I didn't really find what I was looking for but I did find other things, of course. The price is pretty good. I mean, it's Ross. My main complaint is the restrooms. I don't know what you other ladies are doing or thinking but y'all are nasty. There is no excuse for grown women to treat a public restroom like this. Whichever of you was responsible for this, you should be ashamed of yourself. That's pee all around the handicap toilet. Gross. Be better. My second complaint is when I told the girl in front of the dressing room about it, her response was "It's not my responsibility." To which I said "But you can tell someone." She said "They clean them in the morning," shrugged, and looked the other way. BE BETTER. I will say good job to the manager because when I told her she immediately said, I will go clean it. Whether she did or not, I don't know but at least she seemed concerned.

I will start by saying that the workers there in general have a bad temper with customers when it comes to suggesting something, I had a bitter experience on October 29 when I was shopping in that place where I frequent to do some shopping trying to see a product one of the workers told me in a bad way that she could not have a package that ended up buying it in fact, she told me in a bad way that she could not open it, she was not even opening it, she only assured me that she was buying, then the security in bad shape She told me to put the long distance mask on as if her job was not walking all over the place, when it was time to pay my daughter started crying for an item that I did not want to buy and the very angry cashier yelled at my daughter that was out of there apparently everyone had a bad temper that day ?!

My wife and I went to this Ross at night yesterday (12/11/2016) and as soon as we got into the store the loss prevention person did not stop looking at us and passing right by us, which made us feel uncomfortable. We moved to the other side of the store to see if he would stop watching, however we noticed he was still doing so from far away. The most awkward moment was right after paying for merchandise, he stayed at the exit and basically passed right in front of us looking up and down as we exited the store. Most likely it was because we were on our pijamas, however last time I checked profiling by the way you look is discriminatory. We won't be shopping at this Ross anymore since we do not want to feel the same way as the loss prevention team member made us feel.

Really messy compared to the store on fairmont. I wanted to try on something last minute literally two minutes before they closed the fitting rooms and i had one shirt to try on. I really needed it for work and that young girl was being a real B because she saw me a few yards away walking towards her and she told someone on her ear piece if she could close the fitting room down and i was so angry. I asked nicely even told her i need the shirt for Work and she heated me and gave me an attitude so i walked away and came right back to hang the clothes for her to hang back. If you want to get nasty with me Then that’s what you’ll get back.

I have to say I’ve been shopping here for years I don’t mi d the long lines because the prices are great But today started bad one employee There was extremely rude and I let her know that she was very rude but she didn’t care But fortunately for another employee there made me feel appreciate Felisha was amazing her personality and the way she took a bad situation and made it awesome you don’t get too many people like that She is definitely a keeper and she deserves a promotion maybe up in management so she can train the rude and bitter employees about true customer service Thank you

This isn't a nad place to go buy clothes but here is something you should know You should come as early as you can If you do you can get good items for a really great price Do expect a long line Im not talking avout 3-4 people it is way long last time i went there where 17 people in line so i just left If you think the itmes are fake there not i thought that also at first but its real and some of them just have a problem with it thats why they land in ross Finally Its a good place to get things you need like shirts jeans etc...

They sold us a damaged item but won't take back damaged items Be sure to make sure what you buy isn't damaged...even if that means opening the box in store I guess because there was no way we would have known it was damaged to begin with. Everything was sealed in their packaging yet they blamed us. We didn't even want a refund, we wanted to exchange. Manager was rude, even their security guard was embarrassed for us and apologized.

Went here for Christmas toy shopping and it all went well! I was able to find some amazing deals on toys. Some of the prices were outrageous like a light up fire truck toy for $40, nothing special but what I did find was a blues clues leap frog chair for $15! For that price, thats a steal! There was many other toys to select from and I'd honestly come back because they have huge selections in toys, kitchen & clothing.

Terrible store, everything unorganized! Clothes of all gender mixed with all other clothing. Shopping carts blocking side exit, while the door guard does nothing. The bathrooms are nasty, people dispense their toilet tissue in the trash cans and stinks like human waste! Kids running around or screaming!!! It's a shame they have poor management! I won't be returning to this disgusting store.

ok just really cluttered on racks. but good deals at reasonable prices. just have to look rack by rack because all labeled racks signs are wrong .example: signs says shorts and you find jackets . men's shorts and you find women's shirts or blouses. but ok for the prices. lots of parking space well lit, handicap parking available and handicap accessible.

Out of all the discount stores. Ross is great for men's jeans and men's colognes. An emphasis on Men's fragrances. At Ross. Any. Location in my experience. They have more brands, more of them and my reason for loving Ross stores..... More higher - end brands. Those type of brands you'd wear to special occasions or on THE DATE with that special someone!

I'm not sure if this is normal for a Sunday because this was my first time at this location. It was a lot of people!! Entered into the store and a staffer spoke, very welcoming. Clean and organized. My daughter and I did find a hello kitty shirt she wanted. The line was long but moved fast because there were enough lines open. No up close parking.

If I could I would give this place a negative score .. Theres a cashier that can't stand Hispanic people . I notice her attitude she would roll her eyes .. Dang and guess what I had no choice but to check out with her she gave me hell first off she didn't say anything second not even a thank you have a good day . Dam cabbage patch kid sour person

Looks like they have lots of clothes here for woman. However I didn't see lots of other things I seen at the hey 288 & Hwy 518 store. Like school bags, kitchen ware maybe need to spend more time in the store. I mainly was here for their Amazon pickup locker hub delivery from Amazon. Ordered a free Echo Dot and asked to have delivered here.

Store clerks are super nice n approachable. Majority of parents w/kids don't supervise them n have no control over them. Allow them to run around & play w/toys (daycare much?). Adults as well, open pkgs, toss shoes all over the floor. I truly feel bad for employees at this location. But I Love my Ross!

Ross is always interesting to go shopping at. I find items that i like at very resonable prices. And my experience of being a professional shopper, i am never dissapointed with Ross Stores. I go weekly and do not mind it. Much better than the Malls....value wise. I recommend it HIGHLY!

The lines are so long and the manager didn’t even bother to help she was gossiping with the security guard ! The young lady with glasses who was checking me out was so rude , she was replying to someone on her phone in front of me unacceptable. These managers need to step it up.

Place is dirty the employees are rude .. one of the cashiers yelled out to all customers to standing In line to take off the hangers from clothing which is fine but not the way she yelled out she had an attitude as if it's not her job !! I love Ross in general but not this store

Great store to search for discount clothing and miscellaneous items for decorating your home. They also sell toys for kids. Be warned though that the traffic at the register can get cray-cray at times and this would be my only bad comment about this place is the check out.

I love shopping here at this location. It's always organized, clean, stocked, and staff is very friendly. Easy to return items and little to no wait in lines. Every time someone ask where I got my clothes, shoes, or accessories. I always rave about the Ross at Almeda!

Good chance you should find something. You just have to look. Prices are very reasonable an average shirt is from $4.99- $12.99.. pants on average from $6.99 - 16.99 good designs, ok brands, pretty cheap. The lines are terrible!! Be prepared to wait.

Decent shoes for decent price.... IF you have a boy or man who needs size 12 or + need to look here...I've found football cleats as big as a 16/17 (for less than $20!!) BUT you don't find the sizes everytime. Keep checking sometimes you'll get lucky

This is another place I go in distress I just love looking at all the things they have in there one of the weather it's shoes or pillows I just love looking around I have picked up quite a few things from out of there that were well worth the price

First off all it was dirty inside the store ...very sloppy/messy. The cashier was so rude, she had gloves on and says there's your receipt.. She is getting paid to do a job, not the customer do it for her. No wonder stores are doing self check out.

Retrooms are gross, ladies in the dressing room are mean. Loooooong line for check out. Usually only one person helping on check out. The lady in the returning service was looked out of the system and took a long time to help us.

Be careful when trying on shoes my husband tried on a shoe and there were something in the shoe that poked the bottom of his foot. I don’t know what there called but there usually on the clothes. Check the shoe prior to trying on

I love it when you're not concerned about the wait time in line eventhough it can be long at night time but if you're like me a cruise shopper have time to look in the sections you like thsts the store they close @ 11

Shopped at Ross during busy holiday checkout line was extremely long but Ross cashiers did a great job moving the line cashier Cassandra was pleasant Great job Ross employees will shop there again during holidays

There are a good deals with lots of value to be found. Why pay high prices or full prices for the same or similar things. I may have a beer budget, but I look like I am living the champagne life.

I looked at 4 other stores for a purse. Found one there. Also found organic food items I use. Always reasonably priced. Love to go just to see what they have that I use and get it for a bargain.

Here's my review for Ross. It took close to 40 mins to check out with 2 people on register with the line all the way past the ladies undgarments. Wished they were more prepared for.

I ALWAYS find something here, and you also get cheap deals for good osmetics brands like OPI, L'Oréal etc. Also I love my Calvin Klein dresses for 30 bucks and workout clothes.

I had the worst experience shopping at this Ross,I have never been treated as rude as I was by xiomara ,supposedly the manager the cashiers are so rude and she condones it.

I had a better customer service experience at this location. I found a lovely black sweater dress, Anne Klein Houndstooth Sweater cap and sensible black shoes! Lol!

My wife and I was satisfied with what we bought and I found just that particular style sandals I wanted but their men's underwear section needs more selections....

Love Ross you can find name brand clothes for a reasonable price check out is fast and the cashier there are very fast in the check out. Keep up the good work.

Avoid this location on weekends, tens of people on the line and only 2 cashiers or 3. If you like to take forever to checkout, then this location is the best.

Zero assistance while shopping. Store is kept very unpredictable and disorganized. Restroom was filthy dirty. One cashier for 20+ customers awaiting checkout.

This location is terrible. The lines are long and there is never enough cashiers. I live closer to this location but I always drive to the one in Pasadena.
