They did exactly what they said they'd do for a reasonable price. They charged $77 to clear the drain, which they did. Actually Jason was able to spend quite some time explaining the problem. He said it could be a "belly" which apparently is a pretty common problem in older houses, which actually means that the sewer pipe sags down near the center, allowing for lots of crud to collect in the middle... ... the funny thing is that after spending quite a long time explaining all this to me (twenty minutes or half an hour) after they cleaned the pipe, while they were talking, I had the tap on all that time. They left and got in their truck, and I went back and was shocked to find that the sink was over flowing all over the cabinets and flooring... so I ran out and caught them before they left. They came back and cleared it up a second time. So Jason recommended that I get the sewer checked by camera, which would cost another $250. They didn't have a camera that worked in my sewer, so they had to come back to do that, and that still didn't work, so I ended up getting the camera work done by a different plumber for the same price. I attached that video from the other plumber to show what it looked like after they cleaned it. The other plumber confirmed that it was a so-called "belly" that Jason called it, and said I will need to clean it out every once in a while, and that was probably the best way to deal with it. Think of it as maintenance, like an oil change for your car... All that said, they did end up cleaning it for the $77 they originally quoted. I also paid extra ($250) for the camera work by another plumber. I called many other places, and that was the lowest price i could find.

Excellent service from Gil at Rooter Hero Plumbing. We are currently house sitting for friends and one of the bathrooms had serious issues with clogged pipes. We called and they sent out a ticket to the next available tech. We had someone come out to the house within 2 hours! It was already 6pm and I was worried this would sit until tomorrow. But lucky for us Rooter Hero is open 24 hours. Gil was so kind, he took his time to inspect and gave me the options we had to clear the pipes. He didn't try to upsell me on the most expensive fix. We went with the only option available which was to remove the toilet and snake it. He really did an amazing job, he even noticed the shower drain was clogged. He unclogged that as well! Very professional service! He made sure to lay town tarps to protect the carpets. Highly recommended team, I would call them again in the future for any of our plumbing needs. Rooter Hero saved the day! Our problem started early at 7am on a Sunday. We called the first business that popped up in Google (a Rooter Hero competitor). We were promised a technician would be out by 10am-12pm... No show. We called and were promised it would be closer to 2pm-4pm... No show. We called again and were told they were not sure whether they could get to us. We called Rooter Hero, and were treated with compassion, honesty, integrity and professionalism from the first call, to the dispatcher call. They were upfront that it was late on a Sunday, and could not promise they could get to us, but they PROMISED "If we cannot get there tonight, we will have our supervisor (Michael S.) swing by first thing." Mike showed up promptly at 7am. All around, start to finish, great customer service, great technician, great service, great price. Rooter Hero earned a customer for life! Thank you Rooter Hero!

Emergency is an understatement for what happened to my bathroom and on of all days, a Saturday morning. My sewer line had backed up into my shower, I was panicking. Last week we called Rooter Hero to fix a plugged kitchen sink and disposal problems.We thought it was taken care of. Until it happened again this week. After calling and requesting a repeat repair, Rooter Hero immediately sent another plumber out within the hour and he did a very thorough job of fixing both problems. I called this company and asked them to get an argent plumber. the plumber got to me in within 2 hours. The plumber gave me all the options and told me all the risks of trying to fix it instead of replacing it. He was very thorough in his job, he set on the floor a clean the garbage disposal. and found several pieces of metal and wood instead. and he kept digging to find more. he kept the are clean and was very friendly. We had an issue with backup drains. It was 9pm and didn't think we could get any help. Gil called us a few minutes later and said he can be at our home in 30 minutes. Jason came by our house a couple of days to access the hose copper pipe leading from inside the house to outside where it is hooked up to a garden hose. The pipe was damaged inside the wall and required soldering and replacing the damaged part. He was very easy to talk to and worked with. Rooter Hero sent out Gil to help us out when we dropped an earring down the drain. Unfortunately our drain was sealed and the vacuum solution did not help! Gil came out and solved the issue within an hour and a half of calling on a Sunday! We are thrilled. Earring recovered, drain repaired and we are now able to disassemble it if we need to.
