I ordered from their website, choosing an arrangement they posted. I ordered “as shown”. What was delivered was not what was shown in the photograph. It was substantially less impressive and did not even include the flowers pictured (nothing difficult or out of season, simply basic lily stems). I emailed and received no response. I emailed again and the response I received was that they could not give me what was pictured for the price they asked. Additionally, the owner argued w me that the arrangement DID include SOME of the flowers pictured, when it’s sitting in front of me and does not. The arrangement was nice, but it was not “as shown” and I have the pictures to prove such. I simply feel if you are going to advertise one arrangement for a certain price, you should not then deliver a lesser item and say “that’s all we can do for that price” You priced it. You photographed it. I would have chosen something different And frankly, I am not impressed with basically being told “sorry not sorry” I’m sure they have lovely things, but I will not be using them again due to the customer service I received.

The owner called very apologetic and has agreed to send an additional bouquet as a "Cheer Up" a week after the funeral to make up for my unhappiness with the plant originally sent. I appreciated her making this gesture so I've upped the stars on this review and would probably give them another chance. The owner was very sweet and explained a part-time employee had done the order while she was out of town for Easter and I give her kudos for wanting to make it right. (4/14/17)For a plant that cost more than $100, I was expecting more of a large plant. They probably didn't know I would actually attend the funeral and see what they sent! I was very disappointed as it was just an average plant and I made it very clear I wanted a premium plant as this was for a very important person! Also, through their broken English, they got the card completely wrong, although I spelled every name carefully and repeatedly for them. I do NOT recommend this florist, nor will I ever use them again.

I placed an online order Thursday morning for Mother's day for delivery on Friday. The delivery did not show up. Saturday I called & they took my information so that they could call me back. 2 hours later I hadn't heard anything so I called back. A man took my order # & looked it up in 5 mins. They sent over flowers later in the evening. 3 days later my credit card has been charged twice. They refunded me the amount that I was supposed to be charged & left the 2nd charge which was $45 dollars more expensive than my receipt and what was confirmed Saturday. Hands down the worst experience and will not be EVER ordering from them again. I would not recommend using this store. Also if you leave a review rating them accurately the manager will call you and badger you as to why you ACCURATELY described your service.

Overall, the flowers look amazing, and they did deliver in time, but their customer service was pretty bad. They told me over the phone that they would deliver all the flowers to me at a certain time I needed. But after a day, I called to order one more flower to the order, and the worker was trying to tell me that they can not make it on time and if I can pick it up instead. I told them the reason I purchased from them at that price was the delivery promised. This is an order of 4 flower vases. I would have given them a 5 star, but 4 is good for me. Plus, after all that headache on the phone, they did deliver way before the time we set for. I was very happy about that.

I had a really great experience ordering from here. I placed an order online around noon and 3-4 hours later my order was delivered. The flowers were amazing and so fragrant. Really lovely and thoughtfully done. More than a week later they still looked and smelt great and most importantly, the wife was delighted and impressed. I called in to thank them and spoke to Raj. He was very gracious and grateful. I would highly recommend ordering from here, not only for their amazing selection and how long they last but also for their customer service.

I live in Florida and was ordering for a friend who lives in Houston. Ordered online. Ad showed a "multi colored" orchid with blooms up and down the stems for $100 + taxes and delivery for a total or $135. I was very disappointed when my friend sent me a picture of 3 tall stems with a few white blooms at the top. Literally saw the equivalent in my local grocery store for $25. The only positive I have is that delivery occurred next day as advertised. Would never recommend them.

Extremely rude customer service … Tried to explain I will make payment once arrangement is ready. Wanted to see picture before hand. Sales person did not agree and was very rude and decided to hang up on me. Called again to try to understand, and he basically said we’re not making the arrangement unless you pay… I am willing to provide card details for promise of pay, however they lost a recurring customer. Their rude attitude won’t get them far with their business

I will absolutely be calling Royals again for my upcoming events. She was extremely personable and willing to do what was needed to fit beautiful centerpieces (better than I could have imagined) into my budget. Her staff setting up the event were there on time and worked so quickly - I was amazed at how fast they had my room set. Wonderful experience, my guests were thrilled with the look of our event - can't wait to see what else we are able to do together!

Most recently, we worked with Smita to construct some centerpieces to match their "You are My Sunshine" bouquet we'd ordered. I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday. I actually did this two days before to make sure my ordered did not get messed up in the valentine's rush. They never delivered it. I called up the next day and they really could not have cared less. Said they did not receive it and gave me a "sorry bout that" response. I was charged for the flowers and received a confirmation. Wonderful flower shop! I ordered from Kansas City on their website. I wanted sunflowers delivered to my mom in Houston but they were out of stock. The sweetest man called to let me know my options of either cancelling the order or he’d create his own arrangement for her which is what I chose. When i called to express my concern that the arrangement did not look close to what I ordered, i was told that flower prices have gone up, that i could not see the entire arrangement from all sides and that I didn't know the exact price of flowers. I always wonder why florists ask for reviews when we don’t know what to review. Shouldn’t it be automatic that the buyer knows what the bought. The flowers were delivered that’s all I know.
