She attends to all nationalities of people in Hounslow, who come to her flower stall with a big smile, and she will spend time with you on purchase if you need knowledge about the flowers or plants. Extremely unhelpful tall woman with what looks like a cubic zirconia in her teeth. I wanted to buy a few plants and asked her advice and she was extremely disinterested. So much so that I walked away and made my purchase elsewhere. I found another florist who were extremely helpful and I purchased a number of new plants. They will now be my first choice and `I shall recommend them to all.

I am terrified. I bought roses, saw that they were rotten, asked to change. Changed. I came home and saw what was inside in the web, and in the mold. Be careful, check the flowers before buying.
