For almost a year I thought that they were excellent, but later found out that the definition of preventative care is to keep from getting infection. i was fitted for partials without them preventively removing 3 teeth one of which later became infected at which time i contacted them as i struggled to find an oral surgeon myself and spent 4 days awaiting antibiotics. it took an additional 5 weeks from the time dentist saw the infection and was supposed to distribute my partials for me to finally have them removed by the wisdom teeth guys on Hausman...the infection reached my jaw and needed to be shaved. i made an appointment with the dr. fehey in which she must have know i was concerned and had questions about the partials i can not longer use and were already made, but the owner, a gentlemen of no sort whom i had never met, just had a very condescending attitude in which he made it clear that I was of no value to him, or his office. the young lady Rachel was absolutely a great employee who they unfortunately lost.,

Receptionist were so nice and helpful excellent customer service and support. Dr. Was so nice. Real experienced in what she does. Took care of my broken tooth. With ease and I had no issues or discomfort. Didn’t feel anything. I really recommend the Roosevelt Family Dental Clinic to everyone. You won’t be disappointed. I'm a 56yr old and I've always had crooked teeth. Now I hate to open my mouth with so many teeth missing, have some delicious bacteria try to eat me from the inside out. And found out I need some serious DEEP CLEANING! OMG I hope it doesn't cost to much or maybe I could get up on a payment plan. Cuz I one broke a** man!! The OFFICE VISIT WAS TOTALLY AWESOME I'VE NEVER FELT SO AT PEACE AT A DENTIST OFFICE BEFORE BUT THEN AGAIN ITS BEEN ALONG TIME SINCE IVE BEEN TO ONE TO EMBARESSED. THE TEAM WORKED TOGETHER TO FINISH ME UP WITH THE INITAL CONSULTATION HECK I WAS SO IMPRESSED ON HOW THE ATOMSPHERE WAS SO INVITING. I LOVED MY EXPERIENCE. I SURE WOULD LOVE TODO A BEFORE AND AFTER COMMERCIAL FOR THIS AWESOME OFFICE ON THE SOUTHEAST SIDE OF SAN ANTONIO.

I've gone to many dental places and nothing beats Roosevelt Family Dental, it's a hidden gem and the best one on the Southside for sure! Dr. Fahey is impressive, explains all your options and treatment plan, very gentle during procedures and manages pain so well that I don't feel stressed or traumatized going for visits. I had a great dental cleaning from the hygienist who was knowledgeable and thorough. All the front desk staff are warm, courteous and polite. I have requested detailed receipts for my insurance and they are prompt in giving them to me. This place just checks all the boxes for me, and I have recommend it to family and friends (my cousin goes there now). Highly recommend!!

I am greatly appreciative of all the assistance the Roosevelt Family Dentistry has provided to my mom. She neede emergency services and they were able to fit her in without an appointment. Mom is 79 and has not seen a dentist in over 60 years. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I have found my dentist after years of looking and being disappointed with rude staff and others wanting to do stuff that’s not necessary. Roosevelt family dental is amazing the Staff and Dentists are friendly and welling to help and work with your budget and even offer payments. The even have weekend dental emergency that’s how we found them. My husband had a tooth ache and we came her and they were super friendly and helpful!

What people will do to make a little money. The poor dentist that did my extractions can't be making much money. I don't like the fact that she didn't give me oral antibiotics. It was a lot of hard work digging two molars with long roots out. The one on the bottom was painful. It felt like she was breaking my jaw. I haven't met a good honest dentist in a long time. This one will never touch me again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. this place does NOT inform you if the Dr. Is in network. The office might accept your insurance but the Dr might not be in network That means they WILL charge you waay more than what it should be, without your knowledge. It should be illegal in my opinion. They were also rude & when we informed them about them NOT telling us they the Dr. Is out of network.

I noticed that the hygienes does not keep her hands clean she touched everything and then put them in my mouth and I noticed blood on the light that they used to see over the the patient that tells me they don't clean them besides that the receptionists are real good and that just made me feel uncomfortable but I don't want to say anything I should have said something.

It was my first time going in for an appointment. I’m glad I was able to get seen right away but the only thing that I wasn’t too happy with was it was a short visit. The staff and doctor were nice but all the doctor did was look into my mouth and referred me to a specialist and to take ibuprofen and Tylenol. I’ve been in so much pain. Wish she could’ve done more.

DON’T RECOMMEND!!! I had some family members go for a checkup. Overall the staff was very nice except for the dentist. She made the appointment seem very rushed and it took a long time to get seen by her. Days after receiving recommended treatment it seemed to be done very poorly. To this day they are still looking for ways to correct the work she did!!

Will not be returning after my mom's recent appointment. Dr. Fahey made us feel like money signs and not people. I would rather go where my mom gets the care she needs and not just give the dentist money in their pocket because they feel like it. As I was in the room with my mom there was ants crawling in the sink... ANTS!! Just horrible.

Would not recommend this place to anybody.I had a very bad experience right now. They make you pay before they do anything and then make you wait 30 minutes to an hour in the exam room, they Charge $91 and all they do is pick at your teeth very lightly and don't even floss your teeth and lightly brush your teeth...Will not be returning

I went to have my teeth cleaned and Dr Sasha did a great job. So comfortable that I fell asleep. Dr Sumit Kumar Gogna runs a very good dental office: Friendly staff, very clean, and no waiting time even thought the office was full of patients. Dr said my teeth were in good shape … (for being so old.)

I was a patient of Dr. Cavazos for several years and always had great service. Since this dentist took over it has been horrible service, long wait times and they have owed me a refund for an overpayment and no one seems to be able to assist me with after I have contacted them five times already.

First time patient at Roosevelt Family Dental ,my experience was awesome, I got the impression that they were very honest in the work that I needed done. Staff was very friendly, polished and floss my teeth after work was done the x-rays were a little uncomfortable but otherwise okay

My fiancé went to go get his teeth cleaned THEY asked him if he wanted a deep cleaning free of charge and he said yes. Today they billed him for $500 after he had a PRINTED invoice for a $0. This is unacceptable and will not be recommending anyone to this office.

Really appreciate not having to wait to be seen. Typically get seen at or a few minutes after scheduled appt time. This shows me that you respect my time as much as I respect yours.
