The pizza is very good and overall a 10/10 but despite all this I didn't like how I was treated by the lady named Nokubonga Cele who offered us service. She behaved as if she was forced to do her job. She was mean and sluggish with our order therefore I give the service of Nokubonga Cele a 0/10 she should understand that she is there because of us and I'm not asking her to be nice but to behave in a appropriate way, I understand that there's good and bad days and more of the bad days for some but she should get to work and acknowledge the fact that we did not cause the bad days I am very dissatisfied with the service and hope to get better service next time and someone should teach Nokubonga Cele how to behave appropriately.

The fact that you can call and collect makes life so easy for people like us who are aways rushing and they now save your favourite order if you call they ask if they should do the usual which I find it to be the best service ever and mostly you choose how your pizza can be cut meaning you tell them how.many slices it should be(u cant do that with other pizza places) like myself during holidays I have kids visiting they know.holiday time my pizza must be 12 or 16slices.Their specials.are the best 2pizzas in one box n the special of getting 2pizzas and a 2liter drink n a pack of ice cream with 6stick ice-cream is one of the best specials I've ever came account.

Ordered online and then collected to make it easier! The staff were so friendly and helpful. I not only received an SMS and email to confirm my order but they phoned me to ensure that I was aware of what my order number was, how much it would be and how long it would take. Very very impressed!! Prices are very reasonable and food is yummy!

I ordered a greek pizza with extra cheddar. Instead I got only a tiny amount of cheddar, no mozarella. Paying R80 for 1 small pizza with hardly any toppings, an absolute rip off!!! My husband ordered the meaty triple decker with double extra cream cheese from Debonairs at the same time for R20 more. Comparing the two pizzas was an ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!!!!!! Romans pizza you should be ashamed and needless to say we will NEVER order another Roman's pizza.

These guys really do try hard to not impress, ordered 6x pizzas, one of them being vegetarian, so what to the well trained staff at Romans pizza do, place the Vegan pizza in the same box as the rib and mushroom pizza so the vegetarian who was supposed to enjoy her meat free pizza only got to eat half because the other was contaminated with rib sauce, is it so hard to separate vegetarian options, if not then don't offer them on the menu.

Our orders have always been placed online and for collection. Super fast. Orders are ready within 20 minutes and they always phone to either confirm the order or remind us to collect. Not once has there been any mistakes with our order! Staff are friendly and certainly helpful.

Tasty food. Really helpful and friendly staff. If you can, order online before you go pick up to save time. It's so simple and straight forward. Roman's is always my top choice for take away and this branch is definitely my favourite. Eleven out of ten recommend.

We couldn't get our 1st 2 choices as they didn't have the ingredients. Then iro choice 3, a incorrect item was initially prepared. Received it after waiting for a very long time. Toppings were skimpy and stopped about 4 to 5 cm from the edge of the pizza.

Bad service we received with my sister. We were so looking forward to try Roman's pizza menu for the first time. We waited almost 45 minutes for our order. The Garlic roll was dry with no garlic and was not what was advertised and the lasagne was horrible with frozen veges and stale taste. Worst experience ever.

I love Romans pizza. You get two for the price of one. A choice of thick or thin base. It's way better than Fricaz Flamed Grilled pizzas where it seems like they add the sauce after the pizza is backed. ROMANS is professional whichever branch it is.

We order on the phone ,they said it will take 45 min . We got there and had to wait another 30min and then there was no avo on the bacon and avo pizza, we also didn't receive our 2 coldrink drinks that is suppose to come with the large pizza .

Romans pizza is better than most pizza place. Bets thing is the consistency and the pizza don't taste like frozen pizza warmed up in the microwave, like Debonairs. The service is fast and friendly at the Amanzimtoti Roman's Pizza.

Best on the South Coast, Mandisa and staff always friendly and helpful. The quality othe the pizza and cheesy garlic rolls are top notch. Phone in and collect helps a lot. Thanks Roman's Pizza Amanzimtoti for being so awesome.

Did order Pizza 28/10/20..Mr Delivery did delivered! I did told driver to stay outside my door just for safety reasons (covid-19) then he throwed my food on floor. I'm highly upset and find it disgusting and unprofessional.

Romans is my go to place for an affordable and quality pizza. Everytime I have been satisfied, if I was not impressed they quickly rushed to make me happy, its that type of customer service you want in a fast food chain.

Pathetic that I cant just buy one large pizza. I Have to buy two REALLY?!?!?! AND Your front counter lady should not be there. Others would appreciate having a job and actually talk with thier mouths open!

Great pizzas, but I feel communications should be improved on especially calling for an order to collect, the accents are really bad & I found I had to repeat myself 5 times, it left me feeling frustrated.

I'm a huge Romans Pizza fan but tonight I'm totally disappointed... I ordered a Quattro pizza... but all I got was olives on it except maybe 2 blocks of ham and a out 3 anchovies. Absolutely disgusted.

Two pizzas in one evening from two different places. Roman's you didnt just get it right to be the worst, you ACED it.

Waited not more than 10 minutes. Pizzas abit small, staff could have been friendlier. But nothing to complain about.
