I am not really one to leave a review but I have to give credit where credits due, let me explain the reasons why I have taken the time to write his. So my partner and I was moving into our first property together and thought that we could do it ourselves, when realising the task in hand a few days prior to moving we decided we need help (by help we had done nothing lol) We made a few phone calls and I get a bit funny when it comes to having people in my home and if I feel I can trust them. After about 15 phone calls I came across Rogers Removals who after a few minutes on the phone explaining our situation I knew that was the company I was going to choose. After the embarrassing moment of me explaining that I am moving in a few days and I had literally just sat there looking at all my belongings, they fired off everything they could do to help e.g packing service, storage, the full works of moving. We decided to go with a full service of pack and move which my partner was worried about as she didn’t want other people going through our stuff packing and as it wasn’t there property they wouldn’t take care of it as much as we would. Now for the outcome: The team we had over was a cracking bunch of lads they explained everything that was going to happen, everything that we needed to do and was making sure at every turn that we was ok with what they was doing, they packed all our stuff in less than a day and was ready for the move the next day. The boys arrived bang on time from what they told us the previous day and I have never seen a team work that hard, within a few hour our stuff was in the back of the lorry (it was amazing to watch, all I needed was David Attenborough giving a commentary and it defo would have made the telly) the off load was exactly the same and the boys even stayed afterwards helping us moving stuff around as we had no idea where anything was going to be positioned (think the sofa went in about 10 different places) they didn’t leave until we was happy with our new home. Unbelievable service from start to finish. Would defo use again, don’t think any company could beat that. We moved back in February and the reason why I wanted so long is because I wanted to fully unpack to make sure that our stuff wasn’t just thrown into boxes but I have to say that they packed everything perfectly, nothing was broken, it wasn’t all over the place, they kept all rooms separate from each other and for once I get to say to my MRS that I was right. (Yes it did take me months to get through the boxes and yes I was on furlough but we had good weather, don’t judge me lol) Well done Rogers and thank you

This is the third time we have used Rogers Removals within 9 years and every time we have been impressed by their efficiency and professionalism. From the quotations, the office staff, logistics team and the removal guys themselves on the day; the teams have consistency been friendly, helpful and no request is ever too much trouble. The stamina and patience from the moving guys is unbelievable. Every person grafts to get the job done - you get exhausted just watching them! This time a particular mention is whole-heartedly deserved to our 4 man team led by Alan. Many thanks to him, Mikey, Luke and Kevin. What absolute stars. We had a TON of stuff to move from a top floor that had a narrow steep staircase and somehow the sofa and piano came down unnoticed. Most surprising of all is that at the other end another 2 teams rocked up to help unload after another local job was delayed. Rather than sitting on their hands they all pitched in to help their fellow crew mates with great humour and we were unloaded in record time. We opted for the self pack, with Rogers providing their excellent packaging and tape (trust me - if you are thinking of saving a few quid on this front by finding your own boxes forget it - the amount of stress, time and money you will spend sourcing and purchasing boxes that aren't quite up to the job is just not worth the effort). We got a quote in for a previous move from another local company. They came in over 30% more for the same service and, not having used them before, we were unsure of the what we would be getting on the day. Despite Rogers offering a price match for cheaper quotes I think they are pretty good value as it is! Rogers Removals will be our first and only port of call for future moves.

My decision to use Rogers Removals to assist with my house move was one of the best decisions I made. From the initial call for a quotation to the actual delivery of my belongings to my new home, I found the staff to be very professional, helpful and had a general attitude to please. I also received a follow up call a few days later to ensure I was totally satisfied with the service provided. The firm was responsible for packing up the contents of my property that was being sold and they did this with great care, storing the contents for a few weeks until I moved into my new home. On delivery of my belongings to my new home, they went to great lengths to ensure that everything delivered was in the same state as when packed. I will most certainly be recommending this firm to my friends and family and use them again if I ever move homes or indeed have any goods for storage. Thanks Rogers Removals!!

Fantastic service from Rogers Removals. Prior to the move they were extremely understanding. Our move date kept getting pushed back, they were very accommodating and were able to fit us in on our final moving date with zero hassle. They even dropped us a whole selection of boxes to use. On the day itself, Adam and Lee were outstanding. They arrived promptly and had everything in the van in just under 2 hours! They couldn't do enough for us. Even when I tried to help, they would jump in and do the job. When putting everything in the new property they were extremely professional. Completely covered the new house in protective wrapping and everything was put in the rooms we needed. They even saw me struggling attaching my TV to the wall mounting, and put this up for me!! I would highly recommend Rogers Removals to anyone. Fantastic service at a great price. Keep up the good work guys.

I love this company! I wouldn't call them cheap, in fact their prices are on the high end even if they price match with other companies certified by some UK organization, however the quality that you get is worth the premium. If you are moving with a reasonable amount of belongings and you don't want any of them to get damaged in the process go with Rogers! We had a 7.5t truck. Came with 2 people which we were a bit concerned about because we were told 3 were coming. However, the 2 guys worked faster and better than any other crew I've seen. They explained how things will be wrapped before they started wrapping. Our l shaped sofa was packaged as if it was going to be shipped internationally. All of our items arrived whole, the guys put together beds and other furniture and the move was genuinely the easiest we've ever had. Would highly recommend and definitely use again!

Excellent service, there is a reason why Rogers Removals are the most recommended moving company in N London. I had to order the full service move and it was fantastic. The people they sent were extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Firstly, lets get one thing clear, they did an amazing job of packing safely all my items and moving them. But here's the extras I got on top; - Suggestions on how to unpack fragile items so they don't break (always hold over the box never unwrap in mid aid) - thanks Paul! - Fixed a leak in the new house (as we moved in there was a puddle on the floor of the kitchen), one of the movers immediately grabbed a wrench and stopped it. Thanks so much again. - Found lost items, handed in valuables they found. Nothing was too big of a challenge for these guys. This was money well spent, and I know who I will be booking when I next move.

Finally I had a chance to do a comment here regarding our move in Dec 2021. It’s not a very good experience with Rogers Removals for us. Our appliance was found to be lost during the move. Most of our furnitures were not wrapped for protection for storage. Eventually a number of our furnitures (bed frame, dinning table, wardrobes) were damaged during the move and also because how they assembled our furnitures. Their staff complained to us that they had only two people for moving in, but should this be the responsibility of company to evaluate and arrange sufficient staff rather than complaining to the client. The company knows how many containers we had. Also when we moved out, they came with 4 people but only 2 people when moving in. I am sorry that I won’t recommend Rogers Removals and will not use it again.

I would highly recommend Rogers Removals. I used their services for a move out of one property with plenty of stairs and was impressed at the speed in which they managed the removal, taking care of my belongings. I then used the storage facilites for a period of 6 months. The team were efficient at organising payments and access to my belongings when required during this time. When moving in day arrived, the team were so helpful to collect some large plants that had been cared for in the family home (as well as a few boxes) and arrived early at the new property. They ensured boxes were placed in the correct rooms and furniture assembled. No damage to any goods! I am grateful for their professionalism and kindness in going the extra mile. Would highly recommend and definitely use for future removals.

Our extended family has now used Rogers Removals 3 times in the last 18 months. We would never use anyone else. From first contact to sign-off, they are professional, friendly, reliable and a pleasure to deal with. They have always done what we ask and gone far beyond in terms of service and care. And during lockdown, they arranged for anyone to donate food for those that needed it - they co-ordinated the boxes to be filled, the collection and the delivery. I just wanted to say how smoothly our move out of storage went yesterday. They both worked so hard and nothing was too much trouble in positioning furniture, and at every stage they both kept checking-in to make sure that we were happy.  Once again Tony was very reassuring and whatever challenges he faced such as large wardrobes up stairs or the tumble dryer down into the cellar, he did it with humour and professionalism. Moving is as we know stressful and I now realise that it's not just the ability and experience of 'how' you move us, it's the attitude and interpersonal skill of the team that makes all the difference.  More than anything else that we have had to organise with this process, choosing your company was the very best and most important decision we made.

I interviewed 5 different Removal companies before I decided on Rogers Removals. It was the best decision I ever made. Moving is stressful at the best of times but the back of house team and the guys actually doing the move made the experience so seamless and stress free at both ends of the job. They were a pleasure to have around and went the extra mile, way beyond what the job actually required. They mended furniture, reassembled pieces, helped with rearranging boxes at the delivery end and after the job was completed not only came and took all the boxes away but they also helped me completely rearrange all the boxes in one of the rooms. I cannot recommend Rogers Removals highly enough. If i ever have to move again they will be the first call I make.

An absolute delight using Rogers Removals. When they moved us out our flat, stored our stuff for 15 months and then moved us into our house. Professional, polite, very quick to respond to questions. And quick at the physical moving, but without any worry of them not doing a proper job. Our things in storage came out how they went in, even after the 15 months. No mold, no damp, no damage. The two guys moving us out and then the two moving us in where fantastic. Very professional, polite and friendly. Even after lugging heavy and awkward to carry things up three flights of stairs! Top, top job. So yes I would very much recommend them!

Long distance removal to South Coast from London. The team arrived early morning as arranged and were immediately reassuring and positive. I had the 'A-team' so good humour was there throughout. At the start I was very anxious, exhausted already after days of packing and usual worries about completing etc. Nothing was too much trouble, and everything was carried carefully into the removals 7.5t van, then blanketed, roped in securely. They even had room at the end for all my plants. They made sure I knew they would see me at the property, and to take my time. A very calming experience. I would highly recommend Rogers Removals.

I have used Rogers Removals twice on domestic relocations, and more recently when they moved my entire office which consisted of 40 staff and all their files,computers, desks etc etc. On all three occasions i can honestly say that they have been outstanding!! Their staff are professional, courteous and extremely efficient. On all three occasions, not one item was lost or damaged and everything was delivered within the set timescale. Also, their rates were very competitive. When moving again, i will be only speaking to one removal company and i would have no hesitation in recommending their services to friends and associates.

I'm so pleased that this company exists!! Just wanted a Hot Tub moved due to some building works happening at my home, and wanted it moved to the back of the garden. Couldn't find anyone to do this very small job for me, and thought I'd give Roger Removals a try, just on the off chance. Well!! straightaway "yes no problem, when did you want it moved" Called yesterday and was moved today, and with delicacy, as if it was theirs. What a really really lovely bunch of guys that did the move. Really was not a problem for them at all , and were only too happy to help. Tremendous !! Definitely need to be offered a knighhood!

I worked with Rogers Removals for a local charity event that took place recently and I have to commend them for such excellent work. From the moment I contacted them they were quick to respond and more than happy to volunteer their time to help us run our event for the fourth year in a row. There was no hesitation to do whatever was required of them to make our event a success. They showed up on time and the two guys on site were very friendly, helpful and efficient! Rogers Removals moved us from Southgate to Harpenden on 12 and 13 January and the service was excellent. Gareth and Cornell we're leading the move and we had a great team packing our house, the guys worked tirelessly putting everything on to the van, taking in to consideration the fact that we had a 2 children at home due to Covid. Unloading at the other end was really efficient, we had the team from the morning and additional staff turned up to help, they were brilliant. The whole team were polite, efficient, considerate and I would not hesitate to use you again, but hopefully not for a long time.

Our move was made easy by the very experienced guys who packed and transported our home. We had a large 5 bedroomed house and they did all the packing most of it on the first day. The second day they packed the remainders and got to the new house by midday. Unfortunately one of the solicitors weren't so professional and we didn't Get our keys until 4pm but they called in extra men and had all our stuff in house in 2 hours including assembling 3 beds and 3 tables. Not only were the guys very efficient they were also very friendly and cheerful.We don't hesitate to recommend Rogers Removals

Rogers Removals were recommended to me for our house move last week and I can see why. We had a team of 5 guys who were absolutely the 'A' team. Nothing was too much trouble for them; they worked super hard; and they were polite, patient and accommodating, even when I changed my mind a few times on the positioning of furniture. They covered furniture and pictures really carefully and nothing was damaged or lost. They were a real pleasure to work with and I am pleased to say that our move seemed effortless with their help. We were in safe hands so thanks guys and a big well done from us!

Amazing guys, I have used other large moving companies and after using Rogers would never use another company again. Our purchase fell through at the last moment and we ended up having to move to a small rental. Rogers made the move days easy and stress free; they efficiently packed and sorted the house into items for storage and for moving. Their team were all so polite and considerate and could do enough to help. When we move again I know who I'll be using. If you've got a complex move and storage issue, give it to these guys they'll manage it for you wonderfully.

Everyone says that moving house is very stressful and we had lived at our old house for 25 years. The three men from Rogers who helped us move were fantastic. I unfortunately had to endure a second removal in under 3 months. My move to London was utter hell but when I needed to move again I contacted Roger's Removals as I saw one of their Van's in the road near where I was living. I rang them and arranged a home visit and quote. I didnt hesitate to use them and they were brilliant. The two men were absolutely first class. They packed everything and managed my piano with great care. They were so courteous and polite. I will definitely not hesitate to use them next time. Look no further!

Our experience of Rogers was extremely positive on the day of the move where the men turned up promptly and were really hard working from start to finish. They were also polite and friendly and treated our things with care. The whole move was seamless from start to finish. Post the move, I requested that they remove the boxes. Although they do not regularly work in SE London - the owner moved the schedule around on the following day to accommodate the pick up of the boxes, which was very much appreciated.

I used Rogers Removals recently and they were fantastic. They neatly and carefully packed my belongings into two big crates on their van and stored it for two weeks. They then helped move us into our new flat. The team at the office are super helpful and friendly. The removal people were hard working and very quick, taking care of every item. I have used a handful of movers over the years and these guys are hands down the best. They were the most reasonably priced, the team they sent were polite and professional and made a stressful day an absolute pleasure. Nothing was dropped or knocked or scraped. Nothing was lost. We recently moved from North London to Cornwall & used Rogers Removals whom we recently used on a much smaller move. They were brilliant; the crew that came on the moving date packed everything away carefully & had a lot of garden bits to cope with. Excellent service from Rogers Removals when I moved house. They turned up on time and they were very polite and careful when moving delicate items. Fantastic service! I have used them previously to move within London and the price was very reasonable. I did contact them for a second time when I needed moving but out of London and the price had inflated quite considerably. These guys do provide a top notch service but also at a top notch price. They're fast and reliable and I would whole heartedly recommend Roger removals

Shocking experience with this firm. They damaged many of our expensive items and just shoved our complaint onto the insurers with no acceptance of their negligence in not handling our goods with care. Don't believe the marketing literature. Looks like they have now been taken over by Cadogan & Tate which may explain why. Their focus was on the merger rather than their customers.

Removing our furniture & 69 boxes to their storage & then 2 weeks later to our new home in Surrey was done efficiently. Both teams we met worked harmoniously. They were careful, asked questions & took a lot of the stress out of the move. Rogers weren't the cheapest, nor were they the most expensive. In terms of value for money very good. Would happily use Rogers again & again.

If you are looking for reliability, value for money and a great service both in terms of relocation and dry storage, I would highly recommend Rogers Removals for the job. Staff are helpful and polite and can't seem to do enough to please you and ensure that your move from one location to another is totally seamless. Very very happy with the service and great value for money.

Nothing was too much trouble for them whether it was packing up our effects that we had forgotten about or positioning the furniture in our new flat. I've recently had my third move with Rogers and found them as excellent as they always have been. I find they always go out of their way to make sure the move is as stress free as possible. As a business we've also been recommending Rogers for over a decade now and we're yet to hear any negative feedback - just a thoroughly efficient and pleasant company to deal with!

We have just had another very successful move with Rogers who were, as ever, totally reliable. They quoted accurately from a video, were on time, quick, very helpful - beyond the call of duty and were again on time after a 5 hour drive to our new house. We highly recommend their service. A lot of what felt like very personal service and nothing was too much trouble.

I was a little anxious about moving as I don’t like the experience, all the boxes everywhere. Rodgers got everything out with nothing being a problem and we had a very heavy barrel. They were so considerate about where everything went putting each box in the relevant room even though I hadn’t named them. Made the experience so much more stress free. Highly recommend

Couldn't recommend this firm enough. They came and did a full packing service, dismantled furniture and then a long distance move to Oxford, all whilst I was navigating a moving toddler, being early pregnant and the husband working away. They were on time, efficient, polite, and friendly. Not that I want to move house again, but I would absolutely use them again.

I have recently used Rogers Removals' Home Removal service. They have been efficient, professional and friendly. All my belonging were packed safely and staff went to great lengths to make sure that nothing was damaged during transportation. They made a stressful event easy to manage and I'm grateful to them for that. I can't recommend Rogers Removals enough!

Although they collected and returned all my stored furniture very satisfactorily I can only give 3 stars. We had to delay the return of our furniture, due to delay in carpet delivery, giving 2 1/2 days warning they wanted to penalise me by charging an extra 60% on the return cost.with great difficulty I got down to an extra £160 extra. Really "p....ed us off.

Rogers Removals came recommended by our estate agent and word of mouth in North London. They were accurate in their assessment of how long the packing would take and their quote was good value. I couldn't believe how hard the three men worked! They packed and loaded our house in 5 hours, and unloaded it the next day in half that time. They were excellent.

Moving house is stressful but the professional service provided by Rogers Removals took a huge part of this away from us... From the girls in the office to the actual removal men helped us immensely. Both the admin staff and especially the team at the lifting end have been very helpful, prompt, polite, friendly and efficient all the way through a stressful process. Took the worry from a stressful experience. From initial enquiry to placement of the last box, the service was wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble and the removers were pleasant, good-natured and immensely capable. They moved stuff up into the attic which other removers were not prepared to do. Highly recommended.
