Melanie est gentille, attentionnée et à l’écoute. J’adore ma nouvelle coupe de cheveux et les produits recommandés pour que je puisse garder mes frisettes à la maison. L’atmosphère est superbe! C’est calme avec de la bonne énergie et super bien décoré! J’ai eu la chance d’aller voir la pièce pour les événements et j’espère pouvoir assister bientôt. J’aime aussi le système de réservation avec les différents packages. J’ai eu des rappels par courriel et texto qui est magnifique pour une maman occupée!

I haven't been to a salon in about a decade but after discovering Rooted Transformations online, I knew this was somewhere I wanted to try based on their unique approach to cutting and caring for hair. The salon itself is gorgeous and Mélanie is an absolute joy. Not only is she super welcoming, experienced, and easy to talk to, she understood what I wanted to do with my hair right away and made it happen beautifully. I am already looking forward to my next cut and am so happy to have found my new hair lady. In the meantime - I can't stop touching my hair! Highly recommend! ✨️

Melanie instantly put me at ease as soon as I arrived at the salon. It was my first time there and I have never felt more comfortable getting a haircut. She was truly attentive to my hair needs. The space itself is gorgeous. First, I was offered a complimentary coffee shared over a soulful chat. She treats your hair in a very loving, holistic way and takes the time to make you feel beautiful. Thank you so much Melanie!!!

I have been going to Melanie for a while and she is amazing. This time I treated myself to the Danu package. The oracle cards are a fun touch. The reiki head treatment was so relaxing I almost fell asleep....after it was done I felt lighter in spirit and the conditioning treatment made my hair so soft. I would highly recommend this package to anyone needing relaxation and some zen. Thanks Melanie :-)

I had avoided hair salons for several years after some bad experiences with my curly hair. Melanie changed all of this- not only is she amazzzing with curls and dry cuts, she also has a way of putting you at ease and making you feel comfortable very quickly. She doesn't rush her appointments and is a pleasure to chat with. My layers of curls have never looked better!

Mel is a curly hair goddess.. she can cut curly hair the way it's supposed to be done.. dry when styled to get the exact shape you want. Rooted Transformations salon is a great cozy salon that is very inviting and well designed. Not to mention u can host events or attend events in the event location on lower level. Truly recommend Mel for all your hair needs.
