They do not honor the prices or sales listed. We took pictures of the tag, description and sales tag on the shelf and they claimed all 3 rows of products (Christmas lights) that were placed there which matched the description on the tag below exactly where the 75%off Christmas items sale sign was placed were all in the wrong place. They called the manager over who refused to even go look, we had taken a photo and shown the manager who refused to honor it still. This is the second time in a row they have done this to us with clearance items and refused to honor the deals they advertised. This doesn’t seem to be accidental anymore, they are intentionally advertising deals which they don’t intend to honor. Total bait and switch! Additionally they were saying that the clearance items were ringing up at OVER the original price listed on the shelves. This is a total scam, and totally Illegal!!! Idk how they continue to get away with this. They are just operating under the assumption that people are too dumb to check or do the math. Severely disappointed and will be looking into what additional actions can be taken as they are deliberately taking advantage of people!

I have never left a review before, because I’ve never felt the need to if the service is good. This Rite Aid in particular, I have not had good experiences with at all. They got my prescription wrong multiple times, and every time I call the pharmacy it takes three or four times of calling for them to actually answer. There’s been times where they claim it’s because they’re busy, so I drive there and there’s absolutely no one standing in line. This leads me to believe they are understaffed, even if that’s the case it should not be affecting me as a customer. They are also very rude every time I call, as if they’re inconvenienced by me wanting to refill my medication. I just wouldn’t recommend going to this RiteAid

I don't think that it's too much to ask for you to put up a sign saying that your drinks cooler isn't working. I understand that people go to your store for medicine but a large number of your customers are just trying to get cold drinks and the fact that I have to walk all the way back to your drinks cooler just to find out that all of your drinks are warm seems a bit ridiculous. The least you could do is put up a sign at the front saying that the drinks cooler is still out of order.

I just wanted to share that I like to shop at this location. The staff are very friendly. I would like to suggest that during a pandemic if you could require all of your customers to wear masks, that would be appreciated. There are still parents that are bringing their kids into the store and letting them run around without masks. I completely understand needing to get out, but we all need to be helping and protecting one another during this challenging time.

Mary the lady who checked me out for my purchase was very rude for literally no reason at all. She mustve been having a bad day. But it still doesnt excuse her rudeness. She was unprofessional and obviously irritated over something. I felt bad for the person she was training at the time. I hope they dont have the same customer service skills mary was teaching

Great staff and low traffic most days so no need to worry about social distancing! There’s a great selection of products and usually have what I need, plus they have a bunch of model cars so that’s a major ++ for me

Always friendly!! The cashiers are friendly and caring. I appreciate there help and service. My family uses the pharmacy Everyone is wonderful! I hope the company takes good care of them and support them!

This Rite Aid is super clean and the wait for the pharmacy is never long. They even have some computer supplies which has been very handy during the pandemic. I really recommend this pharmacy!

The worst rite aid in Portland. Management couldn’t be any ruder. Don’t bring your kids with you into this store if you’re buying any kind of alcohol. Extremely discriminatory!!!

Great store with a surprise collection of items that I have searched for on the internet . Great prices… many times lower than other stores traditionally known for great prices!

The staff is always helpful and friendly. The store manager, Carl does a fantastic job. The store is always clean, stocked and easy to shop.

The staff NEVER answer the phone. It takes 10 minutes just to get a hold of someone. Terrible service. Do not get your prescriptions here.

Well stocked store, but not well lit or kept sharp looking. Items were knocked over on shelves and this seemed cluttered.
