Avoid RitConcept. As per many others experience, ordered an item which was “in stock, delivery 1 week”. Within a few days received an email instructing it would be more like 8 weeks. After 8 weeks, followed up to be told it was another 3-4 weeks still. I wasn’t able to accept this as was going on vacation and no longer wished to receive anyway by this point as felt like I’d been taken advantage of. Requested a cancellation to which I was then told I needed to pay 10% cancellation fee. Tbh, the cancellation charge is reasonable and is stated in their T&C’s but I suspect that overall this company relies on cancellation charges as a revenue stream given that they don’t seem to be keen on displaying accurate information regarding item availability on their website and I’m not even sure they had even shipped the item. For the few people which seem to have received their orders, the item received and seems to be of poor quality OR the review is fake. Many reviews are worded in a very ChatGPT way by folks who’ve only ever left 1 review…. Suspicious. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere, this company does not have a good practices.

AVOID!! Terrible experience - ordered the Glenn Single/Two Seater Sofa Bed - 120cm. Given you pay a premium price for the sofa, you expect a premium product. I had to wait 2+ months (which I agreed to) - reason for this is because it's made to order in China. Having waited that much time and paid so much money, the quality was shocking really. It looked cheap, the mattress extremely hard. After a painful back and forth of 2 months (59 emails), I managed to get them to collect the item and refund me, but I have to say I was very nervous along the way. Do yourself a favour and don't order from them, I doubt that any other of their products would be of higher quality. Given that I got a fair resolution in the end I would've refrained from such a negative review, but the incredibly slow and painful customer experience made me want to warn others.

Avoid this company at all costs. We ordered a coffee table in April on the basis of it being delivered within a week. Were then told 6-8 weeks. Never heard anything after a further 9 weeks. When we asked we’ve been told further delays for another 6-7 weeks. I frankly don’t believe that they have any intention of ever delivering our order. We have asked for a full refund and await to hear back….we have now heard back. Our order number is 541148. Why did you not say upfront that the order was not available? And obviously still isn’t which is why the “delivery” date keeps getting pushed out. We’ve been told that there is a 10% cancellation fee. This is quite outrageous given all the false representations made by you. And judging by the reviews below, this is not new issue with your company.

Bought a stool. Leg was loose, then it came off. Contacted them: Customer service reply was: "Any claim should be raised within 14 days of receipt. If the leg is loose, it is recommended that you use screws to tighten it.". Screws will not work! A stool minus a leg is not fit for purpose. Lets see what they say next, but clearly not good customer service so far

Do not order from this company. The two items that I purchased were advertised as available on their website when I’m fact they had a 9 week lead time when ordered. Their customer service is terrible and seems to be a copy and paste job of reply templates. An extremely frustrating interaction with a business that I suspect will not be operating for very long

I ordered a sofa with a prévision of 1-4 days for being delivered. After four days I received an email that there were some delays and now the time would be about 8 weeks. Then I requested to cancel and get my refund asap but customer service is slow, available only by email or WhatsApp. I am still waiting for my refund and will update my comment soon.
