The associates at this location are extremely unprofessional and rude. I returned some items to this location and noticed that I hadn’t received my refund. I reached out to the store by phone and was disrespected by multiple employees. They continuously hung up in my face when I asked for their names, a manager from the Mount Juliet location advised me that I was doing to much and hung up in my face, after I asked for her name and every associate name that I spoke to prior. I called back and was hung up by a supervisor after being told to google corporates not number and the helpline number to get my money back. So, I was robbed by Ross. They received their merchandise back, however I haven’t received my money back.

This is the poorest excuse for a Ross I have ever seen. Being a newer location I would have thought it would be stocked to the gills with clothing and shoes. Most racks were bare and what the6 had was like the hand me downs from the other locations. Save yourself and unless I update this next time I stop by, and go to the Hendersonville or Smyrna stores. Those are where it's at

This is the nicest Ross I’ve visited across North America locations that I’ve visited in various cities. Melidy was so nice and helpful. The staff was very friendly, the lady at the entrance welcomed me. The store was clean and well-stocked. The fitting rooms were functional. Lots of check out counters and parking spots outside.

Associate 2346606 needs to understand that without customers coming in to shop, SHE has NO JOB! Complete interaction: NEXT, rang up my items, I tapped my card, SHE bagged my purchase WHILE HOLDING OUT MY RECEIPT SAYING NEXT!!!! I said Thanks, your welcome, SHE LAUGHED! What happened to customer service??

Not a lot of selection. Lots of empty shelves. Very messy and unorganized. Unfriendly staff. I asked if I could use the restroom and the guy in the fitting room area next to the bathroom said in the most monotone uncaring voice "they're closed." So after that, I just left and didn't even shop anymore.

Waited in line for over 20 minutes the lady up front checking out by herself she paged for someone to come help her many times and they didn’t there was opened food laying around. This store should not be open if they can’t get the help I DONT RECOMMEND this store to anyone

I usually don't give 5 stars but there isn't anything I don't like about this store. I enjoy the clearance and discount items and the cashiers/customer service is friendly. You can definitely get more for your money here and the points/reward program is a plus

Too ghetto of a area! Staff was unhappy like they didn't even want to help when you ask a question! Then security.... hilarious there were ppl with red flags on their heads walking in and loud. Then shakedown hands with security! Like seriously! Never again!

This store opened up within the last 6 months ( 2022). They successfully hired and maintained very unprofessional workers. I never understood how Ross allows its employees to casually talk on video calls while performing their basic cashier duties.

Can definitely tell it just opened due to the selection. Unfortunately only had one cashier available with 15+ customers in line. Thankfully the manager came and opened another register after about 15 minutes of waiting.

The store was messy but that's every store during Christmas. Rebecca was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was clean. Everywhere is short staffed but the people here are trying.
