Rude , worst customer service , went in to get backwoods , he gave me a stale pack , I asked to feel them because if I’m buying a pack I’d like a FRESH SOFT woods , as a smoker. We all know we want to feel the pack for softness , he told me to leave because I asked for a softer pack ! Ignorant prick !

The employee was very kind and helpful. He even came out to my car to bring me my UPS delivery so I didn't have to go in the store. I did not know they took UPS shipments and other shipping companies, I will use them from now on for all my UPS pick up and drop off. Great convenience store.

DO NOT bring your Purolator or UPS package here. Go to another location and save yourself and your parcel the hassle. The owner is unprofessional, inaccurate, and disrespectful as can be. Your package will go missing without any explanation... Go to another access point!!!

Amazing store, family owned. They have exotic drinks & sodas that you can’t get in Canada. You won’t be able to find another convenience store like rockland. Lasagna bomb too Arsh is the man behind the counter and he will not let you down …

Absolute trash customer service by male elderly owner. Walked in to drop off a ups package he said it has to be tapped down and that it's not part of his job to tape it down. Had to go to the tattoo store over and ask to borrow their scotch

Horrible I order from Amazon and the delivery (Purolator)stated that was at my house (no true I have a camera) and after calling Amazon 1 hour on the phone i was told to conto Rockland place... it has a weird smell and the poor girl
