Our last water bill was much higher than normal, so I had to find our water leak. It didn't take long, water was bubbling up under our driveway. I called AC by J, who we have a monthly maintenance plan with and they said the leak was from the pipe to my water main and we had two options. Opt 1 was digging up and replacing a portion of the driveway to replace the pipe, Opt 2 was to burrow under the driveway and replace the line. They quoted me $4,300 and they didn’t know when they were available to do the repair. Knowing that wasn't in our budget, I called a friend who said his house had the same issue several years ago and they routed the pipe up and over inside his garage door and it costed much less. I went to our great neighborhood site of course, and found very high ratings for Robins Plumbing. Grant came out within a few hours, recommended the over the inside of the garage door fix and quoted me $2,500, which included a regulator and new shut off value which had never installed on our house. Grant and his partner Mustafa arrived the next morning, worked from 8-7 with only one short break and their solution was great! No more water leak, a water regulator which was never recommended by the other company and will save my pipes from future leaks, a new shutoff valve and a great relationship that has been established for future repairs. I am now looking at installing their Nuvoh2o water softener system and will be saving up our money and Loyalty Program Member points to save 25%! Thanks Grant, Mustafa and Robin’s Plumbing!

This place is a lifesaver! It's Saturday, my kitchen faucet started spraying water EVERYWHERE, and the knob at the bottom wouldn't tighten all the way so I couldn't turn off the water there. Ben came over and saved the day... Installed a new faucet in under 2 hours AND fixed the angle stop beneath it! He managed to take a hose off the spicket in the backyard (a feat I've been trying to do for MONTHS) and he was just an all-around awesome guy. I also have to mention the fabulous customer service I received when I called... A real person answered the phone, her name was Autumn, and she asked fact-finding questions to see what the best option for us would be (wait for business hours or call this an emergency and get someone out today). She was super helpful and a pleasure to talk to, especially when I was all worried about the flood going on in my kitchen. I will never call anyone else, believe me... Robins Plumbing is my go-to FOREVER!

Communication was top notch! Christina went above and beyond with scheduling me quickly and with calling me before and after the appointment to make sure I was in the loop as I was out of town when our emergency happened— our college aged son was home etc. Christina had double duty of calling him to clarify his class schedule and keeping me up to date. She was gracious and kind. The technician, Nate, was thorough and had the issue fixed promptly. New to the area with an emergency hot water heater leak and friends visiting from out of town, Robins was the only company we found to tackle an old solar water heater in our new house. Great experience from the moment I called !! She was so helpful and kind! Another company had canceled on me twice so I probably wasn’t in the best mood but she was able to get me scheduled for that day with Eddy! They sent me an email confirming my appointment with a picture of Eddy so I would know what my plumber would look like! Well Eddy was a step above any repair man that I’ve had. He arrived on time. We moved into our historical home and found out a month later that we needed a complete repipe. We did our research and got multiple estimates, but Robins was the best choice we could make for our home. My 15 year old water heater went out in the morning before work, called a few places to see what was available since I don't have a plumber I know and trust yet. Initially Robins Plumbing only had a slot available next day (which was expected) but when I called back they had a same day appointment available. Eddy came out for the service call and was great! Eddy is very professional and knowledgeable and clearly excels in his profession. I went from having no hot water at 8am, calling and scheduling at around 11am, to having Eddy arrive at 2pm, and hot water for a shower at 4pm. I had a water main break at the water meter. I call them and they sent Eddy out asap. He was able to shut off the fountain of water shooting out of my yard. He was able to fix the break and upgrade the hardware. I was impressed with his professionalism and work. He made sure everything was perfect before he left. I had two other minor plumbing issues that needed to be fixed. He was able to do them both while he was there. Eddy was friendly, and explained everything ahead of time. I have been so pleased throughout this entire process with Robins. I knew my community had used them for some time, but I’d never personally needed them in my home until this week. Scheduling was easy and quick! Our service person, Nate, was honestly the best service provider we’ve had work on our home since we purchased. Eddy was great finding and fixing our kitchen sink leak in the pipes . He also installed a new garbage disposal as well as putting in the new faucet.. He is very professional and knowledgeable in regards to our plumbing needs. He suggested the Osmosis system for my kitchen which I had been thinking of. So perfect timing for Eddy to install. Juanita was great in setting up our 2 visits which was convenient and soon. Had to have him come out second time so I could find a faucet and have him install osmosis system. Our water pipe needed to be flushed out due to our waster softener broke and the beads were in the pipe blocking the water. We also had to replace the water heater tank. Joey M showed up and he was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient. Robins Plumbing was very pleasant and professional from first call, throughout the service, and in the follow-up. Our kitchen sink kept backing up. The service technician, Nathan, explained options and their costs to clear and then clean out the line. It needed both the snake and power spray to clean out likely years of gunk. He ran both through multiple times and then ran a camera through to check and prove the work. He gave tips on how to keep it clean and what to look for if I attempt the work myself. Damon came out while we were out of town and we had a stoppage. Damon was quick to show us what was wrong with our sewer system. He found that we had roots and even showed us where in the line and where it was in our backyard. They were quick to get out and very pleasant to deal with. Robins Plumbing was responsive and came to my home late in the evening and took care of our needs. Service was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Quality work and good 2 year warranty. Took care of a pipe leak in the bathroom sink, caused by a handyman, replacing a faucet, we previously used. Accidents can happen with handyman, unfortunately ended up being a costly repair (4x more than the cost to replace a faucet by a plumber, 15x more than the cost to replace by a handyman)

We recently had a drainage issue in our main sewer line and Damon was dispatched less than an hour after calling Robins. He was able to get the line cleared quickly and for a fair price. He also discovered the source of the issue was collapsing Orangeburg piping in need of replacement (while he explained the how and why of the issue to me) and was able to quickly schedule excavation and replacement with PVC. Overall, fantastic service from start to finish. Would recommend to anyone!

This is my second time using Robin’s for a leak. It was nice to know whom to call immediately, and not need to wade through the hundreds of possible companies. Each time the technician was knowledgeable, personable, and timely. This time around turned out not to be a plumbing leak, but a roof leak, and Amber was thorough in checking and communicating.
