Been once before, shocking service /attitude from person on front counter but I went with it and said nothing. Today, against my better judgement, (approx 8 months later) I made another visit. This time the lady on the counter was on the phone - business not social chat so I waited patiently ..... and waited ....... and waited ...... and waited . This same lady even refused to acknowledge my existence . As I waited another adult appeared from the back - presumed she worked there but could be wrong? She also made no attempt to help. I subsequently left and will not be returning again. I always make an effort to support local businesses but they don’t seem to want the custom or deserve it. I am now going to look for the next nearest Dry Cleaners and would suggest that other customers avoid the belittling experience on offer when you walk through the door!

It was Saturday and I was in a rush to press my wool suit for an event the following day, Sunday . It has been at the bottom of a bag due to moving house and it was all completely wrinkled . Jill was excellent. She pressed my wool suit on the same day and did an excellent job . All staff were friendly. In the future I will take all my suits there without thinking twice.

After 10yrs of great service how disappionted I am of the last few weeks. I have returned my iroing twice only to have my daughter iron ir again I asked to see the manager and the attutude of this s manager unnaccepable telling I should take my custom else where in todays buisness how can a small buisness survive. Prompt and friendly service, I went in with two jackets from a suit and the lady took her time to explain the different ways I could also look after my jackets after their service. I paid around £9 each and I was greeted every time with a big smile. Oh, and the jackets are perfectly clean

I got my suit dry cleaned and pressed in december at short notice, which was more than happy to help even though they extremely busy. Spot on service, looks like a family run business which i will be using again if needed.

Always a friendly face behind the counter and very accommodating to help with timings of when stuff can be done by and info. They keep garments for up to 6 months in case you're worried.

This is the best dry cleaner we've ever used. The staff are truly lovely, and look after our clothes (and us!) with amazing professionalism and warmth.
