I had a terrible experience last night at this Rite Aid. I went in to return 4 beauty items with my original receipts for all of them and all items were purchased within this month time frame. The cashier was a new supervisor named Florizel. She asked what was wrong with the item . I told her I had tried them on but was not happy with the results with the makeup and the pore vacuum didn't seem strong enough. All products were in brand new condition still only tried once . Florizel told me I could not return my items because they had been opened. I said are you aware of your return policy because I return things here all the time and I've never had an issue for trying on a product. Florizel said its because my items were expensive she won't return them on her watch. I told her I didn't want to have to come back especially during a pandemic and I had every right to return my items . She would not help me so I asked to speak to her boss she denied me from speaking to anyone else she said she's the only person in charge. At this point I'm furious I dont understand why she's treating me this way I am a platinum member there which means I spend over 1000 dollars a year there to be treated this way was unbelievable! I will be calling their corporate office on Monday because this is unacceptable I was within their full return policy and in no way should I have been denied a refund nor should Florizel have a supervisor position or job for that matte . She's completely unprofessional and doesn't even know the policy for the store she's left in charge of. Just Unbelievable!! I will never spend another dime here

Loved the experience didn't know that there is still plenty of people who enjoy their job want to say thank you to the staff working at this location 'RENEE' REALLY HELPED US OUT even us being from out of town she was very PATIENT and so sweet. Thanks RITE AID in clermont for great service... definitely be back again.

It was long line at checkout one person running multiple registers ( good job for him by the way) but not fair i think because it was two people stocking ice cream TWO i feel one could’ve help cashiering to bring the line down.

Excellent experience with employee who made sure I could get everything because I'm in a power chair. He never hovered but check on me over & over. He assisted me with my items. Right Aid thank you for this employee.

Horrible store . The security was being completely rude to customers just for being in his way . Undercover but more like noticeable. Just very unprofessional staff . Never going here again

Got in & out quickly here yesterday. I'm not from the area so another customer let me use her Rite Aid card so I could get a discount. Cashier was very friendly & the place was tidy.

Always helpful,great holiday shopping, friendly staff, It's a go to for alot of needs!

Self checkout registers all not signed in so you can't use them.
