This place it’s great for kids have fun to jump only, but I’m disappointed for couple things witches I will not choose no more this place to do birthday party . 1st of all we have reservation for our birthday party. We’re supposed to have a time in the room 1 hour , between 2 pm o’clock and 3pm o’clock, they call all kids and guest 2.15, they left us only 45 minutes. Everything was in a rush, not Enjoy my son birthday. Closer to 2 .55pm over people’s from next birthday party, jumping in our room start to put their staff decorations, I was surprised where is the our host who take care of this , I still have five minutes in that room to enjoy the birthday if I didn’t have a full one hour just 45 minutes . 2nd issue they didn’t bring our car with all the stuff like shoes, clothes and presents from beginning this one happen already when our time left and I was running over to the inside place to looking for my guests to give them off clothes and shoes. On kids ask me when will do open presents, Sorry because we haven’t a full time to celebrate party, no open presents 3rd issue security for our kids , they should put some wristbands for each family, kind barcode to be same like mommy or daddy‘s , coming with three kids and this place is very hard to look over them . I hope didn’t happen but , any person can get in there from out side and grab your kid easily and take them out from there your little one , should be some kind of close space , you need to get off from the park like scanning that band , and band need to be same like your parents. 4th issue it’s parking ️, they have so small parking lot , weekend it’s very busy here you need to park very far on the streets .
Our kids have visited Sky High several times since we discovered this attraction 1.5 years ago. We were just here yesterday with some friends! We have late teens, middle school and elementary school aged kids and often bring the neighbor kids too. They all love coming here, especially on special Cosmic Nights where the courts have black lights and fog and they can jump/play for 4 hours straight at a discount. The place is always clean and the staff is always attentive and it is great exercise! Check-in is quick when you get to the counter if you are a repeat customer or you fill out the waiver online ahead of time. The all-time favorite of our kids is the dodge-ball court. We love the numerous jump voucher specials that are offered by Sky High and purchased a Family Pass as well. Plenty of space for parents who don't jump to hang out on comfy couches and they have free WIFI too! :) We haven't found the place overly crowded on the many times we've visited (they do offer online reservations). Sometimes the kids have to wait in line through a dodge-ball game before they get to play, but that's usually when there are a couple of birthday parties being hosted.
CAMP was horrible, twice I was aware of no supervision of the children, one time because my child sprained his hand and the counselor claimed she didn't see the incident, nor did she call me, just gave him a pack of ice. He had to text me from his phone to come get him. The second time I came at start of lunch, there were about 7 kids stuffed in a dark tiny windowless room made to watch a movie while again no one was with them. When I finally found the counselor (who was hanging out in the main office) and asked why she wasn't with the kids, she replied that she takes lunch when they do. Oh really? So at $85 per kid, they can't afford to have someone break the person who's responsible for the kids? The real problem with this place is it's run by what seems like very young adults who do not seem to have a strong sense of responsibility and not only do they do whatever they please but have no hesitation to be rude and combative with a concerned parent. Of course I left and they refused to refund my money. We definitely will never go back.
First time here! A great trip success! My 2 y/o jumped in the "6 and under" jumping area. Tired of the kids jumping on the furniture? Take them here and you'll thank me later! As I walked in, the place was booming! Kids having a blast in all the different areas, parents enjoying time/money well spent! The line for the hour we came was packed, make sure you fill out the waivers on the right upon entry then head to the front desk and get your kid's bands - band color has a time limit⏳, unless you get a membership(we might consider, great deals) - drop off your shoes in the shoe caddy + have at it. 5 different trampoline areas for 6 and under, games + reserved birthday area near the indoor cafe. A rock wall w/ a range from beginner to advanced. A Ninja obstacle, Mini Golf outside and so much more. 5 Star Win. My only cringe about the place is the parking, good grief. But, all in all, the bad parking is worth the kids enjoyment.
We had my sons birthday party there this Sunday 13Jun21. The bathrooms were closed the entire time. The staff didn't even advise us to alternative options and yes this was while food and beverages were served. The the place is staffed by 95% teenagers. The kid running doge ball was very timid didn't seem very engaged. Spent alot of money for kids to jump for one hour and the dogball custodian wasted alot of time. As we were leaving i asked for a cup of water for my three year old. We had already had pitchers of water previously and at that point I had spent easily over $700 for the party and arcade, yet they wouldn't give me a cup of water without charging me ove $2. Totally time there was about 3 and a half hours only plumber just showed up as we left so who knows how long before they even called one. Overall kids had fun but business practices probably don't meet industry standards. They need an owner or manager with leadership amd experience. If we ever come back i hope to see dramatic customer service changes.
I would highly discourage anyone from supporting this business or allowing their children to go here. They lack adequate manpower to watch over the unsupervised little punks they allow to enter. My parents took my children last night, and my children were swarmed by a group of older boys who were there without any parental supervision. They apparently wanted a dodge ball that my son had, so they decided it was appropriate to start throwing other balls at my children’s heads and jumping ON my son and hitting him in an attempt to get the ball from him. Luckily my dad rushed over so the boys ran off. This business has no interest in keeping order in their facility, and keeping their paying customers safe. There are plenty of other facilities like this in San Diego. Support them, not here. I couldn’t figure out how to add a new comment, so I’m modifying this one. Thank you so much for your response to my comment and to the situation. I appreciate it.
My adult friends and I had a great time here recently. We visited with a Meetup group as part of one of Rockin' Jump's Neon Night event which runs from 7pm-9pm. Note that the waiver is pretty long, so if you want to maximize your time, be sure to give yourself at least 10 minutes to complete the process. You can do it via a QR code scan from your phone or by using one of the kiosks. We had lots of fun playing dodgeball, running up the slope, dunking basketballs, and free jumping, but the venue is definitely catered towards kids and families. You definitely have to not mind kids when you visit because they are everywhere! As a single adult, I probably wouldn't visit again unless with a large group of other adult friends. Families should have a blast here anytime, though!
3. 24.22 (up date) they really need to deal with the people parking in the disabled parking.. today all spots were taken by kids. The sopts need to be repainted also. Honestly. They should have angled parking painted by the fence so they can fit more people in instead of parallel parking. It is a great place but the parking is horrible. Parents stand in front of the entrance and exit to the trampoline preventing kids from coming in and out because they're so concerned about watching their kids over kids wanting to actually bounce. Make sure you wear your mask is more than 90% of the people don't... but if you come on a weekday it's actually really nice and very little people there... weekends are horribly busy.
They don’t deserve a 1* Not sure where to start off with, very limited attractions, the equipments needs deep cleaning, it was dark Inside, claustrophobic, and unfriendly staff. They were about 40 minutes away from us, we drove just so my kids could enjoy, after spending nearly $100 for 4 kids, Very disappointed with the level of service we received. The staff kept apologizing (very annoying) for the equipment we couldn’t use due to their rules, I guess we paid $$ to see the walls and the ceiling “very attractive walls and ceilings” lol. I wish they would have told us at the beginning, but of course not. They won’t get my business anymore for sure, please make sure to get a tour before spending your money.
Horrible management. Not recommanded. I got their VIP package which has 10 Jumpers and I added 15 adults to be on the safe side (total of 25). They charge you 419$. They put us in a small room where you could bately fit 12 people. They missed so much of out package and I had to go back and keep reminding them. Forgot the drinks forgot the shirt they tell you for guest of honor. Forgot knives forgot spoon etc. In all fairness the food was good and the kids had fun with the trampolines. More importantly when I bring it up to the manager the answer is that only 6 jumpers checked in. So they charge you for the package for 10 jumpers but screw up ur party with their service and have to shame.
I came here with my three children I was a little confused( bought ticket on line) and then Zeyad a worker here who is very patient and nice and friendly just help me with everything . My daughter has social anxiety but then he was so nice to us. I’ll definitely be coming back fun place. Everyone’s having a great time. Good energy!! Thank you again Zeyad for making a easy for me. I’m horrible with uploading things. Kids had Blast.. Great workout for the kids. If you reuse the socks make sure you don’t put them in the dryer. You do have to purchase their grip socks for 3. 50. Unless you have grib socks this prevent the children from slipping..
We bought a 3 month pass and let me tell you it is not worth it. The rock climbing wall is NEVER open…occasionally on weekends. We arrived 1.5 hours before close on a Wednesday night and the cafe was closed for ordering food. AN HOUR AND A HALF BEFORE CLOSE TIME. We came planning to have dinner here. There is nowhere i could find that it states the cafe closes an hour and a half before the business closes. The woman’s bathroom is also very disgusting. Tonight there was a toilet overflowing w bloody toilet paper and garbage. I think they are poorly manned with workers and want to be able to leave as soon as 7pm comes. I’m very disappointed!
Parking lot was very small and full so we had to park 3 blocks away and lug our birthday stuff in (no place to pull up and drop off). Party host was in and out in five minutes, which no one told me about beforehand (host is supposed to be included with the party, but was told after the fact that they're "trying something new"). This made the party very hectic and I couldn't take pictures bc had to help with food/drinks for little kids. At the end of the party I had to wheel the cart back to the front bc no one was there. Fun place if kids are jumping. Horrible birthday party experience and won't do again.
I’ve been brining my off spring to rockin jump ever since I’ve moved to San Diego in 2019. My kids love it and if it brings a smile to my kids face than I also love it, they spend hours here and love the light show that comes on at 7pm when they turn off all the lights at night and everything glows up. Not to mention the staff who are all for the most part professional and friendly. They have a lounge area for parents with nice comfortable leather couches that you can relax on with 2 TV’s. All in all 5 stars I’ve never had an issue with this place and my kids love coming here. Good job Rockin jump!
I decided to bring my 9 year old son and 2 year old daughter for a visit for some trampoline fun. I was a bit concerned about how my daughter would handle all the excitement since she is only 2. She absolutely loved it. The staff was extremely helpful and considerate of safety and organization. We were all able to play dodge ball as well as using the rope and foam block area. It was a great workout for me, and I felt comfortable allowing my children to play without the risk of injury from other larger kids. We like it so much we are thinking about having our next birthday celebration here.
BEWARE!! We made the 30 minute drive to Rock n Jump last Friday and it was barricaded by police. This Friday we called to be sure they were open for the neon nights event(weekend evenings) and they confirmed it was. Another 30 minute drive, again, barricaded by police, this time with a closed for private event sign! Time wasted and disappointed kiddos!! We go every Friday and honestly, it’s dirty with unorganized operations and physical fights break out way too often. Do yourself and your kids a favor and go to Get Air! Better trampolines, cleaner and much safer!
We had a birthday party and it was very busy . We were put into room 1 which has no ventilation and the ac unit does not work. We asked if they could turn on and they said it doesn’t work and been broken for some time. I was very disappointed as we were not told and were charged the full price for a poorly ventilated hot room . We were not given and option to change to another room. Also because of the long lines could not climb as your whole time is done . Stongly reccomend you look for a place that accommodates you better . Will not return to this place again
It was very busy the day we went; like over capacity busy. I think there were two birthday parties on an already busy day. Kids kept getting upset because of long lines and littler and bigger kids jumping in front. Parents said nothing, and the attendants were either staring into space or pacing nearby averting their eyes. Despite the Covid rebound and old distancing signs there was no attempt to minimize risk. Only 1 in 20 people wore masks and every surface was sticky. Besides the human element, super fun place.
My first time there. Engaged and enthusiastic staff for the entire visit. We took two younger children with some friends that had younger children too. The Under 8 area was good for them and my husband and I had a blast in the main area as we rotated watching the kids. The foam pits are a blast too. I was definitely sore the next day. My kids are already talking about when they can go back. The prices are affordable and the the fun is limitless. I am looking into setting up a team building event for work.
Went here on a week day, wasn't too crowded. Half of the arcade games were out of order, chip shortages... The climbing wall was in operation for about 45 minutes, but then just closed, no attendant, no information, just closed. They had a few places to jump and some dodgeball, aside from that there wasn't much else. I'll likely try other trampoline places in town since this one was mediocre at best. Increased to 4 stars as they were quick to respond to my review. Shows they care.
I know we have all become numb to this low expectation, but to have 7 arcade games out of order at one time takes some fun out of the experience and makes the place seem run down and willing to take your money without maintaining standards. ---And now, 4 months later, it's 13 games out of order--- and Icee machine out of order --- and out of various sodas--- and 20 minutes for 2 pretzels. The young staff is polite and friendly...support them better to provide a great experience.
Parking SUCKS! & it’s messy af.. I get kids are here, but the bathrooms are gross, no TP in any of the stalls.. There’s split drinks all over the floor, tables are a wreck not cleaned up… & staff members can be seen, doing not much of anything really. Other than what the park offers, I do feel like the care could be a little more, considering there is kids here. I think sanitation should be taken a little bit more serious. I’ve been to trampoline parks way cleaner than this one.
Place is dirty, bathrooms are disgusting, and nothing has been wiped down for sanitation purposes. COVID CENTRAL for sure. Please also make sure you read the fine print on GROUPON - this spot will not allow you to use it if you purchase same day. They would not budge since Groupon doesn’t release their funds for another 24 hours. RIDICULOUS!! They should honor this or do a price match since Groupon only pays them 50% of proceeds. I would not recommend taking your kids here.
Good indoor place for kids to have fun. I wish they could have better control of crowd as it can be very crowded sometimes. One thing they have to improve on is staff who stands next to basketball court jumping place. The staff standing there is young and sometimes don't pay attention and sometimes frown at kids in a bad way. I have noticed this problem with only lady staff. Other than that it is a good place for kids to try different activities and have fun.
I brought my two daughters and two of their friends there in July. The place is easy to find. Although the construction work was not finished outside at the time, inside everything was good. The girls had a wonderful time. They jumped and played the whole two hours and had lots of fun. They had plenty of nice seating areas for parents, vending machines for drinks. I did wish they had ice cream there. We felt the money was well spent and will go again.
We just had the most awful experience at the neon night. There was a group of about 10 boys who ganged up on my two younger boys while playing dodgeball. They were hitting a 9 year old in the face with the ball repeatedly. By the end of this both of my kids were crying and the staff there did nothing the entire time. There is no supervision at all in this place. There is a lot of bullying and it is unsafe. Do not give this business your money.
We went to check in for a birthday party we asked if there was a party for the name of the child who’s birthday it was, from 1 to 3 and they said no the party doesn’t start until three… They’re just happened to be two children with the same name. We were given the wrong information and we missed our entire party. Management needs to take a look at this. It is important if there are two of the same names to be sure to check that for customers.
I have 13, 11 and 3 years old went there but none of them would love to go for next time. It's a great place with reasonable price but just not really for kids either too young or too old. It has four major parts which are all kind of small, so not too much to play for all my kids but would be good for kids between 5-10years old. The four parts includes a climbing wall, slide area, tunnels and trampoline area. Staff are very friendly though.
Awesome facility! Have come here with the kids during regular business hours and for a private event. The staff is super sweet and helpful. There are tons of fun activities to do, both on the trampolines (ninja warrior course, basketball, dodgeball) and off (mini golf! Rock climbing, arcade games). Food is fairly priced and there are plenty of places for parent to wait. But I'd recommend jumping with your kids if you're up to it! :)
I went with my 3 little siblings and they had a blast. We jumped for 2 hours and they didn't really get tired of anything there. They especially liked the "American Ninja Warrior" wall. It was a ton a fun and we will definitely be going there again. The only thing I didn't like was there wasn't really a lot of staff at each activity (except for dodgeball) which resulted in a lot of kids getting hurt or just not taking turns.
Cool place. I had my son's birthday party there. They were organized and friendly. The kids had a great time. I took off a star because the arcade could be improved. Several of the games were non-functional and we lost our credits more than once. The air hockey table was sticky, which is the opposite of what you want in air hockey. The rest of the facility was well-maintained and clean. I would definitely return.
This place was disgustingly dirty. I went this past Sunday and there was a chicken wing and ground in chips on the floor the whole 90 minutes we were there. Also there was a plackers tooth cleaner next to the main jump area. Everytime you jump you would see fuzz, wrappers, and debris.....is this the standard for jump places in San Diego!!!!! The staff would just walk past the trash.
We arrived at 11:00am, not many people and very comfortable. The staffs are friendly and place is very clean. The interested thing is about the massage seat, it has problem with selection massage service time. I inserted a $20 bill but it didn’t allow me to select service time, and just started an 60 mins massage service. Well, eventually I enjoyed the entire mins after all. Hahah.
The kids love this place. It was so hot on Sunday. We were looking for something to do indoors that the kids could exert their energy. Sky High was the perfect place. The kids loved jumping around and the foam pits. I love that there is a place for children 8 and under could jump without older/bigger kids taking over the area. The facility was very clean and the staff was friendly.
Went here for my 12 year old daughter's party. Took a group of 6 girls to the Friday night $15 event and loved every minute of it! We let the girls do what ever they wanted, ordered a few pizzas and soda. The staff at the snack bar were wonderful and helped a lot. The girls had a great time and then ended the night with a great round of air hockey!! We will definitely be back!!
Well maintained and clean place for kids to enjoy all things trampoline. Adults love it too, just being there in the floor makes you feel young. Apart from the trampoline jump floor, there are also adventure courses, long jump, basketball, dodgeball, rock climbing, golf and an arcade. Hurricane simulator is worth a try. You will be occupied all around and it’s a lot of fun.
Altgought, this place is a lot of fun. I couldn't believe how filthy was this place during the 1st weekend of November. There were a lot of kids who were not wearing wristbands. They were clearly understaffed; No rules were being enforced at all. The place looked over booked meaning more people than what it can fit. Reason why this place went from 5 stars down to two.
First time here with my son and his friend and this place is big with lots for the kids to do. Parking sucks and the next door voice of “this is a secure area please vacate” was odd and annoying but it was worth it. Dustin helped get us signed up and even helped us get set up for their neon night which is super cool. Thanks Dustin! We will definitely be back.
We've been there times. My kids love coming here, and we would come here more often except for the price. Paying for two kids to jump gets expensive. The place is very clean and always well staffed. The pizza they sell there is actually pretty good for a non-pizza place. Would go more often if it was cheaper and they offered really good sibling discounts.
Fun place but no COVID precautions as cases are rising. The place was stuffy, showing no ventilation. Kids are permitted to go without masks and none of the attendants wore masks. Ended up cutting our stay in half because it was crowded and uncomfortable. I would have liked to see at least some effort to follow health guidelines.
The first time we came to Sky High was for a birthday party and the kids loved it so much they wanted to come back again. This is a great place for the entire family to get together and have fun. The prices are reasonable, there is comfortable seating, and a snack bar. We have been back three times so far and loved it each time.
We came on a Sunday and it was packed! There is only about 20 spots to park in their lot so everyone has to park on city street and walk. The workers are all very young so they do not enforce any of the rules so it makes it a mad house. Price is very good and they give you a 5 dollar card for games but all machines were broken.
My 6 year old son had a really good time and was completely wore out after 2 hours. There is very little parking so expect to park on the street and walk a little ways. I wish they contracted with the surrounding businesses for their parking spaces. They are clearly closed on the weekend and have these big empty parking lots.
Our kids absolutely love this place. I like that they have a 6 and under trampoline area for the littles. The only thing that was an issue is the music is blasting loud! My daughter was covering her ears at one point, so I’m hoping they fix that. It’s difficult to talk as the music is way too loud. Otherwise great time.
Birthday party room 5 is the worst. Smallest, it’s the electrical panel room. There are no AC vents so it was hot and stuffy. The parents stood outside the room. I asked for AC or fans. Jayden was the staff member who was assigned to us. He was very helpful and always checked in to see what we needed. Good guy!
We had an awesome time here. Our son had his 7th birthday party here today and it was such a fantastic time! The party check-In was super easy, the party guest were well taken care of and Geromi was the best host ever!! I would definitely recommend this place if you want your kids to have a great time!!
The place is not very good. No parking. Party rooms are very small and sparse. If you need to order food, it takes forever (15 min to get nachos, 7 min for a pretzel) and it still comes out cold. Way over priced. Restrooms are not sanitary. If available, I would choose a different venue
Rockin jump is a kids dream. It's cleaner than most jump places. Grip socks are $3 or you can bring your own. Music is fun and loud! There is soda and snack machines and lots of roomy places to sit as well as full on massage chairs you can pay to use while your kids jump! We love it
Giving 4 stars only because of the limited seating area. Everything else is awesome! Kiddos had a blast! It gets packed with a lot of adults standing around! Not many people playing the arcade games, I say pull those out of the way and open up more seating and its 5 stars from me!
Really fun and modern place for kids to hang out with friends. Loved the Cosmic night - and already planning on doing my son's b/day party there (per his request). Staff is very nice. The facility is very clean too. I'm def. bringing the kids back for more fun at Sky High!
If this place actually had comfortable seating for parent and grandparents, they'd make a lot more $$$$ One can only sit for so long on a hard, metal bench. The staff here is very helpful and nice. The Cafe was NOT over priced. All in all, the kids had a great time here.
My little sister was at a friends birthday party hosted by rock and jump when they host you put gifts in basket and they lost the little girls gift which was found ripped open and stolen rock and jump was very rude about it when they had 100% liability of the gift.
Decided to take the kids to sky high, it was a rainy day in July, our experience there was great! Our wait at the front desk was minimal, the staff was kind and courteous. The kids had a blast especially in the dodge ball arena. Thank you for such a great day.
Great time! The manager was awesome. Although he wouldn't accept my same-day-purchased Groupon, he offered a better deal using the value I had paid on the Groupon. So, in essence, I redeemed the Groupon afterall purchasing a punch card with a lot more value!
Really fun, really affordable! My 5 yr old grandson loved the trampolines and dodgeball. His did had a blast too! I had a great time “observing” - yea right! They gave me a pair of mandatory socks and my old bones were jumping too! Great family fun!!
We loved Rockin jump prior to the pandemic. They just re-opened and we were excited - until we got there. Our group was pretty shocked at a) the large crowds and b) the lack of masks while inside, adults and kids alike. Zero enforcement or
This place is the BEST! We visited the Miramar location in San Diego, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Sign in was so easy with their system and it was very reasonably priced (only $16 for my 5 yo to jump for an hour! $11 for 30
Absolutely bad experience with the front desk and their manager. I bought 4 "Two jumpers for two hours" tickets online and planed to use 2 tickets (each ticket accepts two kids to jump for 2 hours) yesterday and then the other two later
Did the 1 hour private court group rental and it was fun, be prepared for a pretty good workout. Having the private court is great since you can get a bunch of games in with the people you're with (we had 12 people in our group). Would
I took my 10 year old son and a friend for some afternoon fun. They had a blast jumping and then they used their money to grab candy from the claw machine. After a five minute break they were back to jumping. They loved the dodge ball
We love this place. My children have asked me if they are allowed to live there permanently. We have been there about half a dozen times and every time has been a huge success. The staff is helpful and friendly - especially while
Very entertaining for my granddaughters!!! Unfortunately parking sucked. Seems like half of San Diego's kids are having their birthdays at the same day! Caution, loud and crowded. Buying vending only accepts cash and it was broken
My kids had a blast! The only complaint is there were a couple trampoline areas that were closed including the climbing wall & many of the arcade games were broken limiting the options. Otherwise lots of fun for the kiddos!
My son and my nieces loved this place! The "All You Can Jump" package is the best value you can get, especially with Military Discount!! My family and I enjoyed them for hours, and will definitely go back OFTEN!!
No sanitizer ANYWHERE. Even after asking staff to refill dispensers. Never refused during my 90 minute stay. I had my own, but no one else seemed to be using any. Ugh. This is unacceptable and I won't be back.
Very chaotic and unsafe for little kids . All staff members are kids who does not know how to manage it and set boundaries for safety. And, those video games are just money grabbing schemes, such a ripoff
We booked a birthday party here for ten kids. According to my son, "it was awesome. I loved the hurricane simulator. All of my friends had fun, and all my friends loved the hurricane simulator too."
We came here for a birthday party and it was great! It's timed for the kids being there -- 60 or 90 mins. There's an arcade here that was fun as well, a rock climbing wall and miniature golf course.
This place was nice, plenty of space, $10 x half hour and $3 per special socks (yes you'll have to pay for that). The girl actually let us stay almost an hour. Pretty fun even if you're an adult.
They have a very nice and polite security guard that welcomed us and opened the door, the blacklight jumping was Great the environment and staff were great all around 5 Stars!
Fairly routine indoor trampoline park... But they've added a small rock climbing wall, arcade with rewards (like Boomers!) and a little miniature golf course outside.
Awesome location. Trampolines, dodge ball, jousting, mini ninja warrior course, and video games. Good for all ages and events. Friendly staff and reasonable prices.
It's a great place for kids and adults to burn some energy! If you have epilepsy, wear ear buds, and sunglasses. It's loud and a lot if flashing lights.
This place has more people jumping around than a Cypress Hill concert. Kids loved the rock wall and the kid arcade doesn't rip you off like Peter Piper.
Went there for my son’s 6th birthday. The staff was very accommodating and let me know what was happening every step of the way. Awesome staff.
Good for kids they have great fun by jumping and playing.Remember to take your silicon dotted socks if you do not want to pay extra 10 usd
No customer service over the phone. I've left messages for return calls and never get a call. To their credit my kids love this place.
I loved it thank you Izzy you made not only my son but the whole family and friends have a great time at his birthday party
jullian is the best employee there. He helped me and my friends when we were in a time of need. 5 stars just for Jullian.
Fun and clean but always busy.... which is great for them but not always fun for my little who is a bit shy.
He came out super sweaty! Jumped non stop 1.5 hours. Bring a book or your headphones to entertain yourself!
Open and perfect for kids to get our all there energy that COVID-19 has caused by being on lock down.
I had such an amazing time celebrating my son Cassie was super sweet and did an amazing job
No air conditioning or circulation, trampoline park was miserably hot, had to leave early.
This place is so much fun. There is something for all ages and the staff is amazing.
Great place to have you're kids get tired. Pizza is good too
The place is awesome. My grandson always has fun there!
