Talk about last minute, I rang Rosie of Brockley on Monday 3rd of July for flowers to be delivered to Funeral Directors the same day, for a funeral nearby the next day. I spoke to Sammy, she was amazingly helpful and provided a beautiful bunch of flowers, way beyond my expectations, and on top of that she emailed me to inform me when the flowers were delivered, thus taking the stress out of being such a last minute order. I went today to buy a bouquet for Mother's day. I was a bit disapointed by how quickly I was dealt with, and coming back home and opening it with my wife and son it appeared that the flowers had not been put into a bouquet - just been wrapped together. Different flowers were still in their respective plastic, so my wife had to cut them, trim them and re-arrange tem herself. I normally go to Nunhead Florist, they are so much better.

I called the shop this morning for delivery today. A really friendly lady asked for colour preferences and budget, and said the flowers would be delivered by her later this afternoon. She was also able to include a card too. My friend messaged me tonight saying the flowers are "absolutely gorgeous and the photo doesn't do them justice". Thanks so much, my friend is one happy birthday girl.

Rosie’s is my go to florist! Beautifully presented, lovely variety of flowers and such a good eye to detail. Customer service is such an important thing there’s day and when speaking to the ladies they take all your requirements into account when making your bespoke funeral tributes and bouquets. I love this Flower shop. I called from Canada and requested a basket of pink and white flowers for my dear friends funeral. Rosie of Brockley did not disappoint! They sent the most beautiful arrangement for a somber occasion. Highly recommend this shop and would definitely use again in the future for all my long distant flower deliveries.

We ordered flowers and a coffin spray of blue roses for my nephew's funeral. All the flowers were fresh and the designs we requested were beautifully crafted. The customer care demonstrated by both ladies was impeccable. Rosie Florist is definitely a credit to its profession. We will most certainly use them for other future occasions

I called first thing this morning at 9.am. I wanted a Wreath to hang on my front door in honour of The Queen. I wanted something befitting her. I was not disappointed. I asked for White Lily’s in honour of “Lilybet “ with a black ribbon bow. It is amazing. My tribute hangs on my door. Excellent service, very quick delivery.

I don’t usually give 5 stars, as no one is perfect, however on this occasion I am happily proven wrong. I found their customer service very attentive, in a difficult challenging time. Staff was friendly and helpful too when shop owner wasn’t on site. Give thankhs for your compassion in this trying time.

I called at midday and beautiful flowers delivered by 5.30pm. What I really appreciated was the time taken to discuss what flowers were available and what would be most suitable. Even the time taken to take down the message to go with the flowers was much appreciated.

Sam is amazing! I sent her pictures of what I wanted and the look that I was trying to achieve for my mum’s funeral and she hit the nail on the head! Whilst remaining in my budget. The flowers were beautiful! Everyone kept commenting on how amazing they were.
