Amenities are nice. Rooms are clean and pleasant. Staff are very helpful, friendly and approachable. Big thanks to Mr. Omar & Mr. Salah in the reception. They attend all my request and they are very helpful. We had a very good stay there and we enjoyed it. Just that the pool attendant in tower 1 which is Lalita, he is very rude, he ask 1 of my guests for a fist fight. My guest just ask for a towel and he ask what is our room no., when we gave him he said, “ah the room with too much people” he dared to tell that when in fact he doesn’t have any idea how many rooms I booked. He keeps on talking to us in a very rude way. He even said to my guests that “be grateful I am on work because if not, let just fight”. My guest even said that he will just complain to the management but he said, “go ahead I don’t care and here’s my name” Hope that the management will solve this issue as they informed me that this is not the first time like this happened. They are ruining the image of the hotel and wasting the effort of the other staff who are working so hard just to give a good customer service.

Positive points: Location is the best. Breakfast can be in room dining in with no extra charge.I got a very good deal for the breakfast. Multiple options apartments with an excellent space. Negative points: very old furniture, needs renovation. Bedrooms have no ventilation, windows cannot be open. Housekeeping are lazy and never touched our apartment during our entire 3 nights stay, even though I called and I requested to clean my apartment, they simply ignored the request, and they did not even apologize when I called the Egyptian (man) manager. They didn’t put the tags for no disturb or clean my room. The restaurant is very small and very very crowded. And because of the we decided to have breakfast in our apartment until one day in the weekend the in room dine in guy (also Egyptian) he lied and said they don’t serve breakfast in the room during the weekend because they’re busy and it’ll take an hour and he was rude, I told him I don’t care about the time and I need my breakfast in my room, and he had to serve me what I paid for. The breakfast was average.

I have stayed in this place on three different visits. I am glad I did. The location is fantastic and the staff are warm and professional. Particularly, Raj, the supervisor who checked regularly to ensure we were ok. The housekeepers , Kadiri and Rhaman, were very good at their job. God bless you all.

We were staying here a number of times and I was really happy that the personnel at front desk remembers me and did best when we came. There wasn’t two bedroom sea view apartment when I booked, but they found three options for me when I arrived and I was able to make the best choice at nearly the same price. Very nice location, facilities and very kind and polite staff. Highly recommended!

My phone got lost when there was a room service going in our room but we were not there the whole day and when we came at night after our tour my phone was just missing and when we went to the receptionist to complain than also we did not get a single response from 3 days. Service is third class, food is just horrible and staff has no response to a drastic case of ours cause for everyone their phone is precious. Plz don’t stay here if u need a safe place to live in. Its just horrible thing happened to us and i don’t want anyone to experience this.

This is our first time to book this hotel but we will definitely book again here soon as All the Staff are very accommodating and polite mostly Mr. Karlos the manager the reception Omar and Sara they are very helpful and friendly.They give as a complimentary cake to celebrate one of our friends birthday Ms. Lolita who serve the cake to us is very friendly. Location is amazing. Just above The walk, JBR & 5 mins walk to beach. Even JBR is busy and crowded, Apartment buildings had plaza level for residents. It's much easier and convenient with children. Layout of 2 bedrooms are great for 4 people. Deco and facilities are dated & dissatisfied. But housekeepers are doing great jobs to keep everything in order. During my stay, Made dwi and lila cleaned it. Excellent work

We had an amazing experience during our stay at Roda Amwaj Suites. The rooms are super clean, service is awesome and location, nothing but the best. Our breakfast was made memorable everyday by pampering us with our choice of items without missing out any day. A special mention to Vivek Bachhawan for taking good care of us. It is truly a wonderful stay at the Rawda Hotel. Excellent location and good service. The rooms have a wonderful view and good service from everyone. The food at Samar Restaurant is very excellent and the breakfast is wonderful and everyone is cooperative. They really made my family happy. Thank you Mohamed, a very helpful person. The hotel is in the right place in Dubai, accessible to everything. But the difference for us was regarding the staff; we had a very good experience. I shared a big and comfortable apartment with a few friends. Not the most luxurious, but definetly nice and clean. The location is arguably the best in town, right on JBR Marina walk. Good breakfast buffet with cuisine for all tastes. All of this at a fair price.

الشقق واسعة ونظيفة، ولكن رائحة الدخان (السجائر) كان فواح خاصة في ممرات المبنى. الحجز كان من موقع الطيار ولم يصل الحجز لإدارة الفندق فتأخرنا في الدخول ولكن إدارة الفندق عوضتنا بشقة أكبر بنفس السعر اعتذار منهم عما حصل. لهم الشكر.
