I have been going to this crew since they were at Greensborough Plaza. Awesome people. My car has just come back from a 4 week outback trip to the Northern Territory and as you can imagine, it had red dirt all through it and filthy on the outside. Scuff marks from bags and chairs and other such stuff in the back. A TOTAL mess. Took it to them this morning thinking it was going to cost a fortune to clean and would it be worth the money because there was no way they could fix it. Well I am happy to say I was totally wrong. Very reasonable price for a total detail. It looks brand new. Like it did the day I bought it. I can’t explain how happy I am. They even got rid of scuff marks on the door that have been there for three years (which I had tried to remove with a tooth brush). They also washed the engine bay. Not a speck of red dust to be seen anywhere. As I have said, so happy and grateful to you boys. See you again next month for a inside outside wash.

We have always taken our car to this company, over many years, both here and in their previous location. We had a voucher for a 30 day return, repeat car wash. The expiry date on the docket was 30 November 2018. Unfortunately, we were a very days late getting in for our car wash. I first spoke to the booking guy, who said he would check if they could honor our docket. He went inside and spoke to the owners wife, who said they could not. I was quite emotional that day, as my mother in law had passed away on 26 November, and we were going to the funeral service. I explained all this to the lady, but she said she could not do anything, by this stage I was in tears, as I was upset that they didn't have any compassion. They did however offer a 10% discount, but she said that was all she could do. I understand they have rules in place, but feel a little compassion would not have gone astray. We have always taken our car to this car wash, and feel very let down by this business.

Unfortunately I don't recommend this carwash. They scratched my car. When I finally got a hold of the owner (on the 4th attempt) she told me they'd had another woman complain the same issue but the owners husband was a panel beater and he was able to assure the last woman it wasn't them and she was mistaken. Didn't provide me lot of confidence, made me feel that I was going to be dismissed, which turned out correct. I was told, nope, can't see anything on our camera so we won't be engaging further. I understand there are not a lot of options around Greensborough. My recommendation is if you have a nice car but don't have other car wash options - please take photos of your car when dropping off to provide yourself back-up. It will be 4 photos and 30 seconds of your time you won't regret because while the car wash is average at a reasonable cost, the customer service is disappointing and you don't want to be in the same positions as the other woman and I.

What can I say, but excellent service with a smile. I have to drive past Rockit every morning on my way to work, and drive thru coffee and delicious home made muffins, and because I don’t like cinnamon, Karen and Mark make sure they always have my favourite Passion Fruit and Coconut ready for me. The Car Wash side perfect, after your car is washed, they go over it to make sure the windows have no streaks. Do yourself a favour and if your driving past pop in, even if you don’t feel like a coffee, at least try these Muffins. Thank you for making my day every morning start of with a few laughs. Yes it’s me the one always on the phone lol lol lol 110 out of a 100 keep up the fantastic service

Paid $125 total for upholstery steam clean (worth $80) and in/outside wash (worth $45). The seats were poorly cleaned (some mild stains are still there) even though the original condition of the seats was not too bad! Both backside glass windows were not cleaned (not sure what the $45 was for here if windows are not wiped)! See photos here for the car condition AFTER wash! Totally not satisfied. Not worth the price really. The only reason I gave a second star is their excellent coffee area and service there.

Honestly - OMG the best clean EVER - theses guys are THE BEST. 1 hour from closing and they did the best ever job. Not a problem … Not surprising - but want to let everyone know how wonderful these people are. Karen in the cafe - an angel and the food is just yummo. Again thanks so much …. I took my car in during the Christmas period to get my carpets steam cleaned as it had been flooded now had a smell I couldn't get out. They were really good at squeezing me in last minute. I dropped the car off and they called me just an hour later. The staff were friendly and chatty and my car is looking great and now smells wonderful! They even cleaned the outside for me! Thank you

Rockit is hands down the best carwash I’ve ever been too which is why I keep coming back regularly. There service is outstanding very friendly and the work they do is incredible. I wish I had a before photo but the work they did on my tired old 2003 ford falcon made my jaw hit the ground. To paint a picture it was sitting in the driveway untouched for 6 months and this is the end result! Massive thank you to the team!! :)

We were waiting to get a carwash for so long due to lockdowns etc. And we were switching over from our usual spot in Heidelberg. Rockit team did not disappoint a bit. Rather so impressive in their quality and attention to detail, I know where I am going every time for a carwash or sending fnf. Keep rocking it, guys!

Used to be excellent, after having my car washed today l went home and noticed yellow bird poop still all over the roof, spent the next half an hour with maguire's detailer and a micro fiber cloth to get it all off, defeats the purpose of paying to have your car washed, will be washing all my cars myself in the future

Been twice now, in and out wash both times on a 4WD. Very pro setup and quick for the attention they give your car. Excellent job all round. They also have a kids lounge which was perfect so we could grab a coffee (very good coffee too) while the kids entertained themselves. Will return 100%.

Wow, how good was the end result of getting my Xtrail washed and detailed? Came up like new and interior absolutely spotless and smelling fresh. Well worth the money to have the car looking so good for my son’s wedding day. Excellent service and would recommend Rockit with the 5 stars.

Picked up my car paid 119.00 dollars carpet dirty car still dusry slip slop job no deodorising worst .o yes the owner was under pump ...I was not a relative with a Mercedes I would have got five star treatment. Just a client who help pay bills when you first started

Could have been 5 stars but the last 2 times they only pressure washed my roof (medium SUV) instead of hand washing it. We pay more for SUVs so they should go to the effort of washing roofs correctly. Other than that, no complaints.

Very pleasantly surprised. You don’t expect much from a car wash but the the interior waiting area and cafe are nicely styled and the women’s toilets at least were clean, fresh and newly renovated. Friendly staff and was happy with the interior and exterior wash.

I have been here afew times, waited to check on the consistency before placing a review. These boys are pretty good. They are better then templestowe. Didn’t give the 5 star as I feel the wait time on afew occasions is over 1.5hour.

My first time at this car wash yesterday. I was so impressed. Service was awesome. The fellas gave a meticulous attention to detail. The young girl in the cafe was lovely, not to mention my chai. I will certainly return.

I use this place regularly, it's convenient, has waiting room /snack bar. Car is quickly cleaned by a good team of blokes. Job is performed well without defects. Minor problem with today's visit rectified easily at home.

Had the most annoying and disgusting chocolate milk spill all over my seats and they fixed it right up for me! Everyone was so nice and had a great chat with Naomi in the cafe! Also loved that they had vegan options!

Had my car in for a $135(SUV) detail, was told car would be ready in 1 hr......5 hrs later and me ringing twice car was finally ready and NOT polished and inside rear NOT touched although empty!......not happy!

The quality of car wash was the best I have had in years. No smears and all little spots were removed. The staff were very friendly and professional. The cafe makes it very enjoyable experience.

Had my mustang washed at Rockit many many times never had an issue and they use good products and clean towels/chamois. Shopping centre car washes can’t compare with these guys

My car was really dirty especially the inside with dog hair. The guys there did a fantastic job and in 45 mins the car looked and felt new.
