This vet clinic is absolutely amazing! When I moved to the area, I had a different vet, but I found that they were over priced and were not genuine with the animals, they were very money hungry. I found out that my small 4lb Pomeranian needed knee surgery on her legs and decided to look into a new vet. I came across River Glen and my prayers were answered. They were truthful in the cost of the surgery. I was given a free consult for my dog along with an outline of the expenses of the surgery. I also did my own research and found out that the vet from the clinic has orthopaedic experience. We decided to go ahead with the surgery and it was very smooth and stress-free. During the surgery, Mariam would email me updates on how my dog was doing and kept me fully informed the entire time. They gave me specific instructions on how to care for my dog after the surgery with consistent emails back and forth. If I ever had a question or concern I would email Mariam and she would follow up promptly- even if that meant after hours. My dog is still recovering from surgery and I was told she can come in anytime if I have any issues relating to her legs and I wouldn’t have to be worried about being charged for the visit. They also told me to bring my dog anytime to visit to get her use to coming to the vet. They showed me and my dog so much genuine kindness, you can tell that they are passionate with what they do and love animals. I am so happy and grateful that I was able to find this vet! Thank You! Honestly I don’t usually write reviews but this vet has taken such good care of my two boys that I couldn’t pass writing a review here. I’ve never had such a positive experience with a vet before, both for my pets AND myself. For context the first time I went there I had a knee brace on and was limping. The second time (over a month at least later) I didn’t have the brace and was walking okay. One of the first things they asked me was how my leg was, I was shocked that they remembered! They remembered my name, my other cat (I was bringing a new kitty this time), and just other small things I’d mentioned to them. Honestly just goes to show that they care, about the animals and the owners. They have a great price point (cheaper then where I used to go even I’ve found) and all around just a good time. If you’re like me your pets are family and you only want the best; this is the best. Of course I don’t hope to have to visit a vets office too often with my cats but when they do need the vet, I’m glad they have River Glen. Thank you guys again from myself, Dorito, and pickles!

After a really bad visit at the first vet I visited. (Didn’t care about my dog, was very unprofessional and poor with explaining issues in detail , and charged astronomical high prices) I had an amazing visit today with Cali who had her tooth extracted. The experience was lovely from the start since speaking with the receptionist on the phone. Very nice lady and she allowed me to send a video of my dogs tooth to their business email and responded with extensive info and answered all my questions and even gave quote of how much I would be looking at (no other vet does that because I called a bunch before hand) I was really stressed out about my dogs tooth before hand especially after visiting the first vet. But This clinic made me feel so much better . Dr Hasish was so kind, explained everything to my understanding , professional, kind to my dog and did a great dog with her surgery. They were able to fit her in for a surgery the next day . Prices are good Happy customer. would recommend going here 100%

My experience with River Glen Clinic was superb! My Raju is a 5-month-old rabbit. I wanted to get him spayed and naturally I was very anxious. He's my first pet and so, I didn't know much. When I first called River Glen, they were very hospitable. I took him in for surgery and Dr Nour was very natural with him. The clinic was also very honest with what tests weren't absolutely necessary (honestly, other clinics were charging me so much more). So, I paid a very fair amount. They kept me updated the entire time. I received not just messages but also videos of my Raju post-surgery. He was very healthy and active when I went to pick him up. The clinic stayed in touch with me that night and the next day, regarding my bunny. They even trimmed his nails as complimentary (something I was struggling with for a while). I would definitely recommend River Glen for your pets! It's a bit far from my place, but it was definitely worth the commute! Absolutely loved my experience with them.

We have great experience here, they’re very knowledgeable and really care about my dog. We also had two surgeries here: One was removed a benign tumour on my dog’s paws. Our previous vet said they couldn’t remove it without removing one of his fingers, and we need to bought antibiotics for him when there was infections. We spent a lot of money on antibiotics. After we moved to River Glen vet, the doctor performed the surgery successfully with reasonable price, and my dog recovered well. The second one was a complicated surgery which we need to fix my dog’s hernia. We had a great experience again. The surgery went well, and after it performed, we can send pictures or ask questions anytime. They also cared about my dog a lot, even asking if he’s doing ok at night. Highly recommended! There aren’t enough kind words to describe this clinic. Our dog torn her CCL and we wanted to complete surgery right away. Our local vet in Ottawa referred us to here. River Glen offered us a date within a week, booked only our dog for the day so they could focus solely on her. Mariam worked with us to set up payment plans/financing and checked in multiple times with us regarding the surgery and over the days following. Dr. Hashish is incredibly knowledgeable and explained every detail to us before and after surgery. The drive was long but it was well worth it. River Glen is genuinely concerned about our pets and the care/comfort from them is unlikely any other place we’ve been. Would absolutely make them our primary vet if we ever moved to the GTA.

My dog was hit by a car. I am a single mom and a full time student. The first vet I rushed her to was cold, insensitive and did not care about my dogs well being at all. Their main focus was $. I decided to pick my dog up and take her to a different vet. We ended up here and they were AMAZING! Their FIRST priority was making my puppy as comfortable as possible. Explained the bone brake to me and went over the options in detail. They took amazing care of her, were loving and caring to both my furbaby and myself. Most amazing vet around hands down. Their prices were also super reasonable and i did not feel as though they were trying to overcharge me. Will never see another, this is now our vet. I am so thankful to them for everything they did!!

We have had our fair share of vets over the years - and by far, River Glen is truly the best. Both Dr's Hashish and Mattar are knowledgeable, personable, caring, patient and informative. We met them under unfortunate circumstances, as our cat was in renal failure, but their compassion truly made her last hours on Earth easier for us. Absolutely the Best Veterinary Experience !!! We have been visiting River Glen Vet Clinic for months now for help with our cats. The couple who run and manage this place are absolutely amazing, kind and extremely knowledgeable. One conversation and you can see the passion and kindness they have for the wellbeing of your pet. This is the only Veterinary Clinic we will ever go to. I have recommended them to 4 other family and friends and they have all switched over to them. I already had a vet for my cat but I wasn’t satisfied with their service and decided to change it. And then I came across this clinic which I loved. I came here for my cats neutering and the staff was so helpful and friendly loved the environment. After the surgery my cat was fit and healthy the next day. As it was first time they even trimmed my cats nails while he was sleeping. These little gestures meant a lot. One thing I really liked is they do surgeries on weekends as well I got my cats neutering done on a Sunday. So I really appreciate the time and hard work this clinic puts in. I would definitely recommend River glen vet clinic for anyone with a pet. 10/10

Our malinois had a terrible accident and we were referred to RiverGlen. They not only made us feel welcome but they treated our pup as if he was their own and made us feel like we’ve known each other for years. The communication is second to none making their customer service top class. On multiple occasions while getting treatment for our pup I’ve witnessed their compassion in taking on walk ins from desperate owners looking for help. Truly great people and so very grateful they are our vet. We made the right choice absolutely no regrets. Even our pup has no hesitation running inside, he loves everyone there and that’s saying a lot.

Excellent team and affordable service! I have my rabbits neutered here and they both recover very fast after the surgery. The vet and his assistant definitely show ultimate care and love to animals ! They are knowledgeable and would explain to you with scientific fact if you have any concerns. They called to check up on my rabbits twice the next day of my visit to make sure everything is all right. The whole clinic is clean and new, equipped with all the necessities. Could not recommend enough ! Would visit them again in the future although we drive 30 mins from Mississauga hahaa

Such an amazing vet office! I would highly recommend to take your animals to this office. I had the best experience here today, I brought my dog in, in a panic he was bleeding non stop from his mouth. We were in and out within an hour and my dog was completely back to himself! They took the time to go over every single thing with me, they are very highly educated. The pricing there is very very reasonable for those on a budget. I am thankful for the River Glen Vet Clinic that provided exceptional care for my older dog Mylo. Mylo is an 18 pound Morkie and on Mother’s Day Sunday he sustained trauma to his eye from an altercation with an 80 pound dog. Dr Hashish was gentle, compassionate, and able to not only fix his eye, but did so at a moment’s notice. He did a thorough check of Mylo and I had complete confidence in his recommendations. Such a wonderful vet! Mariam was brilliant at fitting in Ozzie the rabbit to be checked over last minute. Dr Nour was very thorough and gentle and knowledgeable. Very good price for such an awesome team. Hoping that we only need to go back for routine visits and nothing serious but these will definitely be my go to vet clinic Update ... Dr. Mariam and Dr. Nour are absolutely amazing!!! We were in and out of another vet office for the past 3 months as our German Shepherd was experiencing major digestion issues, we finally decided to get a second opinion and thankfully we were referred to River Glen Veterinary Clinic as one visit with Dr. Mariam & Dr. Nour provided us with a proper diagnosis and our dog is finally on the road to recovery! I recently changed my local vet due to extremely high vet costs. I came across River Glen, also located in my neighbour and boy am I glad. Having 4 older cats to take care of, I feel the most comfortable and safe bring them here. Dr. Nour Hashish has been very informative which gives me piece of mind when dealing with any pet. I can't thank the staff at River Glen enough. My dog got very sick over the New Years holiday and they were absolutely amazing. Not only were they open when most vets (including my own) were closed they saw me and my dog right away and gave us a few options. They continued to reach out and check in post visit and were always available if I had any questions regarding medication, diet or other symptoms. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable. An amazing place and highly competent Vet office. The Dr and his incredibly kind medical assistant and professional literally saved our dogs life. I brought my 2 cats to River Glen Veterinary Clinic to be neutered and have their vaccines updated. It was an extremely smooth and efficient process from start to finish. We visited the River Glen Clinic when our 16 year old dog experienced an unexpected injury over the weekend. Thankfully this wonderful clinic was open! We took our sweet pup in and were helped right away. The care provided exceeded our expectations. I would strongly recommend this vet if you love and care your little baby. I changed many vets sine my dog has allergy issues. Last vet in the third line even spent one year to fix her ear infection but failed and charged a lot of money! Finally we came to this Vet and Dr fixed my dogs ear infection just one time and the price is very cheap, unbelievable! I am so happy that my dog finally have a great vet where she got really cared for.

Really amazing people and great service. I have brought my dog in, Gus, for a few routine visits as well as fairly urgent visits and they always found time to schedule me in. They are extremely caring people and really dedicate time to your animal. When Gus was sick with a pesticide poisoning, they would follow up with me daily to ensure he was recovering. I couldn't recommend this vet office enough!

The response from the clinic is efficient when I reached out to her for a quotation of doing the neutering, the dental cleaning and an appointment. The price was reasonable and the surgery was quick. My dog was limping for a few weeks before I came to River Glen vet clinic. They offered affordable and thorough treatment including a surgery during which the bone sample was extracted and tested. My 14 year old dog became very ill on Father’s Day, the vets at this clinic took him in with the most gentle care and gave him the treatment he needed. They explained everything that they were doing to help him to me and my family and genuinely cared for what was best for our dog. Even held him closely as he was getting some shots.

We visited River Glen clinic to get our bunny spayed. It was a great experience from the time we booked the appointment to the last stage of her recovery. Very nice place and experienced Vet who saved my cat's life. My cat doesn't eat for a while and the liver was damaged, after the treatment and force feed at home, my cat come back alive, and as active as before, though he is still skinny. I will follow the instruction from the Vet and hope my cat will gain back weight soon.

My dog needed surgery immediately on a Sunday and they were able to accommodate. This is the best vet clinic I have ever been to in terms of their medical expertise and their customer service. They were extremely caring the whole time and followed up several times after we took the dog home.
