I was very excited to have a Ross open near where I live. I love shopping at Ross, but today I had a horrible experience. I probably will never go back to this location again. Terrible customer service. Store number 2045, you will never see me again. Hope you guys learn to help your customers out, especially when you see them struggle physically.

I went here on opening day and let me tell you...the difference between this location and the others in the area is staggering. Obviously everything was well-organized and incredibly clean since this is a new place, but this store also has a better setup for the checkout line, an actual jewelry counter, and the layout makes more sense.

Went to this location on Wednesday morning to purchase several items just as the store opened. I asked for someone to unlock the restroom for me as it was locked, was told the restroom would be unlocked at 11 am , another 45 minutes. Since I couldn’t wait that long I left. I won’t return. Spent my money elsewhere.

FIRST TIME GOING TO THIS STORE SINCE ITS CLOSE TO WHERE I JUST MOVE … BUT ALL IM SAYING IS THERE IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! THE CASHIER A WHITE YOUNG LADY SUPER RUDE AND NOT WELL EDUCATED!! I will NOT go back!!! No recommend this location to nobody. Not even a star they deserve!!!

I have been at this location several times since it’s open but the first time encountered a really nice associate, Tina. She is focused on the customer, accurate and efficient. Her service is superior. You need more associates like her. The location is neat not too crowded .

Great location! Prices are good, but they aren't always consistent in their offerings. For instance, they seem to always have clothing that caters to the younger folks, such as short cut tops, that if I put one on in my size (L) it would look like a shrunken Tube Top! …

Terrible the GM Cayla Walker toys with people when it comes to employment opportunities she resorts to cat and mouse tactics and it's truly ashame as of now I intend to do something about it asap

I like this Ross. It’s cleaner than most and if you go at the right time of day you can get in and out in no time. They have quality items at affordable prices.

I was assisted by the sweetest little angel at this store. I wish I would have gotten her name but she was a precious little thing.

This is my go-to place for clothes. And the only store where I can always find pants that fit for affordable prices.
