So went to fitting room and the young lady with green hair, said that they are closed but the front ones are open, which they were not, and had to wait 5min and when I asked the 2 ladies up front if they were going to open them, the manger Becky something older lady with long gray hair had to inform me that she was on a register and all I needed to know if the fitting rooms are open, and didn't say sorry for the wait or the inconvenience seems like to me the smart thing to do is open fitting rooms before you close fitting.

As always I have to go shopping late because of the hours I work. I appreciate that Ross is open until 10pm. I am there until last call to bring items up to register. Dressing room in the front of store are always available. The store is clean and tidy. Bellvue location is awesome. The staff does not rush you out the door or give you mean looks like the West Mall location. Nor do they follow you around like you are gonna steal something, just because it's 9:30 pm. Lol Everyone loves Ross prices. Nuff Said!

Love this Ross! It is well stocked and organized. I love their roomy space, and great dressing rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful. 4 stars because they only ever seem to open 1 register, even though there was a staff member hanging cloths next to the cashier and could see the line had about 10 people. I waited 15 mins to check out, needless to say, and she never opened a second register.

It was nice... they have nice stuff at low prices!!! And its close by!!! I love finding things at a bargain!!! I know you do too!!! Staff is friendly too!!! Go on by and give em a try!!! Tell em Ricky sent ya!!! They dont know me... and it wont get you any kinda discount... but hey!!! At least theyd know who sent ya!!!

This is a new store right down the street from my place. I bought the Nikes for 32.99 and the white tank top for work for 5.99 . Can't beat these prices. They may not have everything you are looking for but if you look you can find some good deals. The cashier woman was Friendly too.

The worst experience in all my 60 yrs! Sabrina was the most disrespectful check out person in my entire life! Rude rude person! She wouldn't take my $100. Bill. So I gave her a 50 and she took my merchandise and set it back and wouldn't take my money. Horrible experience!

Associates too unprofessional, talking and wasting time, speaking in some Arabic language. One associate Najeea was rude to customers. An old lady asked for help with some merchandise and she refused to help. She even refused to open the restroom for me.

It was good. However I purchased a pair of pants they were too big trying to find a smaller pair. No one was able to assist me over the phone because of being short staffed. I really liked the pants wish d I could have found a smaller pair.

Associate 2124511 is extremely rude and unprofessional. She’ll make you grab your own receipt from the machine and slap the bag across the counter. Never experienced customer service like this. Should have known better than to shop at Ross.

Employees are very decent. But fitting rooms are locked for no reason. And when asked about the fitting rooms, they say the fitting room employee has already left!!! How do you buy, when you cannot try!!

I love that this store is in Bellevue. This Ross is clean and organized. The employees are friendly and I always find something I just can't live without. One of my favorite stores!

What is wrong with you people you guys leave this poor old lady by herself to 30 customers , you guys need a lesson in respect

Lots of random stuff to look at. They have furniture, clothes, dog stuff, kitchenware etc. Check out was quick.

Always under staffed. I frequently wait in line for upwards of 20 min because there is only one cashier
