Got let down with soo many excuses on why our thule onto box delays for nearly 3 weeks. No one take ownership amongst their team member, blaming each other on why the shipment was delayed. No communication with customer on why it is delayed nor effort to make it. Always blamed it HQ for the team spreading to thin and unable to make 1 minute call. Promised 2 datelines both missed, had to cancel our trips just to wait for them. Waiting them to refund our money back. Edit: awaiting on the results from their HQ. Results received, satisfactory effort from the store manager Jose and Gabby from HQ to coordinate the slip up in miscommunication by their team.

Team here are 100% professional. First time I walked in they were genuine, offered advice and helped me make the best decision for my car. Order was placed, car booked in for installation. Nothing was ever an issue. Jose, Jackson and the team did an amazing job. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend this business. Excellent customer service, great price. In an era post covid when we have learnt to accept poor customer service and everything bring out of stock it was such a refreshing change dealing with the boys down at Narellan.

Disappointing to order something & have them tell me it can be shipped from another store for the next day. Went to pick it up to be told they were sent the wrong items. Annoyed and frustrated. Care factor- ZERO
