HIGHLY Recommend! Christian Case, his dad Ron Case, and their entire crew give attention to detail as though they are working on their own home. This team worked tirelessly to assure our project was completed on time and to the highest standards; assuring we were completely pleased with each detail along the way and with the end result. Our rooftop walking deck with large spa, grill, and firetable with chairs was in need of major repair in spite of the fact that the previous owners had repaired the deck only several years prior. Christian was patient and thorough in showing us, and explaining to us, why water was getting through surfaces even after such a short time. His knowledge of how to protect a home from water damage was superior. Christian and his team transformed our walking deck with waterproofing techniques unlike competitors who suggested the same fixes which we knew had previously not worked. Plywood boards needed replacing, supports for the slope of our deck were improved, the rubberized water barrier material was seamless and extended over each wall and parapet - creating a water tight seal similiar to a bathtub. Low quaility drains were replaced with metal roof drains. Heat strips were added through the entirety of each drain and between drains on the deck surface. Wood siding was replaced with premium steel siding. Wood beams were covered to protect their upper surfaces and allow water to flow away from sides of beams rather than straight down the side of the beams. Rubber mats were placed over the waterproof barrier and walking deck tiles laid over these mats. These are just some of the major components involved in our large project. Throughout the process Christian was extremely professional and always easy to reach. He was understanding about all our many questions, and patient in explaining everything to us clearly to our satisfaction. His understanding and willingness to make changes as we progressed with the project was fantastic. The entire Case team has exceptional knowledge and experience with roof and walking deck water issues. We trust them completely and are thrilled with the job they completed for us. Truly a first rate company.

Ron and his employee Mo took advantage of my elderly mother who has dementia. Ron collects vintage cars and Mo knew my dad who also collected vintage cars.Ron made sn offer over the phone without seeing them.. I sure it's because Mo knew snd told him everything about the cars and tools.. He didn't even pay her what one of those cars could of sold for.. I have pictures of Mo at the house helping my dad work on a car. It had only been 2 weeks after my dad passed. Ron got word she wanted to sell his 3 customized vintage cars and clean out the garage. Mo also knew my mom and her state of mind besides mourning the loss of her husband of 53 years. They both acknowledged she was not doing well and asked if I was going to move in now to help her. While literally cleaning out the garage tools,welding tanks etc. The other employee stole my dads guns. He over heard me talk about them. When I got back they were gone. I asked my mom and she said John wanted to see them. My son warned me to watch him that he saw him with a method pipe. I called the police and I was thankfully able to recover them. He was living with Mo so I was able send the police there. They harassed us for 2 years about the titles. We couldn't find them and my dad probably never had them. EVERYONE WHO RESTORES VINTAGE CARS KNOWS THATS COMMON AND CAN GET A SALVAGED TITLE FROM THE DMV. But they chose to harass us and even get my dads death certificate? WHY? I Text them not to come to the house anymore and they still showed up harassing. This has been 2 years ago but I've been through a lot taking care of other affairs and my ailing mother but will be reporting Ron Case to the Dept of aging service to file a formal complaint so he cannot take advantage of the old valunerable. We had Ron Case Roofing do two properties this past month. Two Rambler Style Homes. This company knows what they are doing! From the first Phone call to Christian Case to the last day of roofing, Christian and the office staff (Tammy) were always available. We are very impressed. The staff are respectful of property, knowledgeable of the job to be done and arrived when they were scheduled to. Our neighborhood is having a lot of re-roofing done due to the age of the subdivision. We had the opportunity to see what was being done on the other roofs and saw a lot of differences. A couple of the things we noticed is the attention to detail and extra care and use of the roofing materials and how they are to be used to keep our home safe and with a longer life use of the roof. They were a little more expensive than the other quotes we received. ( Minimal when figured out of the life of the roof) We went with them because they have been in business in the Salt Lake Valley for 40+ years , good word of mouth and recommendations from those in the Construction Industry and a Home Inspector we know. We are not disappointed!

This company duped my 84 year old mom into a new roof that had just been in stalled three years earlier. I drove by her home one day on my way to work and there were guys on her roof. It was already half removed. I called her later to see why she was having it replaced and she said they told her she needed a new roof. They had done a roof in her area and they had approached her for more business. They took advantage of an elderly lady and convinced her she needed a new roof. The new roof shingles curled and blew off within two years. The new rain gutters were falling down after the first snow fall of the year.

Ron Case Roofing is one of the best companies I've worked with. When they put the roof on my new house they were very professional. Experience was a big part of why I chose them. They showed up on time, got the job done and left everything is great condition. That was several years ago and never a problem. When I moved to Southern Utah and found myself in need again I call Ron Case Roofing for advice. They came down here and got the job done. They reroofed my carport and refused to let us help with any of the clean up. They will always be my first and only call. Thanks Guys!

So Christian CASE ostensibly Ron’s son comes over to bid on resealing a two year old two thousand square foot driveway in perfect shape. I’ve had this done before and the web home advisor quotes .20-.25 cents a square foot, so should be under a grand. His estimate is $4400! I tell that number to other contractors and they laughed. The driveway itself cost just under $5000 new installed two years ago. Looks like the son didn’t learn about fairness from the dad. What a giant attempted rip off!

We are thrilled with the service and results of Ron Case Roofing. We recently bought a house where an add on room had clear issues with potential flooding. We received multiple bids and Christian gave us a definitive plan, time frame and picture of how they were going to fix the issue. The workers were respectful and gave us updates frequently. the amount of work completed was far beyond the associated price. The final result looks great and we couldn't be happier! This company does quality and proficient work. Ron and his son Christian met with me for an estimate the same day I called. Ron was quick to point out mistakes done by previous home owner. Rons crew did an exceptional well job on all aspects of my roof which included chimney masonry, ventilation, skylights, Insulation and complete tear off of rotted and moldy sheeting. I'm happy to have the nicest roof in the neighborhood, from the oldest family owned roofing company in Utah.

This use to be 5 stars, but after working with Ron and having the project finished, it went $15,000 over the contract price. And he never bothered to call me to let me know things were going to cost significantly more. After he has now been paid in full, I am trying to get a detailed invoice, which he has failed to provide for a month of me asking now. I don't recommend Ron Case Roofing. If he makes a mistake, he will try to make you pay for it.

We had Ron Case Roofing replace heat tape/cable over our garage and front porch that had not been installed very professionally, and had failed, to prevent ice build-up and damming; they did a superb job...it has been about 2 years since we had this done. Every time I drive into my garage I notice the beautiful job they did on our roof. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
