If I can give this company more than 5 Stars I Would! We had a very serious trailer suspension issue and very glad to have got referred to Roadrunner!! From the first minute to the last we felt like we called the right roadside service. We initially called them late on a Wednesday night, and they actually answered the phone. Was real quick to send a technician out to assist. The repair was so big that any other roadside would have rejected. I explained to Robert ( The Owner ) the severity of the repair as we had a very HOT LOAD in our trailer that had to be delivered ASAP. He understood the situation and sent one of his experienced technicians the following morning to make sure we are taken care of. (Kilian) the technician arrived, diagnosed the problem in a very quick manner and was able to get us the parts we needed and even had to use his experience to fabricate few things to make it work as some parts weren't available. Robert called and gave updates and made sure the job was done quick but most importantly done RIGHT! THANK YOU ROBERT AND KILLIAN / KALOB for taking care of us to make sure we can deliver the load safely. I WOULD RECOMMEND anyone who is nearby to give them a call! Prices were very reasonable as well so It was just an amazing experience overall. Cant thank you enough Robert

Thanksgiving morning, as we were pulling our camper through northwest Oklahoma, our camping trailer had a flat tire. We have road service insurance for the camper so my first call was to them but they said they had no service providers in the area that would work on Thanksgiving. I was only a few miles west of Boise City so I did a google search for road service in the area and found this company. Such a stroke of luck as everyone in the company that I met were extremely kind and helpful. Brandie answered the phone when I called and was careful to get my exact location. The service provider Lorin arrived quickly and soon discovered the cause of my flat tire was a broken leaf spring. He made a temporary repair and slowly escorted us to the shop. As it was Thanksgiving weekend, the parts for a permanent repair would not be available until Monday so he allowed us to park and stay in the camper until Monday. Once they received the parts, the technician Jimmie was able to do the repair quickly and we were back on the road Monday afternoon.

I was on the way home when suddenly my truck needed a force Regen and varies other situation with DEF system in Liberal Ks, RoadRunner ( Kilin ) was sent to help. Sorry if I misspelled your name bud, but this dude was a Tru BadAzz! He knew what he was doing which made me feel real comfortable with the service being done. This company is the real deal HollyField, GradeA, Topnotch, Top shelf road side assistance service one could call!! There's not enough stars on here I can give! Definitely BEYOND 5 more less like a 10. I could go on and on with my Satisfaction but I think you guys got the most important. Again Thank You Kilian your Awesome keep up the Tru and Hard work Brother! This World could use more guys like you! I hope your team realize that they have someone very Valuable.

I've been driving through the Texas and Oklahoma panhandle country for almost 4 years now. As a commercial driver, finding a roadside service vendor who's dependable, reliable, knowledgeable, and honest can be hard to find. I end up needing repairs frequently in the area and Roadrunner is always my go to. They have completed multiple repairs for me and if they are not able to do the repairs needed, I'm always informed upfront so that I can find a vendor that can. Robert, the owner, always reaches out and cares about the quality of work performed and timeliness of his mechanics. You will not find a better vendors, in my opinion, anywhere in the greater panhandle area. I've had so many over the last few years, I would guarantee it.

Price was a little high however there mechanic kody was a great mechanic and a great guy i lost a hub in the middle of the night and also had a coolant leak he showed up sooner than expected figured out what parts he needed and got my coolant leak fixed so i could idle the truck through the night then showed up the next morning and did a quick and excellent repair on my trailer i wouldnt hesitate to call them in the future if i have issues in there part of the country and if i do i will request kody i dont know how many mechanics they have on staff but he is excellent and i would suggest everyone else do the same great guy and great service

"I called the mechanic to inspect my truck after it broke down 25 miles from the shop. They said that it was a minor problem in the transmission and promised to rebuild some parts in the transmission and towed my truck to the shop. The next day, the owner called and said that I needed a new transmission. I didn't trust the owner and decided to tow my truck to Texas. I sent my driver to see what they did and they found that they had drained the transmission oil and taken some parts so they could charge me. They finally told me to pay $1854. I think that the people at the shop are scammers and that their business is unethical."

We needed a repair while one of our drivers was on his way to drop off a load. Robert and his team were quick to act once our driver arrived. The team diagnosed the problem quickly, and made the repairs quickly, caring about the fact that our driver was in transit. Not only did they provide excellent service at a reasonable price, they did so with reassuring transparency and honesty. What was completely unexpected was when they gave our driver a ride to a hotel then picked him up when the repair was done; they were very considerate of our driver. We highly recommend Roadrunner Truck Service and Repair.

I had a driver break down on a Sunday afternoon about 50 miles from Boise City. I had to look on the internet to find repair. Robert's customer service was outstanding. The tech that was dispatched out was extremely thorough in his work. My driver was up & running in less than 3 hours from my initial call. The tech followed the truck about 20 miles to make sure there wasn't any other problems then followed up with a phone call to my driver. My Freightliner was having a low boost issue and I had Roadrunner come out for a service call. I called them based on their google reviews, but I am always cautious when using a new service. Their dispatch was very polite and professional. They gave an honest ETA and service showed up right on time. They had the parts I needed in stock and fixed the issue quickly. They sent a detailed invoice right to my phone. I was pleasantly surprised with the bill. It was VERY FAIR and I was able to pay online. Highly recommended! They do things the RIGHT WAY for a GOOD PRICE.

This company is outstanding! I called around 0530, the voice mail picked up and I didn’t leave a message. Robert immediately retuned my call with a jovial voice asking what he could do to help me. I told him my situation, sent him pictures so his mechanic could bring the proper tools and parts. He took down my information and then informed me current eta was an hour and half (he was an hour drive from me). At 0720 mechanic was on site doing the the repairs. EFS number made it convenient for payment as well. Thanks for getting us on the road so fast!

Today, I got a flat tire in Clayton, NM so I had to get a tow to the nearest hotel. I was feeling very overwhelmed and defeated, but Loren (maybe spelled Lauren, not sure) was the driver for the tow truck and I cannot praise him enough. He was so kind, got me some water, towed my car safely, we had great conversation, and he put my spare on. He is truly one of the kindest people I’ve met in a while. Also, the dispatcher Robert was just as amazing. Thank you so much to you two for rescuing me today!

Never again will I bother to call these people., I had a blowout and called one night and spoke to Robert. I gave him all the details about what I needed and we agreed that he would come service my truck. Next morning I called now one answered and I guess they forgot all the details and were asking me over again what I needed. Then they couldn’t get to me until later that day. Don’t waist your time with these knuckleheads go to j&k tire shop instead.!

Robert and Don were very responsive and extremely helpful when out RV broke down on Father's day. They came out that evening to look things over and get me and my family to an rv camp to stay overnight while they worked on the issue the next day. These are very caring and very generous people and we were lucky they were there to help us get our RV back on the road. Thank you Robert and Don!

Called late in the day with a trailer tire blowout on an oversize load that destroyed tail lights also. They were knowledgeable, fast and fairly priced. Usually it's a roll of the dice for repairs like this over the road but this was a great experience. We won't likely ever be in the area again, but would definitely recommend to anyone in need of their service.

Broke down about a month ago going to CO, i called this service up, they came by real quick in the middle of nowhere. Mr jimmy was super knowledgeable and super fast! As soon as he saw the part he knew right away how to fix problem. Very nice man, got me up and running in less than an hour! Great service will def recommend to friends!! Thanks mr jim and owner!!

This company is great. Robert (owner) was courteous and attentive to my situation. The driver (Kilian) came out to tow my car and the first thing he asked me was if I needed to grab some food or water. They were prompt and genuinely care about treating people right. They will also fix your vehicle at the sight of your breakdown.

Robert, Don, Abraham, Loren, DJ, David and Mrs Christy were terrific. They have very helpful staff and are willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. They proved that by bringing Marian in from Colorado to expertly diagnose the problem on our Motor home. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Boise City area.

Got a starter replaced 05.01.2020 at Boise City Ok. scale good response time, good work the starter failed 04.04 2021, good for the starter 12 months warranty at there shop of course. very happy, after push start in Fountain Co. of course, to make it there. I would use them again. thanks Rob

Had an amazing experience. Thought I was in trouble with my truck. DEF warning coded came up on truck. They put it on computer and found out it was a EGR sensor fault. They took it apart and cleaned the ports. Great service. They also took me for a ride in there new Tesla. Amazing car.

Helped us out while we were in a tough situation with our diesel motorcoach. Friendly BUT with that being said, they take a long long long time to fix and have poor time-frame quotes. Been waiting WEEKS almost a whole month now and they keep saying "tomorrow, next day at the latest".

We rent our camper on various rental sites. A bearing went out and ruined our axle. Fortunately Roadrunner was close by!! They were able get our camper back on the road so we could get it home. They service 150 mile radius and are a lifesaver in such a remote area!

Quick service, however the mechanic forgot something on a brake can which caused additional troubles. Attempt to flag him down before he got too far away was unsuccessful. The rescue driver ended up dragging the locked wheel and ruined two tires.

I hate being broke down and roadrunner made that unpleasant experience as good as possible. They were honest in their estimated time for the repairs and the bottom line price was quite reasonable. I would highly recommend using this company.

No professionals work here. They are toolbox carriers. They know nothing about truck or advanced technologies. They can only change tires or give you a hand with wrench when you need. That’s their maximum. Do not call them if your truck

Replace the hole ac system on my Freightliner when all it needed was a Selenoid switch for the fan to cool the Condenser 1600 dollars when all that was needed was a 30 dollar part don't come here for any ac problems
