I visited RogersMotors last year in August. I dropped in without appointment to take a look at a 2017 Toyota 4Runner. They happily pulled it out and let me have a go at it at my own pace. I was simply handed they keys and was told to do what I needed to do to make me comfortable with the car and ask if I have and questions. During my test drive I notice a shimmy under braking and brought to their attention. They test drove it themselves and agreed with my concerns and replaced all 4 Rotors. I didn't want to write a review straight away, as I wanted to drive and live with the car for a period of time. I bought the car at about 48kms, it is now 76kms. It went through a bit of the summer of 2022 and winter of 2023. I had a chance to use the 4 Wheel Drive and Downhill Assist Control Features. They all worked, and I have even taken it to Toyota to get it checked out and they say everything is in working order with no major concerns or safety issues. I am confident in my review which is based solely on the car that I bought and the sales experience I received that day. As with any car sales new or used. Make sure you conduct your due diligence. You can walk away from any dealership and buy from any dealership. What I am saying is that I would start my search for a used vehicle at ROGERS.

I spent a lot of time researching cars to replace my mother’s car that was a total loss in an insurance claim. I read many, many reviews and saw that Rogers Motors was easily the most recommended dealership in the Halton Region. We had an amazing experience at Roger’s Motors! From the first phone call there was no pressure to purchase a vehicle. Matt allowed us the opportunity to look at the vehicle check out all its features (without a salesperson hanging around). This was great because my husband and I could actually talk about the vehicle as we weren’t sure if this was exactly what we were looking for. They were very efficient and knew that we were under a time crunch and worked very hard to meet our family’s needs. His father took us for a test drive and was very kind as well. We even took our son’s hockey bag and tested out how it would fit. All of the paperwork was prepared in advance and Matt took the time to ensure that we understood it well before moving forward. The vehicle was very clean when we picked it up as it had also been detailed. We were very impressed with the service and highly recommend purchasing a vehicle there. Rogers Motors operates its business the way all businesses should; with kindness, integrity, and honesty. They do not take shortcuts, in-fact they do the opposite by going above and beyond what is necessary. In my case the vehicle I ended up purchasing only needed both front tires replaced in order to be certified, and instead of replacing them with a low-quality brand, like a lot of other used car dealers would do, they installed a high-quality brand that was the same make and model as both rear tires. On top of that, they also replaced both the front and the rear brake pads and rotors, which was a complete surprise as the brakes looked clean and performed well on the road test when looking at the vehicle initially. It was a great pleasure working with Mathew throughout the entire process, he treated my family and me just like his own which made for a refreshing experience. I started looking for a new vehicle upon the insistence of my Dad who I must mention, if it was not for him I would not be driving the 2008 ES350 Lexus I purchased from Mat and Roger at Rogers Motors. I had been looking all over the net and then one day I just stumbled upon their ad and dealership, I called them up made an appointment to view the car and I was sold. I drove from Belleville Ontario (440 km roundtrip) but it was worth the drive the folks here are not necessarily car salesman but more of relationship salesmen, the car was immaculate and the down home feel made the purchase a great experience. I would definitely buy from these guys again and will recommend the dealership to my friends.Customer service is a abused word these days, however Mat and Roger and team definitely know the true meaning of Service, Oh and they sent a vehicle to the Go station to pick up the wife and I on delivery day!! Cannot speak highly enough about the guys at Rogers Motors. Spotted car I liked (Mazda CX-5), reached out and from the very first email to the last it has been a seamless, easy, stress free experience. When I went to view the car, they had it ready and gave me the space to take it around the back, bring it for a test drive if I wanted, and take as much time as I needed looking at it in a stress free, hassle free, non pushy way (while still being available to answer questions). Finding a dealership you can trust is hard but I really felt I could trust the guys at Rogers and they’d be my first stop when it’s time to shop again. The transaction felt more like a partnership than them pushing a car on me - I wanted a car, they were selling a car, they priced it fairly so everything was easy from there. I had a pleasant experience with my recent Toyota Corolla purchase from Rogers Motors. I usually wait a week before I post a review after making a major purchase and it's been a week today since I picked up my new car! Bought a 2020 Mazda 3 from Rogers and so far, I'm really happy with my choice. Mathew, my sales rep was awesome! Super friendly without being overly pushy and all the staff that I met were incredibly helpful. As this was a used car, there was a scratch on the bumper that he knew would bother me so he had that painted and shined up as good as new. I also mentioned I really wanted an auto start and he suggested one with an app that I can start from anywhere. I'm so glad I took his advice and went with that one! I highly recommend Rogers Motors!
