Their service is not up to the mark. The staff's behaviour was not professional, and they need to learn a lot regarding hotel management. Their location is very close to the sonadanga bus stand and Abbas hotel which is very famous for Chui jhal. The rooms were okay.

সার্ভিস একদমি ভালো না। কোন স্টার দেয়ার মতো না তাও দিলাম। রুমে কোন কিছুই ঠিক ঠাক মতো দিয়ে যায় না। নিচে যেয়ে খুজা লাগে রুম সার্ভিস এর লোক কারন রুমে কোন ইন্টারকম নেই। রুম গুলা পরিষ্কার বড় আছে। কিন্তু হোটেল এর মতো সার্ভিস না। তাদের এইসব বিষয় গুলা শিখতে হবে বলে মনে করি

It was comfortable and simple but service was average. The most unexpected matter was that the complementary breakfast time, t hey could not provide our breakfast even within 8:15 AM!
