So I actually love this store and have no complaints about anyone who works there whatsoever. I am only rating it 3 stars because there is no place to lock up your bicycle. Therefore I resorted to chaining my bike to the tree in the parking lot directly in front of the entrance to the store. Well, a few weeks ago, while I was shopping, my bicycle was stolen. The tree is the only thing in front of the store that you can chain anything to other than a garbage bin! The tree is secure/too big for them to have gotten the chain over the top of it, so I know they must have cut the chain. Since the tree is in the parking lot, it is easy for someone to park a van in front of the tree while someone else works on cutting the chain. The nearest bicycle parking area is all the way in front of Kroger. Although it is more secure since there are more ppl coming and going over there, it is completely out of sight from the Ross entrance or parking lot. There is a perfect spot for some bike parking between the Ross and the cvs. Please talk to the building owner about adding it. It seems pretty obvious that this happens at this location regularly.

I love this store. One of my favorites, because they have most of everything I buy. I like alot of the people that work there. Some need to not open their rude mouth's, tho. The 3 time's I've been in since the grand opening, a young lady named Shy, has helped me with everything new and my daughter's were looking fo . I wish more ppl there were like her. It makes me want to tell all of mmt family and friends to go check out your great new store. Keep up the good employee's. I will continue to shop there.

Staff had followed me around the store like I was going to steal something when I was just looking around and price checking items while my boyfriend and his buddy were filling out interview papers at the front. Definitely rude it's no wonder why they are always hiring. Staff were talking amongst each other and pointed directly at me and my boyfriend's friend and said they are probably the one's stealing from here my mans friend is black and I'm Hispanic so it definitely gave racist vibes.

I just happened to walk by and asked them did they sell any linens bedding stuff and sure enough I bought me a comforter some sheets and pillowcases and they were awesome they told me exactly where they were. but I did notice that most people didn't have on face mask and the people that were in line behind me were so close to me that they pushed their cart in the back of me.

I loved shopping here!! Some of the most cutest baby outfits, pictures (for wall decor), clothing for adults, bras, etc!! And the staff even better! Super friendly and had amazing conversation such as SHY :), gave great advice on baby potty training seats, stocking on necessities, deals to get! Shes great for persuasion and greatings! Amazing employee:) will be coming back!

I drove to this particular store, because the online hours for the holiday season shows the store opening at 8am... it's now 8:35am and the doors are still locked. If they weren't going to be open, they should have adjusted the hours of operation online. VERY inconvenient!

I am disabled and the staff makes sure I have a wonderful shopping experience,] always helpful. I love Ross as a store, always different stock, wonderful things to find and but, the quality of the clothing is well worth the funds

I came into this local Linwood Ross to see the amazing low prices they were offering !! A young man by the name of Dionte had excellent customer and he wasn’t rude . I will be shopping there again .

Area's not too great being on 10th street, but decent place to shop all things considered with knowledgeable employees and loss prevention manning the door.

The attendents are pleasant could treat people how they like to be treated. If you have issues take it up with the person not a random customer.

I like this place nothing too special about just finding clothes peaceful music. And staff greet us at the Door overall I like this place

Manager should address issues with Sale Associate in Office instead in front of customers. Shopping Experience was good.
