If I could give a zero I would. The wait in line is extremely long because the 2 cashiers are having personal conversations and stopping to talk as well as working and talking, moving in slow motion, taking long pauses, stopping to check cell phones while customers are waiting to be checked out of line, looking at the customers in line while dreading the line that's getting long because they're talking and moving like molasses because they know they're stuck until time for them to clock out, so they are not caring about the customers time. I got in line at 3:55pm and was checked out at the register at 4:18pm with only 6 customers ahead of me and 2 cashiers working, only one person had a cart with a number of items, I had 1 belt, the other customers had a few arm items. Extremely poor customer service.

The clothes are all over the place. There is always a long line. The CSR wouldn't reach me my receipt because of COVID! Wait what? The paper in the register was put in by someone that works there! You have been at this register for hours working near this paper. ( COVID IS AIRBORNE)! Let's stop making the customers feel like they're bringing COVID in your place of business!!! You could use some other tactics like wiping down between customers! Clearing up your store a little. Having the cashier actually cover their noses with the mask!! Wiping down the shopping carts between uses. The list goes on and on. The cashier not touching the receipt is offensive in a store that is ran like this!!!! No need to return! I don't spend my hard earn money in places like this! UTTER NONSENSE!!!!

I am from out of town and never write reviews... But this store has the rudest employees I've ever seen in a ross. The line wait has been extremely long, but the two cashier's are continuuslt stopping to talk to each other, stopped a customer to ask about her nails, then had an entire 5 min conversation about where to find her on insta and how much they cost (this is as there is at least 20 people waiting in line). Another cashier is extremely rude with everyone she is interacting with. She called "next.." and when the person did not walk a pace she likes she literally told them to "hurry up before she changes her mind." I'm appalled and if I didn't desperately need the outfit, I would've left. Rudest cashier's I've ever seen.

It's a great location, especially for men looking for great buys on shoes and designer clothing. The men's section is huge, which is very difficult to find at most stores. The lines are long here but the staff is well trained and have them moving super fast and keep everything in order. The only gripe I have is that if you go close to closing you're likely to find severely cluttered isles sometimes with items thrown into the floor and left there and no staff in sight to clean it up, as someone with a walking disability I have a difficult time manoeuvering in narrow isles as it is, add floor clutter and might just have to skip that isle all together.

I WAS WAITING TO PAY WHEN A CUBAN WOMAN OR WHATEVER YOU COULD CALL YOURSELF WAS WRONG WITH A MAN IN THE LINE WHO WAS TRYING TO PAY WITH CASH AND SHE SAID THAT HE HAD NO CHANGE, HUMILIATED HIM BY SAYING THAT HE HAD MONEY OR NOT TO PAY, ACCORDING TO SHE NO I HAD CHANGE IN THE BOX AND DISCUSSING AND SEEING IT FROM THE BOTTOM UP, WHAT A PITY THAT THE SAME LATIN OR HISPANIC PEOPLE SEE OTHERS BADLY AND WORSE A PERSON WHO IS FROM A COUNTRY AS POOR AS CUBA, IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS WAS SAYING THAT SHE I WAS TIRED OF WORKING THERE, IN MY OPINION I SHOULD TALK TO THE MANAGER AND GIVE UP, NOT TREAT PEOPLE BADLY, POOR MRS. BELSERA I HOPE GOD BLESS YOU

This is the first Ross Dess For Less I have went in and items were all over the floor no one picking them up except my friend and myself, we went the shop but in order to walk safely you have to move stuff, shoes, hats, clothes.... out of the way. People just throw things in the floor and open bags of food and eat out of them and leave it on the shelves and floor. The cashier she must not care too much... we bought some coffee cups she didn't wrap them, she just stuck them in a bag. We both love ROSS....in general; However, I apologized to my friends for taking them there. I will not shop here at this particular store again.

Long lines and rude guests... I left 2xs the last 2xs I went. You find small gems in the store. I get my dogs their clothes and toys here. I walked out the first time bc of time. The second was I was in line and someone passed me without asking if I was in line WHICH I WAS social distancing which NOBODY was enforcing or doing. It was annoying bc line was already long. The cashiers are always friendly but the store always looks like a tornado hit it. I still don't mind shopping here. They have cool stuff even you find it.

This stores customer service is horrible!!! You wait in line for over 15.. 20 mins with only one cashier. They wait until you've waited forever & when you get to the front of the line they tell you they don't have change & just comments that all the stores by theirs are low on change when that is a LIE because I had just came from a store next to it that had no problem giving change. Oh & she tells you when you get up front that you have to take your own hangers off.. Just throw the whole store away!! SMH

The store was a mess! I have been in this location several times and NEVER seen it in such disarray. There were cloths and shoes all over the floor, the cloths on the racks were unsorted and half hanging off hangers. The aisle the rugs were on, you couldn't even walk down it. Every aisle you went down you had to move something out of the way. The people at the check out were very patient and courteous, I felt sorry for them. I probably won't be shopping there again any time soon.

It was very unpleasant because the management was following me and watching everything i did it was very uncomfortable looking at clothes and im 44yrs of age i know kids come in and break the law but im grown its was almost discriminated type feeling then she rolled her eyes as if i done something wrong I like this store and the employees usually work hard but the management was definitely making me uncomfortable of shopping with ROSS

I 've been shopping at Ross Dress for Less for many years! As I have aged over the years I continue to find a huge assortment of sizes for all kinds of occasions. From kids , to juniors, to womens, to Full Figure, including 2x an 3x as well as perfumes, mens cologne, shoes for the whole family, things for the house, and purses, etc. I like shopping at Ross Dress for Less because the clothing and etc is very reasonbly priced!

Elects be honest we all know Ross has great prices it's a great place to shop. My problem is the organization and cleanliness here, if any other retail store can do it they can too. Management couldn't care less about how it looks in here if they did something would be done. Literally everytime I come here I trip over something, either clothes shoes or something in the home decor section. Someone needs to fix that.

No No No no. Just because it's a cheap clothing store frequented by humble people doesn't mean it should be like that. I mean disorganized, dirty without many product options. The changing rooms were closed, a disaster. All this I imagine due to the lack of workers, there were only two people working at the checkouts that day. Unfortunately I recommend going to another store nearby.

If you try to leave the store with the shopping cart, the alarm will go off and you'll basically be tackled by the 5 man security team they have at the front door. There's no signs stating you can't take the cart, but trust me, it's a MAJOR problem. The entire shopping experience is unpleasant and hostile and they really need to turn their Air conditioning on.

First time in this location at 4:30 on a Wednesday afternoon, nasty disorginize. Smelled of fecal matter, this location either needs to clean house starting with the management team and work their way down, or condim this location. This is my first time going to this location, and definitely my last. I have never experienced a Ross location this nasty before.

Typical Ross store. Lots of variety but very small amount of items in stock. Associates were friendly enough, and the store it’s self was clean. However, the bathroom was the most disgusting bathroom I had ever been in. I actually chose to walk out over use it. There was caked on dirt on every surface, horrible smells and trash all over the floor.

Looked more like a Thrift Store.. Stuff thrown on the floor.. This specific store literally needs better management and more focus on its appearance and stock. These stores are filled with more than just clothes...they have a large selection of junk now. Gadgets, kitchen supplies, bedding, cologne. But it's mostly price cut older stuff. The lines at this location were very long on a Friday morning and the loss prevention guy was storming around like everyone was there to take something.

This store should change its return policy while we are not allowed to try on clothing. I was forced to accept store credit after making an exchange on something that didn’t fit. I do not think it’s fair for me to not be able to try on clothes and not be able to receive my money back when they don’t fit.

I had a great experience shopping here. The merchandise was normal for a Ross, but the employees went above and beyond! Security was very friendly, and even though there was a line at checkout, the cashiers were very patient and kind to all of the shoppers. They made sure that I had everything I needed!

At this address employees were laughing at the customer and at 9:15 the store was still closed. They were just chatting in front of the store glass, then a black guy with a security vest said we dont have any cashier today and left. Should i say the temperature was 40 degrees?

The cashier's were rude. When I asked about getting a discount on a damaged item the cashier said "oh please" and gave me a smaller percentage then she should have. I've spent thousands of Dollars in Ross and I think all customers should get better customer service.
