Our first bad experience with a transfer in Europe. We called 4 times to ask where the driver was located. We walked back and forth through the train station (40 degree heat) only to find out he was across the road which was not communicated at all he just expected us to know the station like we were locals. When we finally realised where he was he complained how long he had waited even though we had arrived on time, Then didn’t help with the luggage (3 small children and 4 large suitcases) and then when we found his car it was parked in middle of the street so we had to navigate all the luggage and the children through on coming traffic. A very odd experience and not one we’ve encountered on our travels. Would never use this service again!

Arrived at Fiumicino airport to be greeted by Roberto. Extremely friendly guy with perfect English spoken. Very knowledgeable about tourist hotspots and gave some good advice. Booked him for the return journey in his immaculate BMW 5 series .Great communication for pick up and would highly recommend using this reliable service. Thanks once again Roberto !
