I went to buy pizza at Roman’s Pizza in featherbrooke, I got there at 18:27 the cashier that was assisting me her name is Percy with very bad attitude. She took my order and said it will be ready in 20 minutes time, I returned at 19:20 meaning it was beyond after 20 minutes. I was told that my order was mistaken given to another customer and I should take that customer’s order that I didn’t order and apparently the lady that was addressing said she’s the manager. I am just so annoyed is load shedding I’m tired from work and I’m experiencing these reckless stupid mistakes. They don’t take their customers seriously they really undermine us and with their bad attitude.

I tried to place an order over the phone, and the lady helping us was absolutely rude over the phone, not letting me finish my sentences without interrupting me and getting arrogant with me... She was in a rush to just finish the order without listening to what I was ordering, I repeated myself several times and she still didnt listen and then got rude and arrogant when I asked her to listen to what im ordering

At the front counter you will find a lovely lady by the name of Nondumiso she remembers her clients and always have a smile when assisting you. Great service will always come back
