Edit: After about a month and after having to remind them to respond, I finally got a $5 voucher code. The email said it was valid in stores but when I tried to use it I was told I could only use it online. When I ordered online to pick up in store, the experience was great. But ordering delivery was terrible. The website automatically removed my unit number from my address. When I realised this, I added it to the delivery instructions. It was only when I had to leave my apartment to find the driver that I realised my edited delivery instructions never went through. I then opened the bag to find I didn't get my drink. The driver said the store didn't give him anything else. It was written on the bag so he should have checked he had everything but the people in the store should have too. I'm very disappointed that I paid $10 extra for a drink and delivery when I didn't get my drink and I had to leave my unit to get the food. So I tried calling the store to ask for a refund. But the number given on their website didn't work. I've sent an enquiry through the website with no response, not even an email confirming they received it. The food was delicious so by all means, order it to pick up but if you order delivery, it's money down the drain.

The most disappointing and unenjoyable Báhn Mi you can eat is from this establishment. No authentic flavour whatsoever. The pork 'chunks' were overcooked and the pork crackling was an unnecessary addition. The coriander was limp and there was not a string of carrot added to it contents. As the rolls are not made in front of you, you can't see what's going in them, or rather, what's not going in them. At $11 a pop you'd be much better off jumping in your car or catching the bus 5 minutes down the road to Footscray for the best Báhn Mi in Melbourne. Save your money and spare yourself a disappointing experience. Their rice paper rolls look good but their 'Vietnamese Baguette rolls' leave much to be desired. Never going back. Pick up your game Team Roll'd. It's apparant by your reviews that your customers are the ones getting 'Roll'd'.

I ordered a banh mi chicken roll & it took forever for them just to make it. I saw that the guy put it near the back counter and didn’t bother to give it to me as I was literally the only one at the store. As I was staring at my Banh Mi roll getting cold I couldn’t help but notice that the kitchen looked absolutely DISGUSTING and such a mess… when I finally got my roll the roll was all over the place and the wrapping was coming apart. FYI go to central west bakery for a authentic banh mi roll you won’t regret it!!!! Never coming back to Roll’d again

Me & my boyfriend always get vermicelli noodle bowls as a quick bite out however today I orderd it for myself on uber eats & as I was eating it I picked out a foreign piece of something black & hard from my mouth. It smelled like fat or oil & had a meat looking texture but I don't know what it could be for sure or where it came from. I don't mean to report it this way however I tried calling but the number is a private number. I got a refund from uber I just wanted to raise this concern with the restaurant :)

Really bad and rudest service I had ever experienced. I asked for sauce, they took it from the fridge and slammed it to me on the bench. I ordered cup of Pho and what I see in cup was bean sprouts more than noodle, I thought I was having bean sprouts and soup. The soup was not hot as well. There customer service I would rate it 1/10. I ve been there serveral time and the attitude never change. I love Pho and been to a lot of Roll’d in Melbourne but this is the worst store. Thanks

when i came here last saturday a lovely young girl helped me out when i wanted to order the vegan chicken and chilli balls and an orange juice. she was very quick with it and i didn't wait any longer than 5 minutes. she was very attentive and you could tell she cared for the customers experience at roll'd. I can't quite remember her name but i believe it was pei something. you should give her a raise

Unfortunately the worst customer service I’ve ever received in a while. The waiter at the counter gave me very rude attitude and told me that he was “busy” that he can’t serve me properly when there were zero customer other than myself in the restaurant. I work in the same industry I tried to be understanding but there’s no excuses to be unprofessional when getting paid for what you do

Unhygienic, filthy sitting area. Service was extremly slow and I felt ill after eating their. The staff were to busy having a chat with one another instead of doing their job and maybe try cleaning the dining area and the service area. Definately will never dine in the place again. Gosh! I wish I checked the reviews before ordering ... This is the worst roll I have ever had.... the bread wasn't fresh, the chips were soggy .... like everything about the meal was just terrible!! I usually don't like leaving horrible reviews.. but had to put it out there to save someone some money.. don't buy from this place !

Absolutely delicious! Don’t believe the trolls that have left previous reviews. This Roll’d serves up fresh and tasty food. Extremely busy however very friendly and efficient service. Also extremely hygienic and clean from what I observed. I’ll definitely come again.

the workers were pushy and were rushing us to order the second we had arrived and started to look at the menu. bad english, which is not their fault but hard to communicate. i looked inside the kitchen and everyone was all over the place, and they looked like they didn’t know what they were doing.

Bland food, disrespectful staff with attitude for no reason, they’re rude to the delivery people too. There’s always a giant roll of glad-wrap on the counter lol prep in the back. dumpling plus or pappa rich has better food and service.

Decided to try because I was craving BBH and there was nothing nearby. The tiny little rice vermicelli was not the right noodle for BBH and the souo tasted like PHO soup with spicy. At least the portion was big, for $14 thats the least they could do I guess.

2nd time poor experience. Order takers at the front can't understand English. Repeated my order multiple times yet they still got it wrong. So chaotic they can't seem to get their service in order. Recommend you get your food elsewhere.

My son said, “This is a five star restaurant!” Thanks to the staff for accommodating his request and leaving out the coriander and cucumber. A very happy customer here!

Some staff are a bit rude when i come here they dont smile and greet you and arents that polite..The food is dry even the fish sauce is just fish sauce not like vietnamese fish sauce was lousy. I dont like it at all

There was this super nice girl called Pei Mai that served me. She had an amazing smile and got my order out super quick. Is it possible to request she takes my order next time? And what days does she work?

No phone number to discuss my order today so instead ive given poor reviews on every single platform and my partner will be at the store tomorrow to discuss the uner eats pho meal we just got.

Very very ordinary service and the manager is is very rude. They are slow loud and obvious are not capable of treating people with the respect they are entitled.

Pre Covid the rice paper roll filling was plentiful. Now the rice paper rolls are full of noodles and very little chicken or prawns or duck. Will not try again.
