Place is in the middle of nowhere. If you want to sit down with a cool drink in a restaurant be prepared to walk several blocks away because there's only parking garages and empty buildings surrounding you. The skyway train will be late and you'll miss your connection causing you to wait an extra hour. While walking and waiting you'll be accosted by panhandlers and other seedy-looking people. Watch your back and be aware while you're downtown. I called JTA 3 times to try to figure out how to get home and NONE of them gave me correct route or time info. Shutting the JTA down would be better than what they have. Private enterprise would do this so much better. Still waiting for my bus. Hot. Sweaty. Tired. Angry.

Jta sucks worse public bus system around compared to other major city's and even some not so major city's that have a public bus system.only 2 bikes allowed so if you have a bike leave it chances are there's gonna already have two on the rack.homeless and panhandle at the transit center day and night 24/7. Jacksonville has so much money to build a new fancy courthouse but can't improve their bus system.jta is a joke and is constantly making route changes that are no better as soon as you get use to it they change it. Jta needs to really improve their ways and buses. Portland and Denver bus system puts jta to shame.

The people working in the windoe are the rudest people first my card that i purchase at the window didnt work so i go back to window lady says i have to go see representative go there she sends me back to the window the shr just give me a complementary card but they take my receipt and tell me i cant get a receipt for my purchase that i just bought jta is by far the worst city bus i have ever got on better off staying home

I'd rather pay high cab fare than catch jta. It sucks most of time. The buses run like every hour. When they should be running every 15. The should also make a train system that runs east to west and North to south through town. M If they were to do that they'd get alot more business and more people would be willing to move here.

Bus #16 was very rude.. He almost past me and then when I a boarded he took off fast as soon as I paid my way I didn't even get to sit down I dropped my phone from falling and it was bus #1439.. He stopped to Krystal's and left the bus in attended and I didn't feel safe..

STAFF was helpful with helping me get from place to place information. A lot of different services going on around this bus station. Very safe and humorous enlightenment. Thank you God …

Compared to most cities JAX is the most reliable public transit I've ever been on. Drivers are courteous and take their job seriously, they're reliable, on time, and safe.

Takes up most my day catching these buses...I feel like when I ride the bus,I'm going to another job takes all dang day.. y'all need to upgrade ur system

it is just a small bus home now with entrance to the skyway it looks different with out anybody being there

It's public transportation in the center of downtown Jax, so ok there all different type of people

It tells me exactly where to go and the fastest 21st to get there

Main transit hub, gets me where I'm going when I need it!

Easy to navigate. The Staff is extremely helpful.
