was provided an invoice that simply stated "$100 - materials". After forwarding this email to their general email box again requesting an itemized list of materials once more, I haven't received a response. I'm not so much concerned with paying a premium for a licensed electrician's expertise, but being lied to is just disappointing. I won't be using them again and will definitely not recommend them to anyone else.

Called for an estimate for the electrical component of a bathroom remodel. Was not told at the time that there would be a charge to provide the estimate. Reviewed the plans, but Ryan did not discuss any potential issues with a "dedicated circuit", or even look at the electrical panel. Even though this is an older house! Was asked for a $65.00 payment before leaving our house. I looked on the website, and the estimate charge is buried under a couple of tabs, and it says $50.00. When I brought this to his attention the response was, oh ya, I need to have the website updated. As of today (over three weeks later) it still says $50.00. When getting other estimates the electricians checked the panel, informing me that I would need to run an additional circuit to the bathroom, which means that his estimate for $65.00 is worthless. Also to note I've had several estimates for plumbing, electrical, etc. and not one has charged a fee. Will not use this company, and would not recommend. I would expect when paying for an estimate (not the industry standard it seems) it would be complete and thorough. I get the feeling this not much more than a quick stop on his way home on a Friday afternoon.

Ryan and Cody were great! We had an issue on a Saturday that most places we called said could wait until Monday. When I explained my concern about knowing everything was safe for us and our home, Ryan didn't hesitate and came out within a couple of hours. It turned out to be an absolute emergency and they were very clear about the safety hazard and very concerned for our well-being. We ended up needing to have the power shut off to our home and stay in a hotel. Ryan pushed our home to the top of his list and got the permits and parts to get our power back on safely ASAP and charged a very reasonable rate to do it. He and Cody worked very hard, were very professional and very concerned for us as their customers but also as a family in a stressful time.

Excellent experience with Rinder Electric!!! They were super responsive! This company always responded back to me within a day of any question I had (or they had). I was scheduled to get the work done incredibly fast after the quote was approved (e.g., within days!!!). They worked super hard when they were here (e.g. 11 hour day) to get all the work completed in 1 day!! They were professional, knowledgeable, and did a super great job! I had 24 canned lights installed, new outlet installed, an existing light fixture moved, 4 outside lights replaced, 2 outlets replaced outside, and new landscape lighting added. The price was absolutely reasonable. They are on my list to always call if I have any electrical needs in the future!! A+

I don’t option reviews, but I had to take a second to write this one because I wanted to say thank you to Rinder Electric. There’s nothing more frustrated than having something in your house stop working and for me my garage door would not open. I tried everything that I could possibly think of to troubleshoot the problem, but it turned out that the issue was electrical. I called so many different companies, but most of them were unavailable to come help me and I was stuck in my garage. Thankfully these guys were able to come and help me the same day and charge me a very reasonable rate for the repair. I’m so happy that I took the time to call them. This won’t be the last time I use their services.

We had one room of our house that wasn’t getting any power. I have never actually needed to hire an electrician before, so I wasn’t really sure what I was looking for. Thankfully, I trusted their reviews online and decided to go with this company. The entire experience with them was professional and easy. Wow!!! This company really made a difference in our home. We had them out to replace 12 pocket lights that were installed 30+yrs ago. In addition to the 12, we added 6 to the living space. Ryan was a consummate professional as were his crew. They cleaned and asked me what was wanted every step of the way! It’s been a few months now and the lights have made a drastic difference in how we live in the home. The price was more than fair, and the work was exceptional. I definitely recommend Rinder Electric. This is easily the best experience I have ever had with an electrician. I had several things around the house that I needed help with, and they were able to knock them all out for me in just one day. They installed two lighting fixtures, repaired an outlet, and checked my breaker box for me. rinder came out and installed a ring light and a flood light on my garage, and an extra outlet in my home. They were also able to remove my garage from switch power (why there was a switch in the first place who knows but-the house is old). When I realized a light was constantly on in the garage I went to turn it off and it turned off the Ring light. I called them when I noticed this and they got right back out to fix it. Great quality-super responsive-will absolutely use again in the future for any electrical needs!

I have a pretty old house and the wiring is less than ideal. I had a bit of an emergency situation on my hands and needed an electrician right away. I called Rinder and they were able to give me a quote over the phone. They came out within a day or two and installed 8 can lights in the ceiling, a ceiling fan, 2 bathroom lights and 3 breakfast bar lights. They did an amazing job and were able to somehow wire the lights without having to cut hardly any drywall. The lights make our kitchen look fantastic. I would definitely recommend them if you need any electrical work done.

Called Rinder on a Sunday morning, assuming I was not going to get service until Monday. He called an hour later and said she’d be there by 2:00 in the afternoon. He came out, diagnosed the issue, provided a safe and temporary solution, and schedule time the following week to finish it up. Came out, finished the work, left things clean. Rinder is too on my list of contractors and has always done excellent electrical work.

I'm really thankful for the last minute appointment that Rinder Electric did for me. My kitchen had no power and I was so worried about losing all the food in my fridge. They came out within and hour of calling. Their technician was on top of everything and had my power working again in no time at all. Wonderful company. They are so helpful. Rinder Electric is such a find! They are the best electrician I have ever used. We have an old house and the electric is a little problematic. Any time we have a problem this company comes right out. Highly recommend this company!! We had 3 chandeliers installed, an outlet moved, and an outlet installed outside. This company was even willing to hang a tv mount outside after they added the outlet since they already had the tools to drill through brick. They offer wonderful service for a wonderful price. Hired them for low-voltage wiring installation to add an Ethernet outlet in a spare bedroom. There were a couple of missteps during the initial work, but the end result was done as promised and Cody went out of his way multiple times to come back and fix what was needed to make things right. Rinder Electric is our go to for electrical needs. We have had the refrigerator moved to a separate fuse/breaker after multiple trips, and fan and light installs. We haven’t had any problems with the work done and the prices are reasonable.
