Ketan is FRAUD. This guy and company will lure by giving lower rates or refund guarantee on your canceled tickets but it is a scam. Big time SCAM. I hope you get to read this review before transferring money. Don't trust him. He will give all possible excuses but won't return your money .

It is my humble request NOT to book tickets from him. he is a fraud and duped me with 1.4lakhs. He has taken money 2 months prior on the pretext of booking tickets. After chasing him for one month, I asked for a refund and still, to date, … ज़्यादा

I think it is only managed by one guy named Ketan Anand who manages to scam people, steal their money, and gives fake cheque and NEFT transaction pictures as for refund. Do not trust this agency.

He Mr. Ketan Anand booked tickets without PNR and that caused my ticket cancellation. Now he’s playing around instead of giving a refund. Its been 3 months. Stay away from this lier.
