10/10 experience. Everyone did there best to make sure that we had the best interactions. Right from the beginning when you walked in and are greeted buy the receptionist who is ready to actually help. I was given the privilege to be able to have Marah as the person who helped me find the very car that i was looking for. Marah really truly does treat everyone like family. And even after I bout the car, she was still doing the best that she could to make sure every thing is smooth. She is like family now. Even the manager was amazing, made sure we had the best deal, and was a great person to deal with. But I must say that Marah is just an amazing person I can not express in words how much I appreciate her.

After Sherwood Park Hyundai misled me while selling me my vehicle, I was naturally upset when my Venue had an issue. I called River City and found out that nothing was covered. I ended up getting really mad at the poor service guy who didn’t do anything wrong, but the manager wanted to make it right and replaced my battery for just labour. Omar And Jonathan, who replaced my battery, were so helpful, and treated me with such respect, more than I deserved as I was definitely upset and emotional. I’ll buy my next Hyundai from these guys, and they’ll be handling my service going forward.
