We were scammed 100% My husband and I called mentioning that we are getting some moisture inside and were worried about it, so we were told we would get someone out within the day ($500/hour) which really eased our worries. We did agree to pay the premium rate for the quicker service. However, with that price tag my husband made sure to agree with the person on the phone to stop after an hour of work and talk to us to see if more was required after that, and we would decide if we wanted to pay for another hour. We have cameras outside, and they were only on our roof for less than 25 minutes. They got the area of the roof by where the moisture is, and then they stopped. So we called thinking "oh, maybe they will charge us half hour because they couldn't stay and do more?" Turns out they are still going to charge us for one full hour at $500 for the emergency service... But we asked for the full hour and they didn't even get our full front of the house where the build up inside is. We have a small house. I understand needing to go to other peoples homes and the rush to help, especially with this situation. But we are getting charged a huge premium rate for a fraction of the service. They said they charge an hour minimum and would return to do the remaining of the hour, but we don't have any commitment or dates for them coming back. Please please beware with this company. I hope they reach out to make things right because this is difficult, and I have no idea what is happening. Update: One guy came back to do a little more. I don't want to be unfair, but this time he used the roof shovel on the house for 11 minutes total. I have learned a valuable (and expensive) lesson today on panic-hiring. Even though I'm awfully pregnant currently, I will absolutely be buying my own roof shovel to do the same thing and same quality of work next time.

Dave the owner came out to provide an estimate to re-shingle my roof. I was very impressed with him, and as a result, decided to go with his company. He went over in detail what would be done. He addressed (to my satisfaction) specific concerns I had regarding my roof. I had a couple color and styles in mind. Dave provided me with a list of addresses of previous jobs his company had done with those same colors and styles for me to drive by and see. It is nice to see actual roofs in addition to looking at swatch samples or photos online. Dave was present at the start of each morning and also towards the end of the day. Brad and his crew were a great bunch of guys that were very hard working. I was pleased with the clean-up afterwards. The cost was competitive and reasonable. I would highly recommend Roofco to anyone in need of a new roof and would certainly use them again, if in the future I moved and required the services of a roofing company. Exceptional service, extreme professionalism and the best experience for any project around the house ever. It’s not often that I post a review but our project was done on time, on budget and the workmanship was incredible. Dave was a pleasure to deal with. It’s daunting to determine which company to go with but Dave was on time, organized and knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions and offer advice when requested. He provided references upon request promptly and was on site often. All the workers were very nice and worked very hard and the clean up was amazing. Our assets were covered during the job with tarps and the additional care they took before in preparation of changing the shingles and the post job clean up were appreciated. Our experience with Roofco was excellent. Dave provided a professional, customized, handwritten quote, with several options, in a nice folder. He also took the time to outline options that could save us money. This is something other quotes did not include; it seemed the others were more interested in bumping up the cost instead of providing all the options, and doing what was best for us. The crew were polite and easy to deal with. I found them to be respectful of my family. They kept our yard covered, and cleaned up well. I also enjoyed their choice of work music. The quality of work looks very good. We received a number of compliments from neighbours on the updated aesthetics of our completed roof. I would absolutely recommend Roofco.

We had the roof on our house and our detached garage redone as well as a couple of new vents added and also new eaves on both, in late September of 2016. The guys did an awesome job! They were fast..2 days total for everything from bundles being dropped off to final clean up. Dave was here at the beginning & end of each work day to inspect and answer any and all questions. They left the worksite clean each day, and cleaned up really well at the finish of our project. I would definitely recommend ROOFCO to do any roof. As a neighbour to 221 Island Shore Blvd my husband and I had the opportunity to observe your employees remove and install a new roof on July 9, 2021. Your crew started to prepare their day at 7:00 a.m. and they did so with care and effort in a quiet way so as not to disturb the neighbours. The same attention was given when they cleaned up. I briefly spoke to two of the workers and found them to be friendly and courteous. As a team they worked respectfully, carefully and were always on task. Low voices were used. Dave and his crew replaced our roof, Dave arrived promptly to provide an estimate, we found him to be knowledgeable personable, within three weeks, shingles arrived along with his crew, 6 professional courteous young men, before we knew it the roof was stripped of old shingles and new ones installed, the guys were great to have around, pleasant and polite and hard working. Wouldn't use again. Was quoted $300/hr over the phone for roof snow removal, guys came and i was told they had no idea what rate was agreed to. I asked to only work an hour, which they did and was charged 477 dollars, for a roof that is only 75% done. Called the company to ask why i was charged more then quoted and they said they had a bigger crew then my original quote so price increased. Mainly I'm upset because this was never communicated to me and it's a lot of money for an unfinished job. Wouldn't recommend, definitely a lot cheaper options to get your snow removed.

We had a large rainstorm and I noticed water leaking in my basement. I traced it to my plumbing stack on my roof. I contacted roofco and they setup an appointment for next day. Jose dispatched to my home and before arriving called me and assured me that I was in good hands . He was friendly, professional, and did an excellent job. Had Roofco Winnipeg re roof my house October 2021. In December 2021 I discovered a roof leak. I contacted the company and was told owner was on vacation, was told he would come take a look when he got back. I wasn't in a hurry, leak wasn't major but it did need to be fixed. Contacted owner again March 2022 for same leak, was told he didn't have staff yet for the season. I contacted owner again April 2022, this time I have still not received a response. I had to repair the roof leak myself.

I waited too long in the fall to get the roof done but Breyden and his team were up to the task. They came in when the weather warmed up and finished the job in 2 days. They were efficient and very responsive to communications. The cleanup was impeccable. The advice provided was excellent and honest and the price was extremely competitive. I would use them again.

Hired them for roof snow removal during busy season. One of the few still offering the service. Probably the only one with a quick turn around. They got the job done. While there were hiccups due to the greenest of the crew, they did follow-up to rectify the issue soon after. Very human company. Crew seems happy and well paid

Had Roofco out to replace our old roof. The job started, and was finished as promised. The jobsite (including our deck) was completely protected and cleaned up afterwards.
