Caitlin and Amila are the worse agent that I had to deal with them as a good Tennant in my whole life, super un happy with them, they do everything to only make their landlords happy. please avoid them if you can and if can't make sure you do document every thing and email them. I am a really good Tennant always pay rent on time, never make any noises and so on. if you have time you can read my story in April 2020 I rented a property through them, rent was 460pw I gave application and got it 400pw on one condition ( only for pandemic rent is 400pw after 12 months will go back to normal price ) in April 2021 Ive approached by them saying landlord is happy for you to sign 12 or 6 months contract at 400pw, I did not agree to it as rent has dropped down more in the past 12 months in that area, been told landlord is happy to keep you on periodic agreement, I said cool, and at that time I decided to move, started looking for new place, got my new place, in Jun 2021 give them notice to vacate then at that time Caitlin tried to charge me 60pw since April my lease was over, when I confront it, they were insisting I had to pay it, as part of my lease agreement, Ive told them for 3 months, I didn't not receive an email saying I am short 60pw every week and now I give notice you saying I have to pay, long story short, I had to bring up all the evidence and told them I will go to fair trading, so eventually, they said ok, we keep it as 400pw, then Caitlin told me I am very rude, I was just trying to fight for my rights , and she did not even apology for what she did. English is my second language but I am not stupid, I learn to fight for my rights

Where do I start!!! Being an out of area Agent myself I was very nervous when it came to finding an Agent to list my parents home. From day one Gavin was spot on. Returned my initial call during the Christmas break and was available to meet within a couple of days. I was very impressed with his area knowledge, professionalism and his marketing plan. I find it abit ironic that Gavin Sharp works for an agency called "Professionals". He is the least professional agent i have ever dealt with. Showed absolutely no respect. It took 4 days, 3 phone calls, a voice message and a text message to reply to an offer to which he replies that he'll call me the next day. Sure enough no phone call and i had to chase him. His customer service is abysmal. I highly suggest anyone looking for a property to just scroll passed anything he has listed as you have better chances of getting in contact with a rock. Amelia was the property manager for the flat i was renting and has been nothing but courteous, professional and transparent with all dealings and queries i had. Amelia has been my property manager for over 9 years now. I found Amelia has been absolute delight to deal with throughout the lifecycle of tenant management. Amelia is outspoken and walk-the-talk. Amelia always carefully select the tenant from applications as if it’s for her own property. It’s amazing that Amelia can also represent potential tenant so well. I wish I could give a minus, the customer service is appalling. I would highly suggest not to use them as a property manager or to purchase property from them They do not care about tenants or owners (this clearly shows because they ignore maintenance requests and don’t do quarterly inspections). If you have an enquiry, you might as well ask a brick wall... they do not reply to emails and when they answer the phones reception staff are disgustingly rude. Reply to Gavin Sharp As you can see by the aggressive reply and the shouting, this is the exact same attitude and lip service I received from Gavin and his team. Gavin's reply says it all.....

Awful experience!! We purchased a property with them, which came with tenants. They failed to move out on the settlement date, and no rent deposit was received in our account as promised by our agent. A month of delay has passed, and there still no sign of rent. Tenant moved out and ask for reimburse of their over paid rent and the agency come to us for money, when we did not even receive a cents. Made our first home buying experience as bad as it can be, emotionally and financially. I will avoid this place at all cost !

Sent an enquiry directly to Gavin Sharp in regards to a property he is selling in Roselands. After an email and 2 phone calls, Gavin refuses to reply back. If I was a seller I'd be extremely concerned with how Gavin is treating the seller and prospective buyers. It's a real shame agents like Gavin carry on and treat both the sellers and buyers with contempt.
