I was disappointed to find out that there advertisement on social media of, "customized plans available" is only applicable to what they are "willing" to do. I called to see if it was possible to set up a "customized plan" and my request was to have my serving size tailored, and I was advised that this is something they don't do. When I shared with Carlo that the advertisements online stated customized plans were available, and my custom request was my serving size, and if this is something they'd be "willing" to do, he advised me no, and again that customizing serving sizes is something they just don't do. I shared this was hard to believe and asked if I could speak with a manager, because every piece of communication I read confirmed customized plans available to those asking. He shared he was a manager and questioned why I was requesting the serving size that I was asking for. I informed him because it was specific to my goals, and asked if I could speak to the owner. He took my info down and said someone will be in touch. When I asked the name of the person who'd be contacting me, he refused to give me a name. He then shared they were closing in eight minutes and had to go. I then spent the next 5 minutes on what I believe to be a silent hold. I'm not sure if he put the phone down and walked away from the phone or what happened. I found it ironic how it became silent only after he dismissed me, and said he had to go after asking for the name of who's be returning my call. Certainly not the service I was expecting. Very, very poor customer experience.

Bought 3 meals got had one that was fine for breakfast. Was going to eat another for lunch and found hair in the food. Took it back to the store with the other one. Main reason is when u find hair or anything wrong with the food you send it back to the restaurant because You pay for quality and these meals are not cheap. Once you see a hair in your meal your not gonna want to eat the other. The owner instructed one of the cashiers to only refund for the meal with hair and not both. And they would exchange the other. Why would I eat another meal if I had a bad experience. It’s a turn off once one meal is bad, so I was out $10 for a meal. I would of gave them another chance down the road as things do happen. But now I won’t go back and will not recommend. Your supposed to be quality good and service, I got neither. Worst experience ever.

A great little place for something healthy and very very fast. Specializing in portioned prepared food, everything is containerized and ready to heat up or take away cold. Everything is appropriately portioned with a sensible blend of protein (chicken, salmon, etc) with veggies and a good carb (brown or jasmine rice, etc) to support a healthy diet. It's not really cheap ($10) but real, high quality food rarely is. If you care about what you're putting into your body and are on the road or in a hurry this is going to be infinitely better (and faster) than any drivethru. Also, bottled water is only $1 which shows they aren't out to ripoff people. Friendly and knowledgeable staff as well! Highly recommended.

This place was rlly horrible. The food barely had any taste what so ever and the customer service was even worse. Their whole motto was to be extremely healthy, but you have to question how healthy it really is when they litterally heat the premade dishes up in a microwave right in front of you. We were on a road trip and bought a bunch of food from rocket kitchen, around 80 dollars worth!! And the lady at the cash register refused to give us more than one utensil set. Because of this we had to go to a nearby supermarket and buy utensils even though we spent 80 dollars at rocket kitchen. Overall, dont go here.

It's convenient. It's low-fat (I assume). But healthy? Just ate here for the second time. Both times my entrées came with broccoli... but only three tiny florets! I expect slightly more for a side of vegetables at a place that claims to be healthy. (And has a carrot in the logo, no less!). Eat here if you want something fast and maybe if you're trying to lose weight, but don't count on getting a balanced meal.

First time at Rocket Kitchen was stellar! Pictured here is the Pollo Adobada w broc and sweet potato mash (bottom), the Teriyaki Chicken w broc and teriyaki sauce (top), and a Rainbow Unicorn Bang. From start to finish, the employees were on top of their game and really great to interact with! I also love the simple concept of RK and the ability to buy any of their meals on the spot instead of having to wait for it to be prepared. Everything pictured here was about $24 but so worth it if you feel like having a quality meal fast. This will definitely be a regular spot!

Great customer service from when I first walked in and clean facility. My husband and I are moving this week and needed something more decent to eat that I can quickly warm up and go. These meals are convenient and accommodating in that matter, already made, pre-packaged, and warm up instructions were given to me verbally, exactly what I was looking for. To me I like the flavors and feel much better eating these meals than eating out till we move in. Thank you Just Fit Foods! Keep up the great customer service and much success to you now and in the future.

They keep raising their prices. You get one small meal for about 15 bucks with tax. Regardless, I've been trying to support local businesses and I went in to buy meals for my entire office for the week. I was told that I could not come in without a mask. Meanwhile there was a guy 10 feet away sitting at a table without one on. She said she would allow me to cover my face with my shirt while I ordered just this one time. NO THANK YOU. I'LL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I walked out and I'm never going back.

I live in another state and wanted to purchase a gift card for someone who resides in Albuquerque. I was disappointed on how this place lacks modern technology (website) to purchase gift cards online. I tried calling the facility to see if I could prepay a certain dollar amount and I was told "no, everything has to be done in-store." What a disservice to customers who have money in hand, ready to buy. Guess I won't be spending money here, even when I am in town :(

I love this kitchen! I showed up several minutes after closing, not realizing they close earlier on the weekends, & they opened the door for me! The owner really cares about the quality of food & customer service. The employees are patient & very helpful. This place is the difference between success & failure for me as far as eating healthy goes and I am so grateful we have a local meal prep kitchen to pickup from!

Pricey. The whole point of meal prepping is being economical with your time, money, and health. Tick the time and health boxes, but if you know anything about nutrition you can tick those boxes and spend this amount of money most anywhere. Also, the salmon was hella boney. So in that sense, the meal wasn't even really 'prepped' Though, the girls working while I was there were fairly nice and accommodating.

Great place and great concept. The people are very nice too. As a frequent traveler, I am happy that I could find a place in Albuquerque that can help me get quick, easy to heat up and eat healthy meals. The food is tasty and filling. I met the owner Carlos at the store and you can tell how passionate he is about the concept. I wish them the best of luck and will be a customer for sure wherever they go.

I have tight dietary restrictions, specifically for liver disease. Carlo, the owner researched and developed the recipes for a diet that does not include artificial ingredients, everything's prepared fresh, in-house. You won't find a menu like it in Albuquerque

I'm really not sure why they choose plain uncooked broccoli and plain rice in their meals. To me this isn't a substantial meal and extremely dull. Dieting and eating healthy doesn't have to be this way. Personally this is the most basic of meal prep, without any effort.

Awesome place. Pre-made meals that are healthy for you with actual healthy ingredients. Large menu. Reasonably priced. Microwave available upon asking associate for use to heat up a meal and eat it now. I ordered teriyaki chicken and it was very filling and the sauce was quite delicious. Will definetly come back to pick some meals up for work.

Focused on high quality nutrient dense food. The food was delicious. This is great for gym goers or those who want a healthy quick option. We will most definitely be back, when visiting Albuquerque. Excited for new locations to open in our home town of Phx one day!

This place is now called rocket kitchen. I was surprised to realize my food was not made fresh, but appeared to be prepacked and was reheated. The food itself was ok, and largely aimed at limited portions with tasty food choices to satisfy a hungry dieting person. However, it was too expensive for prepackaged microwaved food at 10 a dish.

Giving 2 stars only because they are friendly but I'm a bit upset for the sheer fact of there's an expiration date on it but there's no put out date I would like to know when it was made also there's no heating instructions I would like to be informed or suggested to how long to microwave it for and the waffles were very dry

I paid $15 for their teriyaki chicken and it was just ok. The chicken was very dry and the meal came with only 3 pieces of broccoli. I also wasn't impressed by it being heated in a microwave right in front of me. Like I said, the food is ok but I won't be back because it's not worth paying that much for the lack of quality.

Food is very tasty; however, for the price, the portions are very small. I just ordered the "Argentinian Steak Fajitas". Weighed the steak, 2.5 oz. 3 broccoli florets, and maybe one half of one potato. For $12.95, it's a non-starter for me. Should be $5.95, or they should double the portions. Would not recommend.

Honestly I was super excited to try this place and I got the Birthday Cake Protein waffles....they were SUPER dry and nothing about it was screaming birthday cake. I've made protein waffles before and this was a major let down. Was impressed with the Bang variety of flavors but I don't think I will be going back.

I am a Delivery Driver who occasionally gets to deliver to Rocket Kitchen. I had the opportunity to try the Fajita Steak meal with broccoli and steamed rice, Wow - truly amazing. The steak was tender and extremely tasty, a very high quality well thought out meal. I can't wait to try something new in the future.

Been looking for an affordable place with this type of menu. Really happy I found them! I like the idea that I can buy a few meals at the beginning of the week and cook it at home when I need to. It's not a fancy dine-in place with a wait staff, but the food is tasty and healthy with good customer service.

Really great fresh and healthy food. Nice variety of items. And the staff and owner are always extremely friendly and helpful. I stop in often after my workout and it’s a very fast meal that carries me through the day so I’m not tempted to eat junk food.

Tried for the first time today. Great service, was in and out in less than 2 minutes. Customer service was great and food is delicious. $10 is not much to pay for REAL food seeing I could have easily dropped $7-$8 on god knows what at a fast food joint.

I picked up a few different meals, prices are fair and comparable to the competition in town. The food so far has been delicious. The family that helped me out in store, that I'm assuming own the franchise, were very helpful and friendly.

Dry meal prep. It wasn't bad...., but it wasn't good. I was unaware when I walked in that it was preprepped, microwave meals. Not impressed and will not go back. There are other places to get fresh healthy food that isn't nuked and dry.

I was given the recommendation to stop by here for a huge selection of Bang energy drinks and boy we're they right. They have every flavor I've ever seen. The guy behind the counter was very helpful and friendly, glad I stopped by!

My husband orders from here often when he doesn’t feel like meal prepping at home. The recipes are hit or miss. Our favorite is the street tacos, as they’re always good. Wishing they would bring back the blondies though!
