** DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - SCAM!! ** I hired Roadrunners to pack & move the contents of my home to their storage facility. Due to unforeseen Covid impacts, I was unable to retrieve my household/personal belongings for 2 years. When the time came to finally reunite with my belongings, upon opening all the boxes and containers, we discovered several expensive items missing - 2 Louis Vuitton purses, 1 Fendi baguette, 4 Cashmere Pashmina scarves and other valuable items. In addition, many antique items were broken due to poor packing & handling. The team came to inspect the damaged items & took them away for repair and they also agreed to provide the insurance claim procedure for the stolen items. It has been 3 months and not only have they NOT returned my items, they have completely stopped responding to any communication. Needless to say, they also did not provide the insurance claim procedure. This is beyond terrible service, it is literally daylight robbery. I have no choice but to file a law suit against Roadrunners at small claim court. I will never use Roadrunners again or recommend them to anyone. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM SERVICE!! This cut off of communication, refusal to return my property & theft is outrageous. Not sure where to start but here goes. RoadRunners was the third company I called for an estimate and obviously the last. Brendan immediately offered an onsite assessment for a $100 deposit. The other two companies were $300 +. I gave the same home and contents description to all three and Brendan's overall quote was about 25% less. I was ready to pay the higher amounts because I wanted a professional seamless move. As soon as Brendan showed up and conducted his walk through I felt good about the them. On moving day the team was polite, careful and courteous. They were in at 9 and done by 3:30 PM. There was only one snag. The previous tenants of the old house could not get two couches out of the basement which I therefore had inherited when I moved in. Brendan's team tried everything they could but clearly these couches were either assembled in the basement or something had structurally changed since delivery, hence me inheriting them. The owner of the house was closing 2 days after the move and the new owners threatened not too close if these couches weren't out. Brendan and a colleague showed up within an hour of me explaining the situation and had both couches sawn in half and out the door for pick-up, saving the day! I can't say enough about these guys! Did I mention the final invoice was 20% less than the estimate? Book them today! Nicholas G.

Brendon, Paul and the whole team moved my family from our condo we lived in for over 10 years. We had 2 storage lockers full in the basement of our condo as well. Their pricing is very competitive and they offered all the extras with no "up-charging". Brendon was extremely helpful on the initial call and offered a lot of good ideas on how to pack and label to make the move day go smoothly. On the day of the move they arrived early to ensure there were no issues getting the service elevator. They also came upstairs to ensure we didn't need any help disassembling any large or bulky items. They also moved our piano and took great care in doing so. The move went extremely well with zero issues. It was smooth and fast. When moving our stuff into our new house they made sure to put down runners so nothing got soiled. If you're considering booking them don't hesitate, we were lucky to get them on our move date as they were extremely busy around the time we moved.

Was referred to the Road Runners by my sister who used their service a year ago. Overall was a great experience and one of the easiest moves I’ve ever done. Hiring movers has always been a point of anxiety and stress due to the many bad experiences I’ve had with movers before. The road runners don’t disappoint. They were courteous, punctual, friendly and above all fast. Never seen movers move so damn fast! It was a blistering hot day and I couldn’t believe how fast everything moved despite being paid by the hour. That has never been my experience and I was pleasantly happy! No issues at all on the day off. Prior to the day of moving getting a quote and having someone come out was simple and clear it just took some time for anyone to get back to us with all of the emails but never longer than 24-48hrs. Only feedback would be to have that a bit more prompt but other than that I loved these guys and would definitely use them again.

Moved our 2+ brm condo 36th floor + storage locker with Roadrunners to our new 3 bdrm home. I'm very picky when it comes to cleanliness and people being on time. We've had issues with moving companies in the past so I was skeptical. I'm happy to report and taking the time to write this review about Roadrunners because I had the complete opposite experience. Arrived on site early. Move was prompt and very efficient. They did not spare any expense in taping sensitive items in moving blankets and wrapping them tightly and very carefully. They got everything into our new home in record time with zero mess! All items arrived intact and all were placed into the appropriate rooms. This is exactly what I had envisioned when hiring any moving company and Roadrunners met and exceeded that. Thanks again guys!

I bought a very expensive DJ Table off of a friend. These tables are custom made in Germany and this particular table I bought does not ship disassembled. It had to be moved as is. This by no means was an easy move and based on the cost of the table I was very anxious on move day. On move day I met them personally on site to ensure everything went smoothly. The time and care that they put into moving this table is how I would’ve handled it myself. They were on time, knew where to park and access the building, very professional. I didn't have to assist them at all. The table arrived at my house in the exact same condition it left. I would definitely hire them again!

We had an excellent experience from start to finish. We have just a couple minor suggestions to future clients: - Have doorstops handy if you are eco-conscious. Our movers' method was to roll off a huge wad of packing tape (made of nonrenewable resources) and fashion it into a makeshift disposable doorstop - Have blankets ready if you want to maximize cleanliness. We were grateful that the movers provided blankets to protect the furniture, but the blankets were dusty and we're not sure when they were last cleaned. Still, their blankets were better than nothing which is what we had! :) Our thanks to Roadrunner for a very good move.

Friendly and professional service. Paul was extremely helpful in getting everything set up for us and answered all of our questions in a timely and friendly manner. On moving day, everything went smoothly with zero hiccups. The movers were incredibly efficient and very careful with all of our belongings, and always checked to make sure they were packing and moving the correct items. We barely lifted a finger. Paul's estimate was accurate and their services were worth every penny. We moved out of a condo and because our new home was not ready, Paul suggested we use their onsite storage which was super convenient! Highly recommend!

We recently used Road Runners Moving & Storage for our move from Scarborough to Oshawa. Paul and his crew were on time and super friendly. They worked quickly and ensured our belonging were handled with care. We had some issues with getting our key on time and they stuck with us while we played the "waiting game" . Unfortunately we did not get our key that day and had to hold our stuff in storage. Paul went out of his way to accommodate our new move date which we truly appreciate. I also have to mention how much we appreciate them assembling all of our furniture at the new house .... that itself saved us hours of our time.

Excellent! PAUL was great with providing a quote, answering my questions and getting my reservation booked. Very responsive and professional from the get go. My items were going to a storage facility plus there was some furniture to be junked. TONY and DAVID were there on moving day, right on time. They were fantastic - professional, friendly and worked quickly while taking good care of our items. Invoice at the end was exactly as expected. I was so stressed that something would go wrong but it was smooth sailing. I'll call them again when its time to move my items out of storage in a few months.

Best moving company I’ve ever used. They packed my entire home in about 4 hrs, when other companies had quoted 9 hrs. The move put took 4 hrs, total. The guys were relaxed, friendly, hard working and super efficient. They packed and moved with extreme care. I had numerous challenges in my small space: very tight stairwells and turns to make at the top/bottom of them, and a GLASS wall running beside the main staircase. Their safety was never in question. Beyond that, Brendon was very patient and flexible with scheduling, as my timeline was all over the place. I’ll hire them for my every move.

Paul was a great help with the quote and ensured me it wouldn't be more than 10% overage maximum of the quote, which was perfect. $175 out of city to windsor for 2 professional guys +travel time was well worth it. Vladimir and Paul were incredibly efficient, kind, and hard working and had no issues with any items. My TVs that they wrapped extremely well and made a makeshift box was extremely helpful and prevented all scratches and dings. I can not say enough good things, so thank you so very much for making the move to windsor that much easier.

Our company was scheduled to move into a temporary office space until our new permanent office was ready. RoadRunners moved the entire contents of our office twice in 6 weeks and are we ever glad we used their services, which also included storing some of our office furniture. Not only were they professional but they maintained their cheerful and upbeat composure while moving heavy bookcases, desks and boxes filled with books. After reading great reviews about this company, I had to use their services to help with moving a couple of bedroom sets. Spoke with Paul over the phone to get pricing info, he is very patient/polite/professional. Was very satisfied with David and Vladimir. They showed up on time and moved quickly. All furniture was wrapped up and handled very well, bed frame got assembled quickly and mirror secured onto the dresser as well. Will recommend road runners to any friends or family and would definitely use this company again.

This is the second time I've used this company. Just like with my first move, I found the experience efficient and friendly from start to finish. They were patient and flexible when I had to change dates due to elevator issues. The guys even carried my couch down the five flights of stairs in my building when they found that it couldn't fit in the elevator. Unfortunately this caused some drywall damage to the building, but they promptly dealt with all the expenses associated with repairing it. Excellent job all round!

I called this company to book our moving from Scarborough to downtown Toronto. After 20 mins on the phone we finalized details such as the hours, the number of movers etc. The owner asked me to send them an email with a list of contents. We have compiled an email for about an hour with all the details. Then no one called us. After calling them twice and losing 3 days trying to reach them now they tell us that they are completely booked on our moving dates. What a joke. This company is extremely unprofessional!!

After digging through 15+ estimates, Road Runners stood out as one of the more professional one, transparent and clear estimate, and reasonably priced. I genuinely appreciate the speed in which they responded for all the questions. On moving day, they arrived on time and were super fast to load everything on the truck. They were careful and attentive even with our boxes with glass inside. Nothing was broken. They came in a smidge under their estimate of 4 hours to move everything and we couldn’t be happier.

Over the years we had worked with 3 movers before and we were never happy with all of them. I keep on looking online to find a new moving company and I was so happy I came across RoadRunnners. They were the most efficient. They just know what they were doing. No time waisted and they handle everything with care. So happy with the service. I didn’t get all of their names but Good Job guys! We hired RoadRunners to help with our move after seeing the excellent reviews. They are definitely deserving of 5 stars. They arrived right on time, and the movers were very efficient, and considerate of our belongings. They loaded and unloaded our belongings in a very timely manner, even disassembling and reassembling our beds. Should I be moving again I will definitely be choosing RoadRunners as my first choice.

They lost some of my stuff in their storage. They brought some of someone else's stuff. One of their crews did not know how to assemble a lazy boy couch and almost broke it. I had to call lazy boy to assemble it. Never apologized or compensated me. Didn't come back to take the stuff that's not mine. I worked with them between 2020 and 2022. Not good.

Excellent service. We expected a crew of 4, but a crew of 6 came with no extra charge and helped us move out of our home very quickly. The movers were friendly and professional. My wife and I were impressed they were so careful with moving large objects such as book shelves and bed frames, never touching the walls even once, even on staircases.

Really professional and efficient movers! It was a smooth and painless experience for us despite having to move on the first day of snow.
